On this episode, we are joined by David Greenwalt, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. David is passionate about helping people improve their bodies and health. David encourages us to learn our WHY when we make a final commitment to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.

He is the author of The Leanness Lifestyle, a complete body-transformation resource for women and men sick of dieting and ready to permanently lose weight and get in shape. David has been a personal fitness trainer since 1983, in 1999 he founded Leanness Lifestyle University (LLU), an evidence-based, lifestyle-education platform that provides students with innovative tools to track, report, and score the behaviors optimal for successful weight-management. Before starting LLU David was an Illinois State Trooper, spending 10 years as a police officer.

He has worked closely with men and women from all over the world since 1986 and provides a truly unique and valuable perspective for anyone interested in looking and feeling better. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University and is a Certified Wellness Coach in affiliation with Wellcoach and the American College of Sports Medicine. In celebration of this weekend's NYC marathon, ObservaMé®'s Founder , Karen Fultz-Robinson, Esquire sat down with long time friend and running partner, Dionnie Wynter-Pfunde, Esquire. The two ladies ran 6 marathons, including the NYC marathon together, but Legal Rebel Wynter-Pfunde experienced physical challenges during training while trying to stay true to her Vegan lifestyle.
