You're in the waiting room of life, watching others get called before you. But here's the truth: God is a "just in time" God.
When you're pressed on every side, when heartbreak threatens to overwhelm you, when trauma tries to steal your peace - remember this: He was there just in time to rescue you before, and He'll do it again.
As the gospel veterans sang: "I remember when I was lost in sin and sorrow, I was lost and I could not find my way... but He was there just in time to rescue me." đľ
Your turn is coming. Trust His timing. đ
Remember: You are fearfully and wonderfully made! đ

A word of consolation comes to us from
2 Corinthians 12:9-11 The English Standard Version (ESV)
But he said to me, âMy grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.âTherefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Remember - you are fearfully and wonderfully made
Be bless

In this heartfelt and honest video, I open up about my journey through grief as a mother who has lost a child. This experience is one that profoundly affects the body, mind, and spirit, especially as anniversaries and memories resurface. I share the importance of being kind to yourself, allowing space to feel and process emotions without pressure or judgment from others.
Grief is a unique journey for each person, and it's okay to take it one day at a time. Sometimes, the support we expect from others may not be there, but God always finds a way to send comfort, whether through unexpected people or quiet moments of peace. I encourage all who are grieving to find solace in loving memories, seek out small moments of joy, and remember that it's okay to take time for yourself.
This message is also for those who want to support someone in grief: be gentle, understanding, and present. Even small gestures of kindness can make a big difference. Whether it's a text, a walk, or simply listening, your compassion can bring comfort during difficult times.
To all who are walking this path of bereavement, remember that you are not alone. Letâs continue to lean on faith, cherish the memories, and move forward, knowing that we are fearfully and wonderfully made.

In this Episode, "Take Time Out - For You!" I share a deeply personal journey, uncovering the profound impact of rest and spiritual rejuvenation. In our first chapter, "Embracing Love and Resting in Peace," I reflect on a weekend where I chose tranquility over routine, staying home from church to meditate on my spiritual and mental state. Overcoming the initial guilt, I rediscovered the power of quiet moments for reconnecting with God and self. This experience emphasized the invaluable role of love, unity, and fostering kindness within our communities.
In the second chapter, "Finding True Peace and Joy," we explore the distractions of materialism and the allure of a glamorous lifestyle portrayed by social media. I highlight the fleeting nature of these superficial attractions and shift the focus to appreciating life's simple, yet profound moments. Birds in flight, children's laughter, and shared joys offer genuine contentment, far surpassing transient pleasures. Inspired by Colossians 3:14-15, we delve into the essence of love and gratitude, encouraging you to let the peace of Christ reign in your heart. Together, let's remember that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and find fulfillment in the beauty of everyday life.

....In this life, let us not take each other for granted- every life is valuable and precious.
We should look beyond each otherâs imperfections. See the good in one another. None of us are without faults or impediment. We do fail and fail each otherâs, so many times, but we must look beyond our imperfections and see the God-given abilities.
Quotable quotes:
When the light comes shining through the rubble, it reveals the positive impact through the rubble, the obscurity of any circumstances.
âThrough faith in God, you can find the right solutionsâ.
.... The light is about to shine through your darkness, just look ahead trusting God!

Whatever the weather - do not let it distract you. whatever the day or climate brings, let there be sunshine in your heart.
Push ahead through the challenges, try to focus on where you would like to go. You may stumble along the way but be patient. You will rise again!
Just like the physical weather, sometimes it rains all day, sometimes it pours for a short while, then you get an ease, and the sun comes out.
Highlights:
Sometimes we do not understand why but let us keep focus on how to overcome. Life is too short to be only focusing on the negatives happening around us.
âŚ. Wait patiently for your help that will change your life⌠in time it will come.
Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.

