I might try moving these episodes to Saturdays so I can speak right after I wake up. I might not sound so terrible.
Also, lesson learned, I think drinking water while I talk is a requirement now. I don't know if it's the elevation or what, but I couldn't breathe after 40 minutes of speech, which is definitely a red flag. I might need to get that checked out...
