Kayla and Drew discuss not only the importance of speaking more about our struggles with anxiety and depression, but the example we have in Jesus through how HE dealt with his own mental health. There is so much freedom found in Christ, in how he meets us in our feelings, provides for us and empathizes with every need we have.
