It's been a while. I'm excited to share about what I've been up to in the last few months!! In this episode, I talk about my new project/solo show (working theme is rebellion). I also talk about personal growth, and how I have been able to make some changes in my life,

Setting and moving towards goals is not only about action. You can create incredible results by exploring your thinking, giving yourself more down time, and being patient with your process. Try going on an idea treasure hunt, or examining where your energy is going. What if you let the process be messy and wild?
My goal for this year is to create space to experiment and explore. Listen in to hear about some tools I'm using to make choices. I also talk about the discomfort of living in the unknown.
