Attention spans are now about 8 seconds. Are you grabbing your audience’s attention from the very beginning?
Does each episode start strong? Or, like many podcasts, is it 15 minutes of talking about the weather and what you had for lunch?
Who are you talking to in each episode? A target audience is NOT anybody between the ages of 15 and 80.
What’s interesting or unique about you? What are you really good at? Knowing your Superpower helps you build a strong Brand that makes audiences tell all their friends and come back for more!
This is where it all starts. Too many podcasts are blah blah blah. Ask yourself - Do you have something interesting to say? Do you have strong opinions? Are you a good storyteller? These are the keys to building an audience.
