Jesus already paid what you owed for sin and gave you the gift of eternal life through salvation. Read it, memorise it and hide it in your heart.
You are forgiven. God can never be upset with you. Jesus paid the price for your past, present and future mistakes.
Did you know you have been redeemed - this means a price was paid for you. Jesus paid to save you. You are that precious to Him. You belong to Him.
“So he decided long ago to adopt us. He adopted us as his children with all the rights children have. He did it because of what Jesus Christ has done. It pleased God to do it.”

This week, our memory verse is Proverbs 3:5-6.
Read it, memorise it; hide it in your heart and mind and say it to yourself.
Because the Holy Spirit is in you, He produces amazing fruit in you - His character becomes your character.
Walking in the spirit means you allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide your thoughts, words and actions.
In the Spirit, when Jesus rose from the dead, you rose with Him and now you are seated with Him in the heavenly kingdom and you are far above the enemy and every evil.
The Holy Spirit lives in you. If the Holy Spirit ever had a home address, it’s in you!!
The Holy Spirit does not just live inside of you, He has joined Himself to you forever.
God made you in His image and that image is spirit. You look like God on your inside and that is the real you.
God wants you to know your real identity - In the Spirit and how to live your life in Christ.
God wants you to be confident and trust that when you pray, He always listens and He answers every single prayer because He loves you and cares deeply about you.
God does not have any you worry about anything. Instead pray and give thanks knowing that God takes care of you.
The Holy Spirit is a true Friend that helps you to pray when you don’t know how to pray. He also prays for you.
Your prayers are powerful. Prayer changes your heart and mind and builds the character of Jesus in you.
God instructed us to pray always and never stop praying. There is so much power in your prayers.
God’s love is forever, it never stops and never gives up. It doesn’t matter how lost we may feel, His love chases us and never gives up.
God’s love is expressed to others by what we do even if we do not feel it. This is why you can love everyone, even those that do not deserve it. That’s the God kind of love!
Nothing we do means much without love. Love is the true proof that we are followers of Jesus.
God showed us His love by giving His best gift - His Son, Jesus. And He still gives today because He loves us.
Love is not just a character of God. Love is God’s nature. And because you are like Him, your nature is also love.
God has promised to hold your hand and help you so you never have to be afraid of anything.
You can only trust God fully if you know Him. Today we explore how you can know God so you can trust Him with all your hearts.
God cares about you so much and He does not want you to worry about anything. Trust Him and give your worries to Him and He will take care of it.
God’s plans are like a treasure map and God sees the whole picture even when you can’t. You can trust Him to fulfil His plan for your life.
Trusting God is knowing that He loves you and wants the best for you. When you trust God, you can face every day with courage and with joy.
A vision is an idea in your heart and your imagination of the future you want. God wants you to focus on the vision He has for the new things He is doing.
Except God to do impossible things. He promises to do new things by making difficult things possible.
Happy New year! Its’s the start of a new year, and you should be excited because God promises to do something new. He has amazing plans for you in the new year,so expect it and start to thank Him for it now.
God loves you no matter who you are or what you have done. God is never angry with you. You are loved by God.
You have been bought with a price. You are valuable to God that He paid the biggest price so you can become righteous.
You are joined with Jesus and you have the same spirit and the same nature as Him. You can never stop being righteous.
Your Righteousness is from Christ by believing in Him. When God sees you, He sees Jesus. You are one with Him.
Because you are righteous, the Holy Spirit is in you and produces His fruit and His nature in you. He
You don’t have to work for your Righteousness, it is a free gift from God. You are righteous because you believe in Jesus and not by what you do.
Because you are righteous, you can be sure that your prayers are powerful and they are always answered.
The gift of salvation is forever and you cannot lose it. It does not depend on what you do or don’t do. It is eternal.
The free gift of salvation is not only for a few people but God wants everyone on earth to receive salvation.
Our great salvation is a gift that comes from God. It’s not a reward for something we did.
