How I Escaped My 3 Month Long Depressive Episode
Today, I share how I survived and escaped my 3 month depression episode and discuss using holistic self-care to overcome depression and anxiety. Last year, I was able to emerge from a long depressive episode through implementing body, mind, and spiritual self-care.
I used holistic self-care to create a foundation of stability and wellness in my life, that made me resilient to life's stressors (which can trigger my Bipolar 2 depressive episodes.)
