Sometimes you really don’t want to cook — either because you’re too tired or simply don’t like cooking — but whether you like it or not, you still have to feed yourself and your family. What you need to make this bearable is a simple plan, and a handful of satisfying meals that don’t require a ton of effort. In this episode, I share my tips for breaking that dinner frustration.
