The Presbyterian Church (USA) just voted 441–30 to endorse gender-affirming care — including surgical and hormonal interventions on minors. At the same time, a University of Minnesota program tied to Governor Tim Walz is rolling out dolls with swappable genitalia for children ages 4–10, and California is advancing AB 1803, a bill that would force churches to conduct mandatory “anti-hate” training on sexual orientation and gender identity with no religious exemption.

Chris and Josh break down why these are not merely political issues but spiritual ones. They examine the biblical weight of causing little ones to stumble (Matthew 18:6), the danger of the church becoming desensitized, and the call for believers to stop abdicating their role. The episode ends with a charge to stand on Scripture, resist government overreach into the pulpit, and pray for repentance and revival among compromised spiritual leaders and political figures.

Truth is not up for a vote. The church must wake up.

Make sure you share this episode with someone who needs to understand that the time is NOW for Christians to stand up for the Truth in culture.

America has a Jewish problem—and the Church can no longer afford to ignore it.

In this episode of the Wake Up Church Podcast, Chris and Josh examine the alarming rise of anti-Semitism in America, the growing hostility toward Israel, and why this issue is far more than politics—it is a spiritual battle.

As anti-Israel rhetoric spreads throughout our culture, many Christians are asking difficult questions. Is Israel committing genocide? What really happened on October 7? How should believers respond to the war in the Middle East? And what does Scripture say about God's covenant with Israel?

This episode is not about promoting hatred toward any people group. As followers of Christ, we are called to love our neighbors—including Muslims and Palestinians—while also standing firmly for biblical truth and recognizing the spiritual realities described in Scripture.

The Church was never called to remain silent. It's time to wake up, seek discernment from the Holy Spirit, and stand for truth with both conviction and compassion.

One of the biggest lies Christians believe is that God wants them to stay out of politics. In this powerful episode of Wake Up Church, Chris sits down with Carlos, the Tarrant County Chapter Coordinator, to break down the biblical case for Christian engagement in government.

Carlos shares his journey from working in Texas politics and journalism to helping pass legislation protecting children. Chris and Carlos dive deep into Scripture to show why Christian engagement in government isn’t just allowed — it’s mandated.

This isn’t about politics being the savior — Jesus is the answer. But if Christians abandon the public square, evil agendas will gladly fill the void. It’s time to be salt and light in every sphere, including government.

  • The true meaning and limits of the First Amendment
  • The spiritual battle behind attacks on Christian speech
  • Practical steps Christians should take right now

This isn’t just about Fort Worth — it’s a national issue. The church must wake up, know its rights, speak boldly with love, and push back against unconstitutional overreach.

In this special episode of Wake Up Church, we break down the Supreme Court’s recent decision upholding birthright citizenship — a ruling that effectively legalizes an invasion of the United States. We expose the distortion of the 14th Amendment’s original intent, which was meant to secure citizenship for freed slaves, not create anchor babies for illegal immigrants.

Justice Ketanji Jackson’s troubling statements are confronted head-on, while we honor the strong originalist voices like Justices Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch. This isn’t just a political issue — it’s spiritual.

As we approach America’s 250th birthday, the Church cannot stay silent while our borders, culture, and biblical foundations are undermined.

We discuss:

  • The true history and language of the 14th Amendment
  • Why assimilation and national sovereignty matter
  • The Christian duty to love our nation and protect its people
  • The need for revival, policy reform, and a new Great Awakening

It’s time for the Church to rise, pray, vote, and take a stand for liberty and justice.

In this episode, we break down the controversial SAVE Act, why it failed in the Senate, and the four Republicans who voted against requiring proof of citizenship.

We also expose the real motivations behind open borders, discuss shocking election integrity failures in California, and tackle the 17th Amendment — why repealing it may be necessary to restore the Republic.

This isn’t just politics — it’s a Kingdom issue. We challenge the Church to have the right heart while standing firm for righteousness and the future of our nation.

In this powerful episode, we unpack the incredible Freedom Con men's conference and why the Church desperately needs strong, convicted men of God right now. We address the toxic criticism and division happening within the Body of Christ — especially toward moves of God — and what Scripture says about unity, pride, and divisiveness.

We also tackle the San Francisco Giants Pride Night controversy, where bold MLB players stood for biblical truth by writing Genesis 9 on their hats, the Texas Rangers' courageous Faith & Family Month declaration, and the deeper identity crisis driving the Pride agenda.

Plus: Why emotional encounters with the Holy Spirit (including tongues) are biblical, the power of vulnerability before God for true manhood and family leadership, and uplifting reactions from foreigners experiencing real American culture.

It's time for the Church to unite, raise up strong men, disciple our families, and stand unashamedly for truth.

What happens when a pastor steps into the public square with Biblical Conviction and Spiritual Authority?

In this powerful episode of the Wake Up Church Podcast, Josh and Pastor Chris Cheema of Mercy Culture Church discuss why reformation begins with personal transformation, the importance of daily encounters with God, and why Christians must bring biblical clarity into every sphere of society.