In life, we come across all kinds of people, we are all different. We behave differently at times-though some behaviour may be similar.
There are always people of kindness, love, hospitable, people of goodness; they are just so kindhearted and true. While there are those who are totally the opposite.
Quotable quotes
The lack of love will cause relationships to breakdown.
Love will always prevail over hatred, light over darkness- despite the devilâs plan.
Better is a dinner of herbs where love is than a fattened ox and hatred with it.
Proverbs 15:17 ESV

When there is true love, people will recognize and value each other's opinions, and feelings. Respect is shown in true love; individuals will treat each other with kindness and honor, even in any disagreements.
What the world needs now, more than ever, is love sweet love- the perfect love that comes from the father above. The Creator of all good things can give that kind of love. When we have that relationship with Him, we can easily transfer His love to others.
Quotes
So, we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
1 John 4:16 ESV

You donât have to let the bombardment of negatives around you to prevent you from achieving your God given purpose. Do not be afraid of stepping out during the turmoil. Today declare - Iâm no longer a slave to fear.

Sometimes fear is caused by real threats, but it can also originate from dangers one imagined. While fear is a natural response to some situations, it can also lead to disruption and distress and taken out of proportion, or over emphasized to the actual facts or threat.
Fear is Not Your Portion, as the song says - âI am no Longer A Slave to Fearâ! Internalise it- âI am no longer a slave to fearâ...
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

I have learnt that, as a people, we should not be partial or be prejudice towards others. Often times than not, we do it, sometimes not intentionally but it happens. We also have to be mindful how we treat or how we accept others. What we give out to others, our rewards come right back to us, whether we believe it or not. That is the reality.
Quotable Quotes:

We should never judge a situation on appearance, because of how it or looks on the outside. We should rather judge by facts, the hard truth. With facts we cannot go wrong. When we judge by truth, there will be more understanding, more appreciation and respect for one another. More importantly, Godâs peace will reign among us as people.

Sometimes when all around us there seems like sinking sand, things and systems crumbling around us. Everywhere you turn thereâs no good news, but we must be steadfast, being unmoveable in the faith of God to help us along in this life, or else we will suffer defeat.
You sometimes must sing and pray your way through your circumstances, your situations that seems unbearable.

Sometimes, we are rushing to do errands here and there, responding to every call! There is a time and place for everything. Thereâs a time to rush, a time to be busy, there is a time to respond, yes also what time to be still, to be quiet, to reflect to recharge properly. If we are always responding to everything and want to be in everything, it wonât work, just wonât work. How do we cope in this present time in the busyness of life?
With all the different things that are happening in our society, it is a time to set our priorities right.

You may be going through some experiences you have never encountered in all your life before. Some may seem shocking, some surprises, some you donât know what to make of it all, but you are still here. So, the conclusion of the whole matter is to:
Give thanks you are awake; you rise to a new day. Believe you can make it through ... As long as you donât mind waiting on your turn of victory.
It is a good thing to give thanks everyday- because once there is life thereâs hope!
Giving thanks to the Creator is a very good thing - His mercies never fail - they are new every morning!!

Nothing is wrong in trying to have high expectations in life. But it must not be done at the expense of others, especially vulnerable people, the normal class of people who are trying hard to make two ends meet.
Because of some people dishonest behavior, unfair things do happen at times. Maybe from your point of view, itâs not fair, but to others it is. Life is complicated, it is not straightforward and you donât always know all the influence that work against you.
It is good to know that we can control our emotions and thoughts in order to pick ourselves up and keep going - when dealing with disappointment at any level.

In this life we cannot please everybody; as much as we would like to, it is just not possible. My suggestion is this, let us do the best we can, as long as we can, to as many people as we possibly can. Donât feel guilty when you know you have done your best in the interest of others whether it is for your family, relatives, friends or any other relationshipâŚ.
My encouragement is- try not run on empty, look after your well-being. We cannot change the world, neither can we change people - no matter how hard we try. People will always be people irrespective of what category they fall. We are all humans, irrespective of race, culture, Faith, beliefs, height /statue. Each category has got similar problems.
Helpful Notes
Holding onto expectations can cause us much harm internally.
*To avoid falling into depression and improve our quality of life, we have to look for ways to let go of unreasonably high expectations.

