"Your Next Mission" is aimed at helping military veterans making the transition from military to civilian life, with a specific goal of helping them find their next mission in the technology sector. Each episode we will meet with veterans who've already made the transition and learn about their story, what worked for them, and what didn't. Donald Lipasek is an Army Veteran with 14 years of service. He has served in multiple sales roles since leaving the military in 2001. He’s known for providing excellent customer service and his ability to problem solve. He’s currently the ProLaw Customer Success Manager for Helm360, an international legal tech provider. He keeps ties with the military through the Veteran Golfers Association and the American Legion.
Nick Bielinski is a retired US Air Force Security Analyst who is currently working as a Security & Software Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nick also serves as Vice-Chair of the Phoenix Workforce Development Board, where he plans, strategizes and implements workforce development for the city of Phoenix under Mayor Gallego. His previous roles include Technical Recruiter for Google, Recruiting Manager, and Influencer & Marketing/Branding professional.

Dr. Sherelle Moore is an Information Professional (IP) Officer in the US Navy with a TS/SCI clearance. She’s been a contributing leader in the cyber field for over 10 years. Her experience includes managing Security Operations Centers (SOC), developing, and maintaining processes and policies, improving scalability to Incident response, threat hunting, and SIEM management. She holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and is a doctoral candidate pursuing a DIT in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. She also holds several industry certifications.

Maurice Wilson is on CCS Learning Academy’s Board of Advisors. A retired Navy Master Chief Petty Officer with 25 years of service, Maurice is the President/Executive Director of the National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. (NVTSI), a non-profit organization he co-founded with retired Rear Admiral Ronne Froman after serving as an advisory member for the Call of Duty Endowment (CODE).