Pastor Chris shares his testimony of freedom, his experience speaking at a local commissioners court meeting, and how believers can overcome fear, intimidation, and passivity to become reformers in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

This conversation will challenge you to stop sitting on the sidelines and start advancing God's Kingdom wherever He has placed you.

June is here — but it’s been hijacked. In this powerful episode of Wake Up Church, Asher and Josh expose how Pride Month has turned a calendar month into a celebration of sin, while bold leaders like Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders declare Fidelity Month and Senator Ted Cruz introduces a resolution for Life Month.

We discuss:

  • Why “Pride” is the perfect word for a movement in direct opposition to God
  • The spiritual battle behind the parades and sexualization of children
  • God’s heart for those struggling with same-sex attraction (grace + truth)
  • What the Church must do: pray, speak boldly, and take action

If you’re tired of watching culture celebrate what God calls sin, this episode will fire you up to stand for truth, family, and righteousness.

Call to Action:

Call your Senators and Representatives to support House Joint Resolution 98 — designate June as Life Month!

In this episode, we break down the shocking primary defeat of Congressman Thomas Massie by a Trump-backed candidate, and what it reveals about the current state of the Republican Party and Donald Trump’s enduring influence.

We discuss the tension between political loyalty and biblical principle, the strengths and limitations of the populist MAGA movement, and why the Church cannot afford to settle for populism alone. True transformation will only come when we shift from being personality-driven to being Presence-driven, moving from political energy to a genuine spiritual Great Awakening.

We also cover:

  • The critical importance of local elections (including Spencer Pratt’s run for LA Mayor)
  • Why the Church must show up to vote in midterms and local races
  • Spiritual warfare, property rights, and the Jezebel spirit
  • How to honor God while engaging in politics

Christian nationalism is on the rise — and the world is terrified. But is it really the danger they claim?

In this powerful episode, Josh and Asher break down what the Bible actually says about Christians engaging in government. From John the Baptist confronting wicked rulers to Esther stepping up “for such a time as this,” we show why separating your faith from your patriotism is impossible.

We also call out:

• Pastors hiding behind their 501c3 status

• James Talarico’s dangerous deception

• The urgency of the upcoming Texas runoff (Ken Paxton vs John Cornyn)

The Church can no longer stay silent while babies are killed and children are mutilated.

In this episode, Josh breaks down how Bill Maher puts actor David Cross on the spot over democratic socialism and communism — and the exchange reveals how little many on the left actually understand these dangerous ideologies. Also, in a monumental ruling, the Supreme Court just declared race-based congressional redistricting unconstitutional — a decision that could reshape elections across America and end decades of Democratic racial gerrymandering. Lastly, the left continues to claim political violence is a “conservative” problem while ignoring repeated assassination attempts on Trump, Charlie Kirk, Rand Paul, and more.

If you want to understand today’s political battles from a Christian worldview, this episode is a must-watch.

A heartbreaking video is going viral — a baby desperately crying for “Mama” while two homosexual men laugh and tell her “No Mama.” This is the ugly reality of surrogacy and same-sex adoption.

In this powerful episode, Joshua exposes how the normalization of homosexuality and same-sex marriage has led to the commodification of babies. He talks about why God designed the nuclear family the way he did, and the importance of both the mother's and father’s roles. He also dives into how the Governor of Virginia previously lied and said they wouldn’t redistrict - only to re-draw an extremely gerrymandered map less than a year later.

The nuclear family is under attack. Strong families build strong nations — and we are watching ours crumble in real time.

If this grieves your heart, it should. The Church must rise up, speak truth, and take dominion.

In a rare public address, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas delivers one of the most powerful speeches in recent memory, warning that progressivism and America’s founding principles cannot coexist.

In this episode, Joshua breaks down Thomas’ critique of Woodrow Wilson, the dangers of abandoning natural rights, the influence of Darwinism on eugenics and big government, and the urgent need for everyday courage from Christians and patriots.

From resegregation and sterilization programs to today’s cultural battles, this episode reveals how progressivism has reshaped America over the last century for the worst — and why the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence demands action, not celebration without commitment.

In this hard-hitting episode of the Wake Up Church Show, Nate breaks down and responds to many of Tucker Carlson’s shocking claims and shows how much he has flip-flopped all all sorts of different issues.

Nate breaks down Acts Chapter 2 to show why the early church was built on capitalism + generosity, not socialism. He also addresses Tucker’s flip-flop on Islam, his criticism of President Trump’s stance on Iran, and the growing “woke right” movement that’s attacking evangelical leaders and Israel while cloaking itself in Christian-sounding language.

This episode calls for biblical discernment in a time when even influential conservative voices are leading people astray. Nate urges the church to reject selective outrage, stand firm on unchanging biblical values, and push back against both the radical left and the new woke right.

He also highlights a rising threat: State Rep. James Talarico's stunning Democratic U.S. Senate primary win, where he's gaining national attention by weaponizing Scripture to defend abortion, claim God is "non-binary," downplay biblical views on homosexuality, and push open borders—all while claiming Christian credibility.
