You shouldn't ever feel pressured into hiring a bookkeeper.
It can be an incredible weight lifted off your shoulders, yes. It can be a huge asset to you and your business, yes. But if you're not actually ready to hire a bookkeeper for whatever reason—whether that be because you don't have the cash flow or the sales or it simply doesn't feel right—you shouldn't go against your instincts and do it anyway.

The idea of BALANCE can get a bad wrap sometimes. Some say it is unachievable and, therefore, shouldn’t be attempted. Others claim to have their life so perfectly in balance that it seems their version is what we should strive for, but it isn’t one size fits all.
I love analogies, and riding a bike seems to fit best. I dive into my enneagram type and hormonal cycle-syncing to help explain my definition of balance and how I strive for and find balance in my life and business.
