From the UEA lecture halls to a placement at the Bank of England, Atinuke Olayinka (UEA Economics Undergraduate) shares her experiences and opinions on problems, solutions, and successes with diversity.

The UK economy has faced a difficult and tumultuous handful of years by many benchmarks and progressed to enter the worst recession in G7. This burdens many corporations' budgets, forcing them to reduce human resources. The graduate market is becoming more and more competitive. What can a student do about this?
In this podcast, we will discuss the impact of the recession on the graduate market and introduce advice to graduates from experts in consulting sector regarding this recession.