Our great salvation is a gift from God. We did not earn it. We just receive it by faith.
To reconcile means to make friends again. By salvation even though we were God’s enemies because of spiritual death, we are now brought back into a relationship with Him forever.
To restore means to bring back to a normal condition. Salvation restores us to God’s original intention for us - to be just like Him
Spiritual death is a result of sin. When Adam and Eve sinned, they died spiritually and were separated from God. Salvation makes us alive spiritually.
Salvation is from the Greek work Soteria which means to deliver, to save and to keep safe. We are saved from the nature of sin and its punishment.
We have ben saved from sin, and the punishment that comes with it. Our salvation is very great. We dońt ever have to be afraid of sin or the devil.
The sign that you are growing in God is your love for others, even those that don’t deserve it.
God wants us to love like He loves us. His love is Agape, He loves us even when we don’t deserve it.
Jesus gave a very important commands - to love others. Loving others is how we can show that we are His disciples.
You have God’s peace already in your spirit, God gives you His peace so that you do not have to worry about anything.
You have been given a special assignment to represent God and give people the message that Jesus loves them and He has saved them.
The gospel is the good news that Jesus wants us to share with the world, to let people know how much He loves them and that He died for them.
Jesus gave us an instruction to go into all the world to preach the gospel, To tell all those around us about His love.
God tells us not to worry about anything. No matter what goes on, pray to Him and thank Him.
God is with you always, so you do not need to be afraid. You can be courageous because He will strengthen you.
God has a purpose for your life - a special assignment He wants you to do. You need courage, just like Joshua did, to fulfil your purpose
Jesus commanded us to take courage and not be afraid. He knows that you will sometimes feel fear but He wants you to be bold and brave and do all He wants you to do even feel afraid. In Him you are full of courage.
Just like a sheep cannot take care of itself but depends on the shepherd. We are God’s sheep and He is our shepherd, we can depend on Him to take care of us.
Knowing you are righteous and right with God makes you bold.
Because you have the nature of God, you are like Him, and so you are bold and courageous just like He is.
Righteousness means being right with God. It has nothing to do with what you do or do not do. It is who you are, it is your nature because Jesus made you righteous.
Your identity is who you are. You are more than what you have, what you do or what you have. Your identify is found in Christ. Only God can show you who you truly are.
You are God’s best creation. He made you to show the world how skilful He is. When the world sees you, they see God’s great work and they are drawn to Him.
Just like God, you create things by the Words that you speak. Words are powerful and whatever you say is what you will see.
God’s Word is His will for us. So to know if He is the one speaking to your heart, it needs to agree with His Word. As you know His Word more, you will recognise His leading in your heart more.
A shepherd takes care of his sheep, he leads them and makes sure they're safe. The sheep hear his voice as he leads them.
God our shepherd and like His sheep, we must recognize his voice so that He can lead and guide us
God speaks to you and leads you in Your Spirit by His Spirit that is joined with yours. This is called the Inward Witness.
You can never be unloved because the Holy Spirit has poured God’s love into your heart.
He wants you to share that love with others too.
The Holy Spirit prays for you in the way that God wants Him to pray. So everything will always works out perfectly for you.
To enjoy the friendship of the Holy Spirit, you must desire Him and want Him more than anything else.
The Holy advises you and tells you what to do. He helps you make the right decisions and tells you what is right or wrong.
The Holy Spirit is in you to teach you all things and help you to remember things.
He knows all things and wants to teach you what you don’t know
The Holy Spirit stands by you and is always willing and ready to help and strengthen you.
One of the most important things the a Holy Spirit does in your life is to help you. He makes things easier for you to do, and with His help, nothing is impossible.
The Holy Spirit is a real person just like you and not a thing. He thinks, He feels, He makes decisions.
The Holy Spirit is God. He was there before the whole world and anything else was created. He is God living in our hearts to help us and be our friend.
The Holy Spirit is with you always, just like Jesus was with the disciples.