' Disappointment is feeling unhappy because someone or something was not as good as you hoped or expected. When we feel unhappy because our hopes and expectations are unfulfilled, we experience a feeling of sadness or disappointment'.
The world we once knew is far way different from what it is today. It is clearly not getting any easier, so as you go from day to day trying to figure out whatâs next and how to deal with different disappointments that come your way! Be it known that nothing in this world give us perfect peace during our battle of discouragement and disappointments.
For long term solution
I canât help but emphasizing the importance of Praying always to the living God, He's our only perfect help.
Whatever you went through last year, it could be worse had it not been for God!
We are on journey through another calendar year, it is not the end of the journey just yet!! It is another chapter - I call it!
Some of us have been through so much we cannot tell it all- , only God knows how we came out and how we are still continuing on the journey.
It can only be the keeping care of God, through His Holy Spirit and the words of God that will gives us sustenance and perfect peace.

We can become discouraged when we seek reward or affirmation from those around us.
Discouragement can make you feel a sense of hopelessness about your future - when it seems like the troubling circumstances you're going through won't ever improve. It could be a very bad health condition, a continued period of financial burdens.
I encourage you to trust God - to look beyond your circumstances and you'll discover the real hope and better future that He promises you.
Nobody goes through life without experiencing obstacles of some sort. Each person obstacles are different, so as individuals we tend to look within our despair.
Discouragement is such like a disease that if one is not careful, you can go in a spiral of depression, which can cause your body to shut down.
Doubts, fears, anguish, despair and neglecting yourself can distract you from positive thinking and engaging in positive tasks.
Be determine in your actions/thinking to get out of that black hole of Discouragement.
Quotes:
The key to overcoming discouragement is to remember Godâs promises and apply them (Hebrews 11:13-15 ESV)
Discouragement can be a warning light suggesting to us that we have lost our primary focus.... Psalm 139:23 (ESV).

You are encouraged to persevere and to have determination to complete your assignment regardless, despite the obstacles âŚ
Affirmation -
This year will be a better year I will not allow distractions to deter me but I will stay focus to achieve my goals by Godâs help and my determination to succeed.
These are questions we need to answer ourselves for us to move on in in hope-
What shall we say then? Will we allow our circumstances prevail over right judgement in looking after ourselves?
Where are we now? As a People diverse in different ways. We have been through many generations of trials, we have seen and heard of so many struggles of our forefathers.
But guess what?
The struggles are not much different from past generations⌠But we are more tolerant and advanced in some ways. Where are we now- from that era how much has changed? Yes, we do still struggle with all sorts of situations.
Can we boldly say we are in a better place, position of life. What are the same? How are our experiences different from the years gone by? We have seen positive changes and some negative⌠let me ask this question to you and myself- Where are you/am I? As an individual, a person, maybe youâre a mother, father, sibling, relatives, or friend, whatever category - the point is, whatever is your title or role ... where are you at this point in your life?
Whatever maybe your disappointment - refer to it as setback or pause ⌠all things work together for good even it does not look bright now.
Do not give up on your dreams and aspirations!! Never stop trying despite how gloomy it may look.
Bible Quotes
May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, 12 Giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. 13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son,
Colossians 1:11-13 (ESV)
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
Galatians 5:22-23 ESV
Difficulties strengthen the mind, as labor does the body.
You may cry and scream and even stomp your feet and shout.. 'You know what? I feel like giving up, I don't care'! You then go to bed and you wake up and it's a brand new day, it allows you to pick yourself up again!
We are here because of new mercies. No matter how we are feeling - we can give thanks and appreciate lifeâŚ

