After some time to unravel, dissolve and find deeper experiences of rebirth I return with some insights on core wounds and the healing journey. This one is 50 minutes, thats right five zero minutes... and tbh Im attempting to pull off a 20 minute show soon, but this one felt like a biggie. This episode features the core wound of self rejection and the shame that accompanies it, also a sprinkle of depression, anxiety and my path through. You can't go over it, you can't go under it, you gotta go through it.

Harmonized Human Pt 2
This epsiode I discuss some truths in an individualzed/universalized way.
As a challenge solver/teacher I see the challenge presenting the information in a way that maintains the universal integrity while presenting enough metaphor, symbolism and context, while reaffirming the individuals ability to apply the information, see it as living and moving and know that it is dynamic in application so that they can feel the frequency of truth and see the application of how truth operates so that they have the imprint and they locate the match inside and then that becomes where they go to discern information, essentially finding their internal truth centre, truth meter, compass etc so that they can now use their inner google. Challenge, show others how to understand universal law and how to find their governance/guidance inside and learn how to interpret truths.
Some truths that have dropped in for me, I share this because we all have access to finding these truths, you just have to find your way of asking… and trusting… and discerning…. Its like a skill set
Many have it, and you may have to decondition and stretch perspective to hold this. We all can, its just we may not know how to get there.

It is my personal reflection on the nature of these aspects as they play out in my life and on the grand stage of earth. It is a discussion on the symbiotic nature of these aspects and a reclamation of the masculine and feminine that is inherent to us all. This idea of polarized oppositional dualism has created collapsed versions of humans and arrested our development into our fullest power and potential. Living in a full embodied experience means integrating, balancing and harmonizing the aspects that we innately possess, we are simply allowing the full fruition, remembering our birthright and expanding our potential for pleasure, satisfaction, healing and enjoyment of what life has to offer us here on earth and in these bodies.

This is the Finale of this 7 part series on Transformation, conscious intentional evolution and homecoming. Once you come to the realization that you are here anyway, you have the opportunity to lean into the expression "life is what you make it" what do you chose to make of it? Or perhaps you have come to the end of your rope and you are feeling the stirring of changes, desires un-met or you feel burdened by the weight of the world and you decide that there has to be something better for you. However you enter the mouth of this cave of transformation, there is a sequence of creating space, acceptance, peeling back the layers, healing the wounds, alchemizing transmuting discovering your internal guidance and setting new foundations and a casting a vision to align to, it is a worth while endeavour that can lead you through one of the most profound experience of falling back in love with yourself, your life and humanity.

In part 6 of this 7 part series on transformation and conscious, intentional evolution we look at the state of purity as a consequence of purity and refinement. This part of the process is characterized by a sequence of self healing, self repair, self renewal, self activating, self initiating leading to a self actualized state of being that has become the standard of experience, that is malleable, adaptive and responsive while being maintaining an alignment to an over arching commitment to a quality of integration and integrity. The great work of consciously healing, creating a relationship with yourself, undoing unconscious patterns and programming all while functioning in the every day world with others is a wild undertaking, but once you awaken to it, there really isn't any way but through! We come to understand we are the captain of our ship, and that the effort of coming unstuck can be very unsettling, but also allows us to uproot all that we no longer want to experience.