Do you ever wish you could see Jesus face to face and ask Him questions and speak to Him?
Well Jesus is with you - as the Holy Spirit! And He is with you all of the time
Meditation is thinking deeply about and Speaking the word of God so that it releases power in you to grow up in Him.
You are never alone. Don’t worry about what to do or how to do it- God gives you strength to do all He wants you to do.
God made you exactly the way you are so you can carry out His special assignment. You are good enough!
God has amazing plans for your life and He wants you to know and walk in your amazing purpose.
Salvation is everything that Jesus did - our health, our peace, wisdom and every amazing gift. Joy is how you get all of those gifts.
God loves you and is happy with you! He rejoices because of you and He sings over you! (Zephaniah 3:17)
Thanking God makes you live free of anything that has held you down. When you are in a difficult situation, don’t complain, just thank Him, and you will experience His miracle.
When we give thanks, even when we have only a little, it is multiplied and becomes a lot more.
When you give thanks, you experience God’s peace even when things are perfect around you.
When you thank God, you magnify Him. To magnify God means to make Him bigger in your heart than any fear, worry or challenges you will ever face.
1st Thessalonians 5:18 tells us to give thanks to God always because that’s His Will for us. We must learn to thank God even when it seems things are not going our way.
The Word of God helps you grow in God. Just like your body needs food, your spirit needs the Word to grow.
“I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart.”
Mark 11:23 NLT
There is so much power when you speak the Word.
God, in Genesis 1, created the light out of darkness by the Word, you can also create the life you want by speaking His Word.
Meditation means reading the Word, thinking about it and speaking it to yourself over and over again.
When you meditate on the Word it changes and renews your mind so you think God’s thoughts.
“Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.”
Joshua 1:8 NLT
To Word of God has the power to change you rand can also change everything around you.
“Because God loves us, none of these troubles can ever beat us. He makes us win against them.”
Romans 8:37 EASY
God’s love makes you a winner all the time. When you know the love of God, you are a world champion. Nothing can harm you. You never have to be afraid because you know He His love.
Nothing can ever stop God from loving you. Not even what you do or don’t do. He loves you because it’s His nature to love and you are His special child.
“Lord your special love reaches as high as the sky. People can trust you beyond the clouds.”
Psalms 36:5 EASY
God’s Love never fails, you can trust in His love. He loves you all the time and will never turn His back on you no matter what happens.
In the love of God, you don’t ever have to be afraid.
“….. God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”
Romans 5:5 NIV
God gave us The Holy Spirit who always lets us know that We are loved.
The Holy Spirit is inside you and will never leave you. He is there to let you know that nothing can ever take you away from Him and from His love for you.
“See what amazing love the Father has given us! Because of it, we are called children of God. And that’s what we really are!
1 John 3:1 NIRV
God’s love for you is so amazing! He didn’t save you and make you His slave or even just a friend but His own child.
Because you are His child that He loves so much, He protects you, provides for you, heals you and is always there for you. You are never alone or without help.
“A voice spoke to him from heaven. It said, “You are my Son, and I love you. I am very pleased with you.””
Mark 1:11 NIRV
God is pleased with you! You are His child and He loves you so much. God’s love does not depend on what you do or don’t do. He loves you simply because you’re His Child.
Our confession is what we speak. God wants us to speak His Word. What we say becomes who we are.
Today, we will confess about our Spirit, our Soul and our Body and speak what we want to see.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?…. 1st Corinthians 6:19
third part of you is your body. It is God’s Temple; God’s house that carries your spirit.
God made your body. He made you wonderfully. He made you the way you look for a purpose. To worship Him and to represent Him on earth.
As he thinks within himself, so is he….
Proverbs 23:7
God gave you a soul to be able to think and imagine great things just like God when He created the world by imagining it and speaking it.
As you meditate on God’s Word, you begin to imagine amazing things and you become what you imagine and speak.
Fear is the opposite of the Faith.
Fear is an enemy so we must not allow it in our hearts.
