A pleasantly surprising pre-workout that I didn't have to go into a specialised nutrition store to grab. I got it on discount for $25 at Chemist Warehouse and I recommend that if you see it for that price, give it a go. Well done, Musashi!

An incredible pre-workout that I highly recommend to everyone! Less ear tingles that A.B.E but still a really focused buzz that'll make running on a treadmill while staring at a garbage bin feel like a treat and not a chore.

A real tough one this week as I try and review Attention by Faction Labs. It's meant to increase cognitive function but I reckon after listening to me speak aout it for more than a minute, it will become quite clear that I didn't see any benefit.

Believe it or not, I am always hyping up the benefits of pre-workout and often people are hesitant and then 5 weeks later, I'll get a message from them saying "ok, so I bought some C4 at the pharmacy and I'll give it a go". C4. Always. Why? Why is this one so readily available? Is it worth the hype? Do they have the right connections? Have the hired the world's best sales person? Find out on this episode!