Look at where you are now, what are your thoughts? Are you thinking what could have been, or would have been?
Is it worth it to get depressed about things out of your control, or opportunities you have missed, what you have walked away from just for peace of mind- although itâs a difficult decision?
Some people give up so easily on their dreams. When things do not go as they expect or planned, their prayers go unanswered for a long time, you find people often murmur and complain. Move from inferior mindset, let nobody tell you that you cannot achieve what you would like to do to progress in life; you have to tell yourself you can!
First, overcome your fears and emotions by replacing them with positive affirmations - I can do this, I will challenge this! It is crucial you use positive language to yourself and others.
âIf you haven't confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life. With confidence, you have won even before you have started.â

It now becomes a battle in the mind⌠thereâs always a battle ⌠let me tell you- loose yourself today from mental slavery!

Most remembered the famous words-of the Queen at the beginning of Covid⌠she gave that speech - âWe will meet againâ.
Since the day of her passing, thousands upon thousands of people came from all over the UK and around the world. For the family - it canât be easy trying to hold emotions of sorrow. The family of the queen will need continuous prayers like any other bereaved family, to help them on the journey of recovery coming to terms with their loss.
I was amazed by the dignity, the uniformed representatives, unison of people all over, different faith groups, cultures who came together uniting for one cause to give farewell to the queen. I admired the decent orderly manner, the crowd behaved so wellâŚ. There was peace, people speaking to each other whom they hadnât met or known. It had been remarkable days from my point of view - this is history we will never experience any like this again and Iâm glad to be part of it.
May the life that we live speak for us - Let us try to lead an exemplary life, despite what people may think or say. the outpouring of tributes and gratitude and thankfulness. The crowd of people of expressing kindness and showing their love for the queen, defy the critics.
We should try to live an exemplary life. Yes, we may not be perfect but let our light so shine that others will see our good works that thereâs still goodness in the world and glorify God!
Live life to the fullness my friend, life is full of good opportunities, owe no man anything, but to love one another, have no quarrel with any man, if possible live peaceable with all men.
Remember - You are fearfully and wonderfully made!
Be bless
Have you noticed that no matter how much you try to put things in place, there is always something that comes to unsettle your life one way or the other? The thing is, no one is actually prepared for sudden grief - it does not come with a time table or manual. it is unexpected. When there is sudden news, itâs like everything around us comes to a halt.
How do we handle the sudden changes that comes in our lives? Do we try not get upset, or get anxious? Try to make the necessary adjustments to deal with these sudden situations⌠Life is short my friend.
A typical example- is the passing of Queen Elizabeth 11, last Thursday 8 September. This has been a source of grief across the nation, the Commonwealth and the world.Â
How we grieve when we lost a loved one, itâs up to us - when a family go through bereavement, they need all positiveness and support, it helps to ease the pain. The Royal Family feel their grief just like anyone of us - they will need our prayers.
Let us be empowered to live a good life while we are alive. Let us endeavor to be a light of goodness, showing a little kindness!
What a difference you and I can make, just to ease any heartaches, grief over different situations. If each of us do our part this world will be a better place..Â
Remember - You are fearfully and wonderfully made!
Be bless
âThe whole world seems to be against you. It is not so at all. It's a crisis. You can get comfort going through this challenge. There is a God who hears and answers prayers. He is a way maker.â

(04:55) Loneliness is being dealt with differently
(07:52) Look after yourself and find a way out of your loneliness
(08:18) Seek professionals and reach out to others if your loneliness is affecting your mental state
(09:28) Trusting God in your season of loneliness
(11:28) A Prayer for People Going through Loneliness
Quotable Quotes:
âWe owe ourselves to be honest and open to our fears.â
âEven when you don't feel, just try to rise above the pain by giving that smile. You can get lost or consumed in your pain or even get stuck. You don't have to stay there at all. Always encourage press through. You are an overcomer; loneliness can cause long-term pitfalls like bad decision-making. And you know what? It can also have an effect on your mental well being.â
âLoneliness is not a sin, or even something to be ashamed of. All humans have these emotions sometimes. But we each deal with them differently. We deal with them in different ways. Don't let it creep into your system to allow you to shy away from reaching out for some help.â

