In my 3rd episode, we meet and chat with Larry, a culinary arts expert and trained executive chef turned Director of Dining Services development for a South Philly grocer and market. He is in the business of bolstering blueberries and fresh squeezed juice now, but previously was a leader in the creative areas of collegiate culinary arts. Our discussion on the creative process, fostering an empowered team, and navigating challenges and conflict via Larry's personal experiences opens up a new perspective on what works for creativity in the world of workplaces.
In this second episode of the series, I talk with Mike the VP of Engineering for a local software development company that services health clubs around the globe. We learn about how inventive problem solving and critical thinking skills help to clarify creativity within his roles and at his various workplaces - current and previous. Creative design layout for the actual physical spaces for work is revealed to be important in our discussion.
