In this episode I am joined by Eleanor Venables from Plymouth Albion Rugby Club. We discuss her role within Albion as well as her other role at a Recycling Centre. We talk about her family businesses as well as her family reunion which is amazing. We discuss women within the sports arena and her advice to women who want to get into a role within sport.

In this episode I am joined by Liliane Uwimana from Diversity Business Incubator in Plymouth. Liliane has experienced plenty in her life, before moving to the UK and during her arrival in the country. She came to the UK knowing no English, and has since completed lots of training and has studied for a degree and has started a business alongside her husband. She has also set up a group alongside DBI, called Girls to Women.

In this episode I am joined by Joanna Gorniak from Street Factory in Plymouth. Street Factory is a community organisation that uses all elements of Hip Hop to transform lives so that young people can exceed their potential and fall in love with their purpose.
We discussed everything from her journey with Street Factory, to attending Buckingham Palace with her husband as he collected his MBE, to setting up a Zoom call with women from her local area during lockdown.

In this episode I am joined by Leah Leaves from Iridescent Minds CIC. Leah was diagnosed with ADHD at age 43 and before her diagnosis she had worked as a Hypnotherapist in Plymouth, supporting individuals with depression and anxiety. She then identified that she was probably supporting individuals who were also undiagnosed with ADHD and she wanted to use her skills to support those who are struggling. That is when she started Iridescent Minds CIC - #iamadhd.