Everyone is feeling something at this time, the latest is the blunt of cost-of-living. There is a wonder - whatâs next? My friend hold fast, do not give up! These are trying times, these are evil days, the heart of a man has gone cold and ruthless.
Thank God for the remnant of people that still care.
We do not know what others are going through, having good relationships with friends and families doesnât mean you know all about them. We must learn to respect each otherâs decision, whatever it maybe. We can do our best to be there for them when the need arises; to let them know - âI am here when you are readyâ.
Being there to support, doesnât mean we must be physically present (as much as it would be a positive thing) face to face contact can be powerful. We can take advantage of technology if needs be; we can text, voice note or a simple call to see how someone is doingâŚLet people in your relationship know that you care about them. So often, people suffer in silence, it is during these times when painful things are happening to them and around them, they need someone. When someone becomes too quiet in your relationship seek to understand why, try not to pry, but rather give support the best way you can.
Sometimes the wound is so deep you cannot tell it all, but you donât have to suffer in silence. It is not too late to get help, there are professionals or Practitioners in Counselling, Mediators, you can even get a trusted friend that will listen.
You have been through pain before, and it wasnât easy I am sure - it may have hurt like hell, but you survived. You can overcome again! The pain of losing someone from a friendship can be very painful and from my point of view, it is not easy to recover - all in time you will overcome the hurt.
You may have felt secured in that relationship⌠you may have given your all emotionally and physically but with the other party itâs a different matter. They may not be able to give a 100% but give according to how they feel, or simple go with the flow. Nobody can give what they do not have, even when they mean well. There are people you may consider your friends, but they may not consider you as a close friend. Itâs just the way things are at times; hence it causes pain when they slipped from us⌠before you know it, theyâre gone without any notice⌠that can be painful and very hurtful!
You know what can be more painful? The trust you put in that relationship you had given your all. Be comforted my friend, this is all in the package of life, human nature! Sometimes we do not understand it all, but people leave a friendship relationship for different reasons. It is pointless getting angry and upsetting yourself, try working through your pain and hurt - in time you will be healed. Try not to focus on what you cannot change, but trust God to heal you.
Nobody I think, ask for suffering, we wouldnât ask for it - we couldnât, but it found itself at our doors!
We try to make our homes a safe place. We try to do the best we can, to overcome difficult situations the way we know how.
Pain, hurt can be through self-infliction. Somewhere along the way, we may have handled matters not considering the consequences. Pain can come about by - someone may tell a lie on you; your boss wants to demote you after your hard work you have put in the job? Pain can also come by natural disasters, sickness, loss of job, loss of income, breaking of a relationship, loss of a loved ones, trying to cope in the new normal, after Covid -19 ravaged the entire world and the list of pain continues.
Stay connected to positive energy, focus on things that are pleasant, true, look after yourself the best way you can - God is in control!
Remember - you are fearfully and wonderfully made

