www.theerrolmckellarfoundation.com The Errol McKellar Foundation focuses on giving presentations and talks around the UK to raise the awareness of important men’s health issues, especially prostate cancer. Errol and others who have direct personal experience will explain the symptoms and outcomes relating to it and encourage men to have regular PSA tests. In the same way that all cars older than 3 years have to have an annual MOT test to ensure they are roadworthy, The Errol McKellar Foundation will aim to inspire men to take the same approach to their health through it’s campaign MOT Yourself. By giving themselves their own personal annual MOT they can become more aware of potential health issues that will primarily affect them. Prostate Cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK and 1 in 4 men from a black African or Caribbean background and 1 in 12 men Asian men and particular emphasis will be put on reaching out to men in those communities Men aged 45 and over or with a family history of prostate cancer are more at risk of getting prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and it was recently announced that for the first time in the UK more men are dying of prostate cancer than breast cancer kills women. Over 47,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that’s 129 men every day. Every 45 minutes one man dies from prostate cancer – that’s more than 11,000 men every year. Over 330,000 men are living with and after prostate cancer.

Unpopular Opinion!
Women are now using the phrase “I Have boundaries” to escape dealing with survival tactics from unhealed traumas! Boundaries are essentially walls we put up to effectively keep dysfunction out. A lot of us women are, or have been victims of narcisstic abuse from men in some way and to those that have not healed, your “boundaries” are triggered by any engagement a man tries to have with you. That’s not a boundary, it’s a trauma-response. Once I healed myself I was able to recognize the difference. If you are not able to comfortably interact with men who show interest in you without going off on them for simply trying to get to know you, those “boundaries” have become your new trauma. I man should not have to beat any walls down to prove he can be respectful and devotional. As a matter a fact, the healed men will run the other way once they recognize that hardened feminine aspect of you. It comes across as attitude and emotional instability. You will not need so many “boundaries” once you feel safe within your feminine energy again. Men are not your enemy. Allow the men who are worthy to get to know you and practice opening yourself up again to receive the love, devotion, and respect you deserve.
I love you all and I hope you are able to heal! ❤️❤️🙏🏾 from a woman uplifting woman.

Mind Over Matter Founder Kerry Musington and her team, members of the MOM project suicided prevention Real talk discuss life. There people who suffered abuse, many unheard stories, We have been privileged to have Farisai unveil who she really is, from victim to survivor. We hear her amazing successful journey that will inspire many around the world.
We also give thanks to those who took part in the interview as part of raising awareness in aid of suicide prevention. The experience is overwhelming so we are celebrating life together, we have seen the transformation first hand and we at MOM are very proud, Incredible, very inspiring and we hope that someone out there can take some encouragement from this video. Remember you are not alone, you can be anything you want to, You can achieve just like Farisai.
We also give thanks to the world experience of uniting men and women from around the world to come together to support farisai. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for bringing diversity and equality celebrating life and success, and empowering others to be a part of History.
Read the true story and get your copy today. Chiramu is a tradition that is best described as a game of bonding between brothers and sisters-in-law in the Zimbabwean Shona culture. For Farisai, it escalated into the violation of the very essence of her womanhood and all it stands for. Sexually violated by a brother-in-law who should have been looking out for her, Farisai’s life, health, and function in society became a tangled spider’s web, one she struggled to detangle, and the ripple effects were endless.
A near-death car accident was the rude awakening that helped her realise that unless she dealt with the tradition-inflicted secret of her abuse, her whole life would be nothing but a series of damaging, self-sabotaging events that could only be stopped by coming out of the rut that is dogma.
This is a true account of how culture, tradition, and religion play havoc in many African women’s lives.

Putting myself forward to try out hypnotherapy as I've avoided it for so long, I watched TV shows about it but never tried, I was always frightened of unearthing what is ment to be left buried. I tried it tonight live on Facebook and documented so there would nothing hidden.. And I guess I didn't allow my mind to go deep incase Triggers set in. So I felt that I was prompted on doors which lead me to childhood, I choose not to go any further with hypnotherapy live because I was worried if I would be under spell and not incontrol of my own mind. Just a thought I know but I'm just only getting grips with my new way of thinking and that's to move forward not back to childhood, be mindful of triggers when attempting hypnotherapy. I got stuck and could go any further because of my traumatic childhood butif it was meditation with music then relaxing would be the aim . I was not completely relaxed for my first time. I could not totally let go of my mind. I wanted my control over my mind. I would not allow images in .. now that's the power of the mind . Would I try again ,remains to be a mind over matter 🤔 but at least I took an opportunity to try.
Research shows that there should be a limit to what you hear and Speak about. Thoughts can be change to a positive mental attitude 😌
"Did you know that there are simple, yet profound, Principles that reveal the connection between the spiritual and the psychological nature of all human beings? As you realize these Principles for yourself you can truly begin to experience a sense of sacredness in the ordinary moments of your life. You will learn that these Principles are the sole source of all of your feelings and experiences and that understanding these simple principles is the key to raising your overall level of well-being. When your level of well-being rises, you experience less anxiety, less time feeling down, less stress, more enjoyment, a greater sense of aliveness, a light-heartedness, more confidence in your decisions, and greater ease in all of your relationships.
When I learned this I not only gained the benefits mentioned above, but I also gained a greater spiritual sense of life—more awe and wonder, a greater sense of the sacred nature of life, a deeper trust in my capacity to access a wisdom that transcends the intellect, and a growing ability to experience the unconditional love that lies at the root of our being. We give thanks to Dicken Bettinger and Kerry Mussington who raised awareness in aid of suicide prevention #momproject #3principles

