We explore ways to go on a path of healing and how we can become our most powerful selves; through emotional honesty and vulnerability, through shining through our shame and redefining what it means to have power.

Welcome to Season 4 of The Path To Power Podcast lovelies!

On this episode I intereview one of my absolute ‘fitness inspo’s’ Laura Hayter. Laura and I connected through a mutual friend and I was honoured to hold space to interview her. Laura talks candidly and honestly about her battles with mental health, addictions and unhealthy relationships. She also opens up about her decision to terminate a pregnancy. Her story and the humility and insight she tells it with brought me to tears. If you’re a sensitive soul like me I’ve no doubt that you will shed a tear too - as well as laugh along at our stories of relationships, self image and health journeys.

Laura is a Women's Nutrition & Fitness Coach and works with her clients to get to the root issue of their health barriers. She is empowering, honest and gets results! This is truly an incredible episode.

Laura also hosts an informative and engaging podcast Elevate - all about health, fitness, healing and how we get those goals!

One of my absolute favourite episodes yet. We talk leadership, femininity, motherhood, miscarriages, business, redefining gender roles, what makes a successful marriage and being a Forbes featured business woman!

Abigail Brown is one of my nearest and dearest friends, we lived with each other at uni and have been friends ever since, more recently i have engaged Abi as my business coach. Abi has been married to her husband Dan for nearly 20 years! Her wedding was actually the first wedding I’d ever attended in our early twenties. Together they have three children and practice conscious parenting.

Abi is one of the Co-founder's of The Simple Folk; sustainable, non-toxic and ethical ‘slow fashion’ for the wild-hearted minimalist.

With an incredible following and community (particularly on Instagram), they have been featured in Forbes, Vogue, People magazine, Hello, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, Milk Magazine and more. As they have grown, The Simple Folk has become known not only for ethical fashion and conscious lifestyle but also for empowering women. As well as being female led, they are predominantly female operated and are a part of the change for women collective that champions women and children all over the world.

Welcome to Season 3 of The Path To Power Podcast.

In this episode I reflect on my journey so far in stopping smoking. At the age of 31 years old I stopped after reading a book however, in recent years I started smoking again. Initially socially, then every few months, then every few weeks, then every few days until days became hours and I was a full time smoker again!

In this episode I talk with Adele Mulligan. Aside from being the Finding Freedom Womens Collective ‘OG’ & Godmother, Adele helps people to understand their belief systems and how to change them to improve the quality of their lives through her work with Change Grow Live - Building Bridges Programme.

Adele and I talk about her childhood and first impressions of relationships that then played into her adult romantic relationships. Adele now has six years of being sober from drugs and alcohol, is reunited with her children and her work with parents has been nominated for awards. On this episode, Dominy talks with Victor Granville, also known as The Real Love Strategist. Victor is a relationships coach, speaker, author and founder of ‘Attract Your Beloved’. Victor is incredibly insightful and shares some profound truths around finding real love and intimacy; starting with ourselves and then extending to our relationships!

Victor recognises that many women and men struggle to break free from painful relationship patterns that cause heartbreak and negativity and, as a consequence, find they repeat the same mistakes in love.

Victor works with his clients to help them attract real love at last through learning how to truly love and not abandon themselves, helping them to heal childhood trauma and wounding that negatively affects their current partnering decisions; and compromises their ability to deepen intimacy and support relational healing within a committed relationship.