The issues of life will never end - not now anyway, so we must seek solutions; itâs part of human legacy to worry.Â
The thought or example that came to my mind is this - it does not mean because youâre pursuing something and it doesnât happen immediately, or you got some unfortunate news that youâre going to drop all arms, meaning - you stop what you were trying to accomplish, your Objectives. Not because things have not gone the way you planned, means itâs the end of that journey. It may just mean a setback, or this is not the right time or better still, a test of your faith to your victory you donât see now!
As I close this series of - âDo Not Worryâ, I am encouraging you and myself to close the door on worrying, burn it and embrace a peaceful journey in the struggles of the - ânew normalityâ of life.
As you travel through- Think on these things: Have you ever found yourself between a rock and hard place, you don't know what next to do, youâre facing unresolved matters? I can recommend Jesus - you can prove Him for yourself!
Be encouraged not to worry about the next day, or any situations that bothers you endlessly, tiring you out, to the point where youâre feeling so frustrated you canât think straightâŚ. When you feel down and out, when things seem they are going against you.Â
I believe at times in our mind, we want to get things out of the way, now, in order take on more tasks tomorrow.
In times like these try and focus on your purpose⌠âWhy worry about tomorrow â - may the words of the song be a message of hope to you!
Each of us need a little reminder of hope and consolation especially in these dark days to help us along the way, to ease the burden of worryâŚ. and remove tension of fear.
The things we worry about, half the times cause anxieties and depression. This is a reminder to you- not to worry and tell somebody too, please share with them⌠You just never know who youâre giving Hope!Â
Have faith over fear⌠just listen to this message of hope, and be encouragedâŚ
Let me encourage you today - to have faith, whatever maybe your situation. maybe you had some kind of disappointment, it is not the end of your life. Try not to worry please ... put that energy of worry into âwhat else can I doâ; try to focus on what you can do to make things better. This didnât work, what else can I do? Ideas will come to you- you just need to recognise thisâŚ
Worry Is Not The Answer â Try A Little Faith
... why do we worry? The reality is - as humans, we worry all the time. Take a stand today, do not let worry control you or control your mind.
As a people we worry needlessly at times, worry makes people sick, unhappy, miserable, frustrated, sad and weak. Worry can make you feel helpless, drain your energy, make you feel worthless. Worry put you in place to make you feel unsafe- like there is no hope! Leave you with almost no strength. Thatâs not what you want for your life - it is certainly not good for your well-being. Worry does not give good things - it cripples the mind and body; worry destroys, itâs a killer - get rid of worry.Â
Greetings, greetings lovely people to another episode.
Let me take time out to thank you my audience for your lovely, many feedback and the special people who have been supporting me, cheering me along. It gives me courage and the will to continue the journey. You are certainly special. This kind doesnât come by often, so I am very grateful to you all. You are beautiful people...
Your encouragement to me has been such a blessing. I give God thanks for blessing you through this podcast. I am grateful to you and continue to thank God that you are being encouraged and inspired by the messages.
Let me say this - It is so good to be alive amidst all the noise and turbulence of life. Be encouraged my friend and love ones - as you press your way through the noise and conditions of life⌠Victory is always yours, just take it!
This morning I was feeling a bit weary like I want to stay in bed, trying to find my energy wasnât easy ⌠but guess what? God is my strength; He is my helper. I said my prayers and asked God to strengthen me, so here I am, giving thanks for another day⌠It is a good feeling to be alive and to give hope and encourage somebody as I do the same for myself.
It has been suggested that I do prayers and even have a song in the Podcast. I am listening to you my loyal friends, so please bear with me as I try to implement your requests in future episodes.
That is why you are - fearfully and wonderfully made

This weekâs episode continues after this message - thank you.
.....So often, the mortal body becomes sick and so we have to find the doctors, because they are trained professional practitioners. Much respect to them, they study about the body for many years and so we go to them for answers to fix us. The truth and the fact of the matter is - there are some things they cannot fix in its entirety, most of what they have given to us are prescribed medication and their other solutions, these are temporary. Ask me - I have been there -sometimes we end up with another complaint.
Whatever position you are in, no matter how dark or claustrophobic it seems, you have got to find your inner strength and say to yourself, âI will not remain here, I have to arise, I have got to do this for me.â Find positive people to be around, read and listen inspirational and motivational books, audios, other positive resources that will uplift you. Think positive, even when it looks grim and looks like youâre losing the fight. Stand strong, be courageous - you can do this, through God and His Holy Spirit.
Remember - You are fearfully and wonderfully made

