This week’s discussion theme and guided meditation that follows is Making Gratitude Easier.
In this episode, I talk about gratitude in a little different way than I did back on episode 8. Today I explore with you one potential reason and how to overcome it!
In the meditation that follows, I’ll guide you through gratitude meditation that is more of a body and feeling exercise and it begins at minute 5:16.

This episode explores how sometimes we are prone to abandoning ourselves during times of heightened stress. This might take the form of self-doubt, self-criticism, or de-prioritizing our self-care, and in doing so, we can have difficulty connecting with our physical sensations, making sense of our emotions, and navigating a difficult situation with clarity and ease.
We will practice staying connected with ourselves, our bodies, and relaxing the self-judgment while enhancing self-acceptance in the meditation that follows and it begins at minute 6:57.
