Beyond getting Patricia the training and education to be the woman she is today, her mother is also the brain behind the business idea. After complaining about the many expensive underwear's, Patricia ruined because of her unpredictable cycle, Patricia’s mother encouraged her to create something that works for her that she could dispose of. Patricia started dreaming and created "Ohhs", biodegradable disposable underwear made from bamboo and non-woven fabric.
Patricia’s mother inspires the product and business model of the company. She used to say to us, “Banna bange, muli banaku,” which roughly translates to “My children, you come from sorrow.” In Uganda, it’s a colloquial phrase that reminds people to slow down, remember where they come from, appreciate what they have, and be better.
Patricia wanted to create a product that felt good with a business structure that served a greater purpose. While researching the market, Patricia found that millions of girls drop out of school due to menstrual stigmas within their communities or simply a lack of resources. Patricia realized that if she didn’t have the opportunity to come to the states, she might have been one of those girls. As Patricia remembered her past and purpose became to make a difference in a girl’s life one day at a time while creating something simple for every woman. Patricia's business motto is, “we are inspired by women for women.”

The strategic techniques Amy uses have been instrumental in her success as demonstrated by the attainment of revenue growth for her clients in the millions.
Since less than 1% of small businesses utilize the strategies and resources that would enable them to grow in the Federal and Corporate marketplace, Amy’s mission is to dramatically increase that percentage by empowering the under-served business owner – thereby… “Shattering the 1%”!
Vincent Carthron:
No stranger to the worlds of entertainment and sports, Vincent Carthron, has a proven history of success!
Success started for him as a high school All-American football standout that transitioned into a great collegiate career where his athletic achievements garnered more success including being named to several collegiate all American teams.
The success of his collegiate career segued into an professional career as a linebacker, and through it all, the one mainstay for him has been his work ethic—The same work ethic that has translated into his current profession as an entrepreneur and businessman.
When his football-playing days were over, Vincent traveled back to his first love—music! He took on an internship with Grammy® and AMA winner Benjamin Wright, and Ritesonian Productions. Like most interns, his experiences took on many different roles. However, when the dust settled, his knack for business again served notice and Mr. Wright promoted him to a full time position serving as the Business Development liaison for Ritesonian.
In this role, he was responsible for developing strategies on all business affairs matters for the development, production, post-production, sales, distribution, and service of all entertainment and business endeavors for the company; negotiate and drafted talent agreements, producer agreements, rights agreements, co-finance agreements and other agreements in connection with the development and production of all entertainment based music, filmic and television properties; handled above and below the line guild issues; while working alongside general counsel, created and administered legal processes and best practices for the company; worked with outside counsel handling production legal, litigation, copyright and trademark, music, and rights and clearance matter; and handled any and all other general business and legal affairs matters typically required of an independent film and production studio.
In addition, he worked on several Grammy® award winning, critically acclaimed, and chart topping projects. Including the following:
“Ray Ray” – Raphael Saadiq
“The Love Below/Speakerboxx” – Outkast

“Justified” and “Future Sex/LoveSounds” – Justin Timberlake
“Incredible” and “The Sound” – Mary Mary

And the feature film “Daddy’s Little Girls.”
During this very successful time period, Vincent also worked with The Nobel Peace Prize Association and their annual Nobel Peace Prize Concert®. In this role, he served as the liaison between Ritesonian Productions and the Peace Prize musical selection committee, to oversee all business and written/documented music and other orchestration items to completion. During this wonderful event, Benjamin Wright directed the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, for a two-year stint from 2004-2006.
Also during this time, Vincent served as an independent contractor for several feature films through Fox Searchlight films, via a partnership with Shedrack Anderson III, and Evolve Entertainment. Continuing in the role of Business Development liaison, he served as Music Supervisor for Eolve Entertainment. This role culminated with the release of the full-length feature film and soundtrack for “Fat Albert.''
The end of 2007 brought on a different set of circumstances where he took a step back from all things business related to focus on the health and welfare of his mother. This all culminated with her succumbing to a heart attack in October of 2008. Since the age of 13, Vincent had committed his life to taking care and fending for his mother as she suffered from several chronic illnesses.
In February of 2009, Vincent decided it was time to return back to the world of entrepreneurism.
However, he desired to work in a different arena so he and longtime friend, Edward Wright started Dreams Unlimited® where he furthered his relationships and business acumen in the music and entertainment world and he also began to learn the backend ropes of sports representation and marketing from his former agent, Jeff Slott, Esq. An 18-month time period that served beneficial for both Mr. Slott and Vincent as, he was able to use his ability to communicate to young men who would potentially be represented by Mr. Slott. His job was to ensure to them that their endeavor was one, which he had lived and understood, to be able to be a guiding force for them.
In September of 2011, Vincent decided that it was time to focus on his own individual business endeavors.