Greetings wonderful peopleâŚ.
Whoever you are, wherever you are â look on the brighter side of life, things will get better. You have to believe it for yourself! In this world, our trials seem so many and it seems like our feet get so weary. The mind is weary, the body is weary, the spirit is weary. - itâs just weariness. Your circumstances and situations may seem like, before they get better, they get worse. Let me tell you this - you are not alone; you might feel that where you are right now you are having a very hard time⌠Let me say to you, there are others who are going through worse situations. You may not hear about it or see it -but thatâs the reality.
Encouragement from me to you is - despite how youâre feeling, think on positive things. There are some things you cannot change, work on the things that are manageableâŚâŚ whatever you are able to do, work on that, believing that you will overcome, it might take a while, it might seem like itâs not happening, but have hope. The most important thing is to have faith, be hopeful that you will come through exceedingly fine. Speak the Word of life in your situations, speak life even when it seems like it seems lifeless.
Do not give way to negative vibes- try hard to shun them.
I always say that God is my help, the reason why I can say that, it is because of my own experiences. I can tell you of so many testimonies of how I got over, how Iâm going through my
own struggles. I have experienced some real dire and some dead situations that nobody could help me, nobody, and I mean nobody, not even the lawmakers and so I turn it over to God.He gives me the guideline what to do, and my dead situations can be resurrected to life in such a way that still marvels me.
Doing podcast and encouraging others, doesnât mean Iâm not going through my own struggles, but I put my energy into focusing on giving âHopeâ to somebody, doing good deeds despite the oppositions in life. We have to press through, the struggle is real my friend, we are in a battle, a war that only God can help us to get the victory.
Let me suggest to you:
Never deal with a matter or react to anyone/anything in haste, neither give an immediate answer to what youâre unsure about. In my experience, it is best not to deal with matters in haste or if youâre anxious - you will regret it. Take time out to meditate, reflect and give your mind space to free up whatâs bothering you ... Take a walk, have an alone time. Go outside-breathe, inhale, exhale the fresh air. Do something kind, treat yourself, you might just be surprised how good it makes you feel.
Last but not least ask God to send or give you the right people for advice or support ... You will definitely need that.
Meditate on these things:
For I know the plans I have for you,â declares the Lord, âplans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

When you do your best and others do what they can - just leave the rest to God! Mankind cannot be satisfied - we always want more. It doesnât matter how much of yourself you have given; some folks will never have enough of you. Donât get yourself exhausted and frustrated or you will either be running on empty. It is very important focus on your well-being.
God himself tried to fix mankind, to save them by sending His Son and people rejected him. How are we going to change people? We just canât, no matter how hard we try, we do the best we can, as much as we can, as long as we can.
These days itâs all about the pride of life, what I want to gain, (a me and I syndrome). Morals and values are thrown out of the window. The world is in turmoil- it is vanity and vexation of spirit. The deep love of money has allowed families, people, communities or nations to rise up against each other. Most people these days are not willing to do anything without money.
God bless the few people that will do things without favour or without the money; I call them âpeople of kindness and compassionâ. They just care from their heart. The heart is kind, pure and true.
Money is not all my friend; money comes and goes ... it is a temporary resource; we always seek for more.let me just put in here, that - (family is here with us we canât replace them, even when theyâre imperfect, letâs face it) we all have our flaws as imperfect people. Sometimes we find ourselves into some awkward matters, unpleasant at times and questionable, but-theyâre family - love them still!!
The world we live in is very chaotic and it can only be change through Devine intervention. My friends, encourage yourself in the Lord ... in this changing world - we canât fix it. I encourage myself in the Lord- âlet God be true and every man a liarâ⌠You and I have to focus on the things of God, on things that are pure and true, anything else is secondary.
Whatever our hands are able to do, letâs do it as unto God. Thereâs a world out there that needs healing and restoration, letâs be vessels of honour regardless of our own problems, God will solve them, in His time, His way. Letâs Trust Him through this time of âthe new ageâ
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are) noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthyâmeditate on these things.

