Around 2 years ago we started to build a community-driven company. We don't have employees and there are no managers, we are all freelancers. Everybody can choose his own projects and decide his own rate. We forked the open source way of working from Crisp (a Swedish IT consultancy) and since then we are iterating and try to improve it. We want to share during this inaugural podcast what we learned about building an open company. We hope our model can encourage other freelancers to start similar collectives.
