What do you get when you cross a waitress from Denny's with a private investigator? Listen in and find out. We're a totally flawed couple with a pile of kids and pets living in a tiny town we never knew we would love as much as we do. This podcast is mostly for our kids to have when we're long gone, but it's a great way to have fun with each other too. You won't leave a better person, but you might laugh a bit. Welcome to Towerland.
In this episode, Sammy educates us on the hazards of smoking, our 13 year old makes a ton of noise doing parkour upstairs, and I discuss my plan to be an "anti-troll" aka do the "Care Bear Stare" this year (that second reference is for the Boomers).
Bonus: Sam uses his power of seduction by casually discussing spreadsheets. It gets pretty crazy.
Sammy and Kimbo talk about their individual top three moments of 2021 and about the areas where they can see some opportunities to grow in 2022. Sam also knows more about trout than what would seem reasonable, so that is concerning.
One of us is amazing at resolutions and the other one is not. Together, we make our resolutions for 2022. It should be fine.
We sum up our own story, and talk a bit about advice we would give our kids, or others if they asked.