There is no substitute for hard work. Never give up. Never stop believing. Never stop fighting.
In life, we experience failures. We make errors in calculation and judgment and get the rug pulled off our feet as a consequence. Most of us never get up to try again.
Being resilient means having the courage to bounce back and take risks despite adversity and initial setbacks.
In this episode, you are reminded that life sometimes has it's ups and downs and can cause uncertainties, depending on your situation. I am using this opportunity, to encourage you to hold on and never let go, in other words no - matter how bad it looks, there is still hope; your time will come to smile again.
I make no apologies to share my own experiences to help others to overcome. Life throws some harsh things at us at times and if I can help somebody along the way, with God's help - it would be worth it all.Â
When situations seems shaky and you do not know what else to do - remember you are a VICTOR, not a victim! Step out in faith believing God to work for you.Â
I cannot keep Him to myself. Somethings I would like to keep to myself, but this one- I have to let it out - it is part of my healing.
Be bless
Please do take some time - to listen to some body. You never know who you may be helping. Life is very busy, can be demanding but somebody needs your undivided attention - just listen. Make the sacrifice, take some time. This is a season that requires that listening ear...
On the 30 October 2021, I was so moved and touched by a rare type of kindness; this one is unique - it may not be for you but it is for me. This kindness is the ability to listen, to show somebody you really care. A dear friend reminded me how these little things we ignore can be so so important and does make a difference. Life sometimes has it's ups and downs and can cause uncertainties, depending on your situation.Â
Here is a tip - be honest to yourself about how you are feeling, do not refuse help!Be encouraged as you go through the process; sometimes it can be unbearable, but there is a God who can heal every situation ... Only believe and trust Him, irrespective of your Faith or Beliefs. He has been my Helper to all my problems.Â
Be bless
What is it you are trying to recover from?
In my last episode I spoke of human kindness and support of each other, showing empathy and care.
This episode hopeful will give you time to think, reflect; bring you some comfort and peace in the midst of your worries or fears. There is a purpose for everyone - a good purpose, we just need to stay positive, endeavoring to be the best version of ourselves.

This episode was done sometime ago but I didn't have the courage to post.
(On 15 October 2021, Sir David Amess, a British Conservative Party politician and Member of Parliament (MP) for Southend West, died after being stabbed) . So many have passed on before him and after him because of these senseless act of violence; too much of this kind of sadness is in our society today - but it doesn't have to be this way.
We are living in a season where some adults and young people have lost the will to positive reasoning. Our society lacks the care for each other and good values. I remember the days where people were unselfish, people looking out for each other, neighbors were like family .
Despite the sad news around you, do not allow it to distract you from doing human kindness. We all need each other one way or the other. I personally can testify that there are still kind people who cares and can empathise with your situations. I am a beneficiary of that kind of love. Without these people and the help of God, I would not be around.
Whatever goodness is in our power to do, let us do it!

This episode is about sharing, may you find - Peace, Hope and Love!
I purposed myself in finding my way through the darkness, the shadows; to find hope, consolation and light in obscurity⌠You can find some comfort as you go through your own situations. The Trumpet Sounds -Hope to Victory is here -telling you, youâre not alone! Thereâs one bigger than all our problems, bigger than all our fears. There is a God that understands and helps in every situation, He has been helping me to be an overcomer of lifeâs challenges.
It can be quite cumbersome pushing through the noise of life. I encourage those of you who are going through your own grief and pain in whatever form, it does not necessarily mean bereavement. Please look after your wellbeing, have time for yourself, push yourself to relax, go for a walk or just do something for you. Be human (cry if you may, shout, say how your feeling) talking it through with someone you trust, somebody who will listen to you can be helpful.
Sometimes people think itâs not cool to grieve, or even cry, let me tell you- thatâs a myth. Crying eases, tension, releases the stress. When youâre done⌠youâll feel so much better!!
Through these inspirational messages we pray you will find solace, comfort, peace and HOPE in this volatile world.

Whatever you may be feeling at this time ... it could be you are frustrated about Covid and its impact, loss of job, the weather being too cold for you...maybe just fed up with the way things are going in your life.
Be encouraged to press forward-looking by faith to overcome.