Fr3deR1cK was in third grade when his teacher Mrs. Pollack assigned a visualization project for his class. Little did he know at the time it was more of a socialization project. Fr3deR1cK was asked to draw a portrait of his family and then talk about it. After Fr3deR1cK drew his family he privately talked to Mrs. Pollack. This all seems pretty normal except to his surprise she was audio recording their private talk. Fr3deR1cK was unfazed by this unique teaching approach. Fr3deR1cK loved anything electronic and audio recording was no exception. Mrs. Pollack looked at his drawing of his family and came to a startling revelation. "Frederick, why did you not color in the faces of your family?" she said. Fr3deR1cK looked at the picture in question and she was correct, he did not color in his family's skin tone. He had drawn his family on white paper. Fr3deR1cK's eyes slowly met and Mrs. Pollack said directly, "Would you like to color in your family's faces in brown?" Fr3deR1cK looked back at his picture and said, "No, it does not matter." As an artist Fr3deR1cK strives to prove race and social status does not matter. We are all equal, some of us just come from different environments and circumstances. The core values that bind us as humans are the framework of the truth we seek to fill our souls. Fr3deR1cK is an artist of the soul. His desire is to find the doors of humanity and open them. Fr3deR1cK looks at the surface of complex issues and inequities and knows the answer to the problem lies deeper. With the lens of a camera his focus is the book not the cover.
Born in the 1990's as the brainchild of Fr3deR1cK and co-developed with Executive Producer Ellen Barnard, Tomorrow Pictures creates inspired media solutions for a perpetually evolving visual media marketplace. These assist businesses in seeking and finding appropriate sources for the capital needed for long-term growth. Such resources, while always essential, have been more necessary than ever. Due to the unprecedented challenges faced by businesses over the past year, CreditHub’s help enabled many enterprises to maintain services amid unprecedented conditions.
Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with offices in Georgia and California, CreditHub has always offered Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, including SBA 7 and SBA 504. Yet during the pandemic, FinTech companies like CreditHub were given the opportunity to offer government-backed Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster (EIDL) loans. These services were provided free of charge. An important point for companies in need of funds.
Entrepreneurs have enough to deal with in normal times, including the difficult task of finding capital to expand. In this unprecedented era, entrepreneurs were also faced with the difficult challenge of learning to navigate the new reality. The team at CreditHub hosted and participated in panels with the goals of educating the business community and decreasing their learning curve.
Specifically, the landscape of obtaining business capital changed quickly for traditional as well as alternative sources of financing. CreditHub professionals are equipped to guide both small and large businesses through the qualification process. The organization has also partnered with businesses by providing access to grants and funding for minority, women, and veteran-owned companies.

From Music, Culinary, Acting, to Fashion the arts has given her inspiration, clarity, and purpose. When the economy tanked in 2008, She had to reinvent herself and followed an inspiration to assist in presenting avenues to youth who were interested in pursuing a career in the Arts; through a youth organization called “Teen Expressions”. The youth in the organization showcased their talent each year through an event called “I Am Style Fashion Show”. Some of the youth received scholar ships to a couple of Arts Universities including SCAD based on their portfolios created for “I Am Style Fashion Show”. Dr. Green took a break from the youth organization to pursue some educational goals. When completed she contemplated how to contribute to her local community & Art industry and decided to contribute to the industry by helping those undiscovered become visible and those who have some experience and need a push the tools to do so. Thus, the creation of I Am Style Agency.
Dr. Green stands strong on the thought process that having a good support system is critical in any industry. This is true in the Talent-Entertainment industry and most certainly community. One of the things she most enjoys about the industry is meeting aspiring talent. Seeing their eyes light up when they speak about their craft is priceless. As a young lady she was fascinated with mysteries, dramas, musical, and stage plays. She must say that Sidney Portia, Carol Burnett, Lucy Ball, Diana Carol, Diana Ross, Venessa Williams, Viola Davis, Kerry Washington, Angela Bassett, Taraji P Henson, Denzel Washington, and newcomer (keep your eyes on her) Mahogany Raspberry are truly invaluable contributors to the industry. Some of her favorite designers are Christian Dior, Versace, Channel & Prada; some fabulous local designers that she loves: Wants & Desires, Style Junkiez Kloset, Tanya Marie, Lisa Nicole, Ryan Lamar, and Farrierbell Couture. In looking at her favorite list of designers you can see that classy sophisticated sexy elegance has always been a style best suited for me.
We live in such difficult times. The one thing Dr. Green looks forward to is the change in or nation toward racism and discrimination towards those who look or act differently then what society views as the norm. She feels Art will and continues to assist in expressing and impacting changes that need to occur in our Nation. She loves how Tracey Ellis Ross has put together episodes in “Blackish” to bring awareness to society about various rights that impact people of color…”How great would it be to spend a day with her and the whole crew of blackish picking their brains”.
Being inspired by pure gratitude from others has always poured air into her space to combat day to day stressors. Not knowing what the future holds due to the pandemic. One of the achievements she strives to obtain is building viable long-lasting relationships. Currently Dr. Green’s agency “I Am Style” is working on building a solid team-roster in hopes to continue to elevate careers. She is working on various projects that she hopes will be an honorable contribution to the industry.
One of her favorite motivational quotes is “The person that says that it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it.” Chinese Proverb.