Fear comes through the ‘3 gates’ - the eyes, the ears and the mouth - what you see, what you hear and what you say.
To stop being afraid, you must guard these three gates. And you must be courageous.
“God gave us his Spirit. And the Spirit doesn’t make us weak and fearful. Instead, the Spirit gives us power and love. He helps us control ourselves.”
2 Timothy 1:7 NIRV
Did you know that you don’t have to be afraid of anything?
Fear does not come from inside you, because you look like God and if God cannot be afraid, you cannot be afraid.
Faith comes from God into your spirit but fear is a lie that devil tries to make you believe in your soul and in your mind.
God wants you to be free from fear so you can be all He wants you to be.
You become what you say to yourself and about yourself. Your words become your thoughts and your thoughts become who you are.
No matter how you feel, keep saying what you want to see in your life. And that’s what you will become.
Like a guard protects a home from intruders, you must guard your mind. Remember you become what you think about a lot.
The Bible tells us in Proverbs 4:23 to be careful what we allow into our minds and thoughts.
Thoughts come through what we see, what we hear and what we say. We must therefore be very careful that we see, we say and hear the right thing.
We have an enemy called the devil. But Jesus already defeated him for us. The devil has no power to harm us anymore. But he still tries to lie to us and tries to make us believe those lies. Those lies in the mind are called strongholds when we believe them and start to think in that way.
God has given us His Word to destroy those strongholds. When we know the truth, the lies disappear. God’s word changes our thinking and our lives are controlled by the way we think.
The soul doesn’t get born again, only your spirit does, but you must renew our minds- this means you must change the way you think. It’s the Word of God that helps us renew our minds.
You feel with your soul, but the real you is your Spirit.
If you don’t feel happy, don’t say ‘I am sad’ because the real you is full of joy, and so you cannot be sad.
Keep thinking about what you want because your life will become what you think about.
Did you know your thoughts control your life. You are what you think about.
The Bible tells us in Proverbs 4:23 that we must be careful what you think about, because that becomes who we are.
So never think about bad or negative things but always think about good and positive things, because that is who you will become
The soul is the part of you that thinks, that feels and makes decision.
Your spirit is perfect like God’s, and you need to learn how to train your soul to feel and think like Gos.
The same way you get stronger in your body by eating and exercise and you grow your mind and get smarter by learning, you can train your spirit and grow.
The more you grow, the more of the fruit of the spirit that shows in your life. And the more like God you act because that is the real you.
2nd Corinthians 5:17 “When anyone belongs to Christ, they become a new person. Their old way of life has gone. Their new life has begun!”
You have a new life in Christ, and that life is God’s life- it’s a life full of love, joy, peace and every good thing that is in God because you now look like Him.
We have been speaking on the 3D life - Spirit, Soul and Body.
The spirit is the real you made in the image of God, and with your spirit, you make contact with the spiritual realm where God is.
With the soul you feel, you think
And your body is what carries you.
When God created you, He made you in His image, to look like Him. So you are like God.
What does God look like? John 4:24 says God is spirit. So if God is spirit, it means we are also spirit.
Your spirit is the most important part of you and that is the part of you where God lives.
What happens to you when you are born again? Does it mean you have to go back into your mother’s belly?
No, that was the first birth. The new birth is by the Holy Spirit, and it is not our bodies that get born again but our spirit.
You are a Spirit made to be like God, you have a soul (your mind) with which you think, you feel and decide and you have a body which is like your container.
With your Spirit, you contact the spiritual realm where God is.
With your Soul, you contact the mental realm
With your body, you contact the physical realm
God made you amazingly. You are His favourite creation!
You are more than what we see or touch, God made three parts of you - Spirit, Soul and body.
“Your word is like a lamp that guides my steps, a light that shows the path I should take.”
Psalms 119:105
God’s Word is like a manual for our lives that shows us what to do and how to do it. If you want to know your purpose, then you will find it as you spend time with His Word in the Bible.
