Have you ever heard the term hypnobirthing? I literally had no idea what this even was before sitting down to chat with Bree about her unmedicated birth story. The funny thing was that this was the furthest from my own experience of having 3 c-sections with ALL the medication you can think of. I honestly was so intrigued and in awe of Bree's story. Our hope is that if you are currently thinking about your own birth plan we hope that you can use this as a positive story. If you are listening and thinking "this could not be me" that is ok too! The goal at the end of the day is for a healthy mama and a healthy baby. Everyone's journey is unique to them and we love that for you. Here are some resources for your own research.

I will be forever grateful that God brought us together. I love you handsome! #ComeWhatMay
Sitting down and hearing the perspective of a teacher left me in tears as soon as the the mics were turned off. When the pandemic hit I grew an appreciation for teachers that I had never experienced before. I loved this conversation so much and I can only hope that you take away something when you listen.
