No matter how fancy, high level or expensive your cards are, you need to play them right.
Putting random cards, not knowing what they do, what their abilities are, won't do you any good.
When you climb to silver, unlike the Bronze league, you will have different rules and Mana Cap for each game.
Almost Each game will have different rules. Good cards can win you matches, but you know what, you will have to use your brain and skills as well.
My Battle of The Day I am in silver 3 with my starter deck. One of my friends delegated me a gold card worth 15000 powers, so I am here. I often face opponents who have great-great cards and they totally dominate me.
And sometimes I face opponents who have such powerful cards and they don’t know how to use them. They invested a bunch of money, that’s it. And there are some others who just rely upon bots. Pretty much the same thing happened to this battle.
So today I am going to share a battle like this. The opponent is with gold foil level 3-2 cards, and I have all normal starter cards of level 1!
RULE 1: Back To Basic - Monsters lose all abilities
RULE 2: Explosive Weaponry - All monsters have the blast ability.

My Splinters: Living Lava, Mantoid, Fire Elemental, Goblin Chariot, Cyclops, Spark Pixies
Opponent’s Summoner: Marlic Inferno
Opponent’s Splinters: Cerberus (GF -Level 3), Fineas Rage (GF-Level 2),Fire Beetle, Mantoid, Efreet Elder (GF-Level 2), Living Lava
He should have kept Living Lava ahead, what's the point of keeping tankers in the back? When the Melee monster came to action it was late.

So these Splinterland matches are so finely built that you'll win if you just play according to the rules. Of course you will have to use your brain and skills as well.
My Battle of The Day In my short eventful journey with Splintersland I get the most fun when I can totally dominate the opponent. You might relate to the feeling as well. Sometimes I think people play with their bots, that’s why they can’t comprehend the facts or rule set of each battle.
Let me give you an example, in rules where you will face an earthquake, where only monsters with flying abilities can win, you can totally dominate the game with flying monsters.
Pretty much the same thing happened to this battle.
RULE 1: Reverse Speed -Monsters with the lowest speed attacks first and have the highest chance of evading attacks.
RULE 2: Keep Your Distance - Monster with Melee attacks cannot be used in this battle.
(Note that Water Summoners were not available in this battle)
I always think of my summoner after seeing the rules. So after seeing Rule 1 & 2, what summoner shall I pick? ( I only have starter cards)
Obviously, Contessa La’ment! You may ask “why?”
Well my friend, this summoner has a debuff of reducing 1 Melee attack from the opposition monsters.
I got carried away and put a monster with ranged attack in the first place. But I got away with that. I should have used a tanker like Peaceful Giant for the first row.
Mana Cap: 34
My Summoner: Contessa La’ment
My Splinters: Cyclops, Venari Bonesmith, Twisted Jester, Mantoid, Goblin Chariot, Dark Astronomer.
Opponent’s Summoner: Zintar Moralis
Opponent’s Splinters: Peaceful Giant, Undead Priest, Mantoid, Haunted Spider, Twisted Jester, Dark Astronomer.
Analysis: So as you can see even if I made the mistake of putting a monster of ranged attack in the first row, I still dominated. The main thing which did the trick is the summoner. As I knew it already eliminated Melee attackers and Water/Earth Summoners were not available, this was going to be a match between the ranged attackers.
I guessed it right thus I got to reap the rewards. This is the most important and crucial tip I have ever got and will give to anyone, just try to understand the game. That's it! And also that's it for today!

I started playing Splintersland about 2 weeks ago, and oh boy what a journey it has been! I got to SILVER 2 with my Stater Cards. I didn’t think about money, and that is why I got real fun.
First of all, I would like to thank those who helped me to understand the basics of the game, and supported me. And can't thank @bdcommunity enough for the continous support.
Today I am going to share the most favorite battle of all time. The center of the attention of this battle is Haunted Spirit
Death: Haunted Spirit
It has a hitpoint of 7. It is my go-to card for death. I put it in the first row. Very few tankers in level 1 have 2 speed I guess. It has the healing ability. It can heal itself. Which is great for a first row/initial monster. It cost 5 Mana, which is actually pretty good.
Most Interesting Match I Faced:

This battle lasted for 25 rounds. It was very close.
My Summoner: Zintar Moralis
My Splinters: Haunted Spirit, Priest, Twisted Jester, Death Elemental
Opponent’s Summoner: Mother Khala
Opponent’s Splinters: Shield Bearer, Divine Healer, Feral Knight
If you see the battle from the video I shared or the link I gave you will see how amagingly the Haunted Spirit regained its health each round and kept fighting. I was sure that I will loose the game, and I was waiting it to be over. You know like "just put me out of misery!"
BUT NO! The game kept going and going! It was fatigue which caused opponent's Divine Healer to die along with rest of the monsters. I was not familiar with fatigue before this match! How the turntables!

I don't know how things will become after chaos legion, and I have no idea about higher leagues. I just shared and interesting match from my short and eventful journey with you.
