I came to US 4 years ago. I love this country, I want to contribute something to make the world the better place. The purpose of this podcast is going to be telling you guys the lessons I learned in life, business and personal development. But this podcast will be a lot different than other podcast you ever heard, that I will talk and give value in a broken English. Because this is all I can do. People might tell me to do something else that I am good at instead of wasting time. But if my communication is not good at all, what can I do?
Sometimes I got lazy to work. I guess everyone feel the same way. This is where you have to relax and earn the fun.
You have a lot of time, but your parent don't. People are too busy to know what is going on in their parent life. They just forgot how did they got to this Earth. That's why you have to make and stick to a plan that balance your life and work. On the other side, you need journaling to reflect what you doing daily, point out the bad habit that wasting too much time.
I want to be the hero like the one on TV. I want to save this Earth from evil. As I grow up, the reality hit me hard. There is no hero but people fighting for personal gain. There are no real enemy but your negative thinking keep telling yourself that you are not good enough. The only way in life is thriving.

At the end of the day, after doing research and conventional thinking, you make your own decision. Don't depend your life on other people, because the consequence itself is uncontrollable and sustainable. Later you will not regret because that was all you decision. And guys, there is no perfect way. The nature is flaw, there is both strength and weakness on each decision you make.

MBA is for people who want to further study on business management and who want to develop better skill for career advancement. Is MBA worth it? I don't know. But in the situation you have to make loan, get too deep in financial debt, then I recommend that you shouldn't. Or in the situation that you have to study full time and work full time to pay for both living expense and tuition fee, then I also believe that it is not sustainable in a long term. At the end, it is a part of the journey. If it make your life suffering, then why should you?
Money is not everything. If you think money solve every problem, then you are wrong. To get an expertise at a work you got to practice a lot. There is no easy way at all. If you think you only need a lot of money to invest, then you commit to the factor you cannot control. If you think you have a lot money then people will work for you, then you are wrong too. People only work for their purpose. That is why you should be purpose-driven, instead of money-driven, because it is more sustainable in the long-term.

Do you know the average number of books the top salary ranking executive read every year is 60, compared to the poorest CEO who never finish a book a year? I'm not sure if the information is correct but book can be a life-changing tool we should invest on early life. It's starting to get cheaper since amazon transforming it into digital format. It worth the investment guys.

I wanted to do start up. And I know the important of having stable income to save up for my startup. Even though Podcast will be my part time job, but I will do it for free. Because I don't have social number. I can only work with OPT 1 year but I'm kinda need to save up that time for working in corporation. And I don't mind. I get used to the way of working with no salary. All the student is just like that. You work your ass off and at the end of the day, you gain nothing but stress. But the important thing I will never forget is that, I am investing on speaking skill, where is intangible asset.

I wanted to record using my ipad but there is no way you can both charging and recording. And when it runs out battery I got to stop and it is so annoying.
I realized I haven’t worked yet so I will have no way to tell you guys about business in real life, but I’m in my way to create my very first podcast show. This will be my very first business.
The poor = hour worked x hour rate. the rich = scalability x magnitude. You shouldn’t work harder but smarter. You should become the producer not consumer. You should make as much product as you can times as high price as you can charge and know what is the demand product out there.
It’s not hard to create a website to be honest. You don’t need to know coding at all. There are some platform you can use like Bluehost and wordpress.com. Walt disney used wordpress to create their website. The website include seo and privacy and a lot of tool for business too.
I always focus on doing personal development all the time. Then I realize that to become an entrepreneur as I always dream of, I got to start producing from now, instead of learning but not doing anything. When I change my goal from graduate BBA at UNT to graduate MBA at Havard, I know I got to be extraordinary. I got tto do thing that people are not willing to do. And I believe this very first episode will have no one listening to because of my broken English, but after 1 year, I will do better than this.