Jeremiah 33:3 “Call out to me. I will answer you. I will tell you great things you do not know. And unless I do, you wouldn’t be able to find out about them.””
God is really excited about the purpose He has for you. And He wants you to know it to so you can start doing what He wants you to do.
The way you know the purpose of God is by asking Him- by praying. And He will begin to show you and teach you what you need to do.
God made you and every part of you perfect for your purpose.
Never try to be someone else or look like someone else.
Everything God does is wonderful, so you are wonderful just the way you are!

Christmas is a time to remember that God is always with you. Jesus was called Immanuel which means God with us.
He has promised to be with us, never to leave us or abandon us.
Nothing can ever separate us from His love.
This is the good news of Christmas!
Luke 1:37 “with people it is impossible but with God, all things are possible”.
Has God ever asked you to do something or maybe you wanted to do something but you thought you couldn’t - The birth of Jesus and the Christmas story reminds us that God can and He loves to do the impossible if we only believe Him.
Jesus is the real reason for Christmas. God gave Jesus, His best gift to us so that we will live forever like Him. Christmas is beyond the lovely gifts you’ll get, it’s not about the yummy food but about God’s Gift given to us because He loves us.
Listen and pray along with these prayers from the Bible that the Apostle Paul prayed for the first Christians to help them grow.
He prayed for them (and also for us) to know God, His power, His love, His will.
When you pray this scriptures daily, you will grow up in God.
As a child of God, you have the power given by God to speak or declare things and when you say it with faith in your heart, those things will happen.
Speaking the right things helps you grow in God.
“Instead, you should want to learn about God more and more. New babies always want their mothers' milk, which makes them grow strong. God's true message is like good food that will make you strong in your spirits. Learn more about God every day, so that you continue to grow as believers. Then at the end, God will save you completely from the bad things of this world.”
1 Peter 2:2 EASY
Prayer is not for asking God for things but it is to help you know Him more and have a friendship with Him so that He can tell you the great things He wants you to do for Him to change your world.
Prayer helps you grow up in Him so that you can be all He wants you to be.
The path of those that do right is like the sun in the morning, it shines brighter and brighter until the full light of day. (Proverbs 4:18)
God has amazing things for your life. A huge assignment He wants you to do for Him that will change your world.
To do this, you have to grow in Him.
Over the next few days we’ll be talking about growing up in God.

You already have the love of God inside your heart by the Holy Spirit. All you need to do is to choose to walk in His love. Choose to be kind and patient to others. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you show His love to others.
Love is the most important thing. 1st Corinthian 13:1-3 tells us that no matter what other good thing we do, if we do not love, it means nothing.
God is love. That is His nature and when we walk in love, we walk in God. His love does not depend on how good you are. He loves you anyway.
Joy is a fruit of the Spirit and is already in you. You can be full of joy even when things around you makes you want to feel sad- The Holy Spirit always produces joy inside you.
You are a like a tree planted in Christ and you have the Holy Spirit in you producing amazing fruit - qualities that show people who Christ is.
And these are in Galatians 5:22 - 23
Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness and self control.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified or dismayed (intimidated), for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 AMP
Jesus in you gives you boldness and confidence.
“For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.”
2 Corinthians 5:21 NLT
Being righteous means you are right with God. God made you right. It’s not about what you do or don’t do. It’s about what Jesus did. He became your sin and He gave you His rightness.
You don’t have to do anything extra to be right with God. Jesus already made you right with Him.
“But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.”

You have been chosen by God to be His own special person. He made you unique in every way so that you can show others His goodness.

Because you have Jesus in your heart, you now belong to Him and you have become a new person made in God’s image, you look like God and you have the character of God.
2nd Timothy 1:7 “For God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives you mighty power, love, and self-control.”

God has made you all you need to be to fulfil your destiny. You have been made perfect in His image.
Did you know that Your Words are powerful and they create. Just like God created the whole world by speaking, we have the power to do the same. The bible says we have whatsoever we say - so we must always say the right things.
