The New Leaf Podcast is a weekly show featuring guests that will discuss their personal lives, the current events of the world, and an insight on mental health. The show also offers a platform for listeners to hear some stories of people who have struggled with a mental health issue and how they have overcome their battles.
This lankmark episode sees me answer some of your Q&As submitted to me on my social media platforms, plus a few questions by my mystery questionmaster. This raw, unedited, unscripted, and unexplainably awful episode ran on slightly longer than planned, but enjoy.
