It's the 44th episode and I had the pleasure to sit down and chat with a long time friend, author and broadcaster Kim Carson. If the name sounds familiar, you might have heard her on the air in such places as Detroit, Grand Rqapids and Toledo just to name a few. Kim is also an author of a book of poetry, Essence of Life: A Compilation Of Inspiration, Story And Poetry. We spent some time talking about her start in radio and of course what she is up to today. If you're a regular to the podcast, you do know, what would a Jim Snyder Podcast be complete without a really bad pun. This one may drive you nuts.
The purpose of this episode is to simply inform and share. Am I calling for the abandonment of Western culture and the practice of faith? By no means. I just want to share a different point of view that perhaps you as a listener have not considered.
I like to think of life as going to your favorite buffet restaurant. They're going to be lots of choices, lots of things you like and things you don't. You get to choose what you want. All I can do is present something to you and you do with it as you see fit.
Do I feel led to follow in all of the practices and customs that Dave speaks about in this episode? No, but I respect them and I can learn from all of them.

In this 40th episode, we turn the tables. Recently I had the pleasure of being a guest of long time Toledo radio veteran Fred LeFebvre who can be heard weekday mornings from 6:00 until 9:00 a.m. on News Radio 1370 WSPD.