Kerry Mussington Born and raised in a little town called Ipswich Suffolk discussed with Adrian Ashby Radio host @ICR FM radio show about the Lack of education surrounding Windrush and the issues with Ipswich Town.Kerry is the Founded Mind Over Matter Project Suicide prevention and has been supporting many communities throughout with eduction and business mentioning as well as homelessness and criminal behaviour and disabilities including drug and alcohol abuse. "I've felt first hand the suffering and total disregard for indirect Discrimination that happens before your eyes. The Windrush celebrate is a reminder of the struggles and given 2021 you ask for acknowledgement and get more struggles.. ignore the request minimum funding. So what is the Windrush about and why is Ipswich Town closing Doors On 🚪the black community. Many years of experience in the community, we see the change we see the struggles we see so much money being pumped into structure of the town center Cornhill but nothing for humanity .. seem rubble is more important than rebuilding and recognising there really is a big issues and the struggles are real, Ipswich Suffolk is coming like a Ghost town. Born and raised we have seen the changes and the fight for even a simple youth club,,,, Me na beg. Shout out to all the people who are doing something to support the community 🙌 if you have heard your name , big up to you ,,,,, sail your own ships and be the change you will find a way to be you 😉 congratulations a big congratulations to those who have helped and supported those we grew up around with their projects. Ipswich Suffolk holds good and bad History but that's similar all over the word, but coming from a small community it would be a shame to only come together at weddings and funerals. Actions speak louder than words. When will we be permitted to have equality. Seems like everybody other than the black community has a building to develop education for their community but not the understanding of Culture principles and history. Change would be good, uplift the black and diverse community with simple shelter so we could build. IT'S POINTLESS SEGREGATING WHEN WE HAVE MIXED RACE CHILDREN. 🤷 Sick of fighting to celebrate the Windrush generation, 2021 still shows the struggles to be accepted based on deprivation and even exportation particularly after they built England up from the ground. Feels like being used . What was the wind rush about in the first place why the lack of education. The Windrush 22nd June 2018 is the 70th anniversary of the arrival of the Empire Windrush, which transported large numbers of men from the Caribbean to the UK. The men had been encouraged to travel to the UK to fill the job vacancies which had sprung up during the post war period.People arriving in the UK between 1948 and 1971 from Caribbean countries have been labelled the Windrush generation. It refers to the ship MV Empire Windrush, which docked in Tilbury on 22 June 1948, bringing workers from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and other islands, to help fill post-war UK labour shortages.Windrush: 'You can't invite people then chase them back home'
Windrush: 'You can't invite people then chase them back home'Close

Complications
Fibroids are non-cancerous growths that develop in or around the womb (uterus). The growths are made up of muscle and fibrous tissue, and vary in size. They're sometimes known as uterine myomas or leiomyomas. Many women are unaware they have fibroids because they do not have any symptoms. Women who do have symptoms (around 1 in 3) may experience:
heavy periods or painful periods
tummy (abdominal) pain
lower back pain
a frequent need to urinate
constipation
pain or discomfort during sex
In rare cases, further complications caused by fibroids can affect pregnancy or cause infertility.
Seeing a GP
As fibroids do not often cause symptoms, they're sometimes diagnosed by chance during a routine gynaecological examination, test or scan. See a GP if you have persistent symptoms of fibroids so they can investigate possible causes. If the GP thinks you may have fibroids, they'll usually refer you for an ultrasound scan to confirm the diagnosis.
Who gets fibroids?
Fibroids are common, with around 1 in 3 women developing them at some point in their life. They most often occur in women aged 30 to 50. Fibroids are thought to develop more frequently in women of African-Caribbean origin. It's also thought they occur more often in overweight or obese women because being overweight increases the level of oestrogen in the body. Women who have had children have a lower risk of developing fibroids, and the risk decreases further the more children you have.
Types of fibroids
Fibroids can grow anywhere in the womb and vary in size considerably. Some can be the size of a pea, whereas others can be the size of a melon. The main types of fibroids are:
intramural fibroids – the most common type of fibroid, which develop in the muscle wall of the womb
subserosal fibroids – fibroids that develop outside the wall of the womb into the pelvis and can become very large
submucosal fibroids – fibroids that develop in the muscle layer beneath the womb's inner lining and grow into the cavity of the womb
In some cases, subserosal or submucosal fibroids are attached to the womb with a narrow stalk of tissue. These are known as pedunculated fibroids.
Treating fibroids
Fibroids do not need to be treated if they are not causing symptoms. Over time, they'll often shrink and disappear without treatment, particularly after the menopause. If you do have symptoms caused by fibroids, medicine to help relieve the symptoms will usually be recommended first. There are also medications available to help shrink fibroids. If these prove ineffective, surgery or other, less invasive procedures may be recommended.
