Discover a transformative exploration of love and wellness as seen through the lens of the Bible. This in-depth Bible study interweaves biblical principles of physical wellness and God's unwavering love, guiding you to a path of holistic health and spiritual nourishment. From understanding the importance of our bodies as God's temple to uncovering the true essence of Christian love, this insightful study offers wisdom and inspiration. Don't just read about love and wellness - live it, practice it, and let it illuminate your life's journey.

Principles and passages covered:

• Our focus for this session is understanding the significance of physical wellness from a biblical perspective, following on from a previous session discussing spiritual wellness.

• While physical training has some value, spiritual godliness holds a greater promise for both the present life and the life to come.

• 1 Timothy 4:8 NIV "For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."

• Our bodies serve as the temple of the Holy Spirit. Maintaining physical health is crucial to glorifying God with our lives.

• 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

• Let us practice moderation and thoughtful consumption, glorifying God in all actions, including our eating and drinking habits.

• 1 Corinthians 10:31 NIV "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

• Maintaining a joyful heart serves as good medicine. It's essential to distance oneself from negative situations and engage with positive influences.

• Proverbs 17:22 NIV "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."

• Discipline and resilience in maintaining healthy thoughts of ourselves is essential. As children of God, we should stand strong, assert ourselves, and not allow others to diminish our worth or steal our joy.

• Seeds in plants and fruits serve as God's provision for food, and consumption of fruits with seeds is encouraged for their health benefits.

• Genesis 1:29 NIV "Then God said, 'I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.'"

• The vastness of God's love is comprehendible only to a certain extent with much more always to be learned.

• Jesus exemplified the greatest form of love through his sacrificial act.

• John 15:13 NIV "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends."

• Christian love extends beyond feelings and is demonstrated through actions.

• 1 John 3:18 NIV "Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth."

• God's love is characterized by unselfishness, kindness, and forgiveness.

• 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

• Christian love should be pure and sincere, hating evil and clinging to what is good.

• Romans 12:9 NIV "Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good."

• Loving one's neighbor as oneself is the second most important commandment, following the first and greatest commandment of loving God with all one's heart, soul, and mind.

• Matthew 22:37-39 NIV "Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"

• Living a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, constitutes an offering and sacrifice to God.

• Ephesians 5:2 NIV "And walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God."

• Love should not just exist in theory but in practice, extending not only to those who are easy to love, but also to those who are hard to love.

• God's love surpasses barriers and is inclusive of all humanity.

• Galatians 3:28 NIV "There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Quench not the Spirit. Time mark: 3:25 Hebrews 10:24-25 Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another, all the more as you see the day approaching. We're supposed to be here for one another as believers. We're supposed to make sure that we're keeping one another encouraged, we're supposed to make sure that we're praying one for another. That's Hebrews chapter 10 verses 24 through 25. Make sure that we are keeping ourselves surrounded by men and women of God, by our brothers and sisters in Christ, so that we can continue in love in one accord when we get together. Time mark: 5:53 Deuteronomy 6:4-9 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your childr en. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates. Time mark: 9:02 Luke 5:16 Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed. Let me tell you something, when you really want to have for the Lord use you, you're going to have to get by yourself. You will have to cut away. Let me tell you something, if you want an anointing, you've got to work for it, and you've got to pray without ceasing. The anointing, you will have to put some time in prayer. The anointing, you have to study the Word of God. The anointing, the true anointing, you will have to fast and seek the face of the Father. When you go to God at that daybreak time, He will call your spirit. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. A day started with prayer is a day begun handing over your fears to God for His control. We don't have to be anxious for anything. We don't have to worry about anything, because when we cast our cares upon Him, God's gonna handle it, He's gonna give us a calmness in our spirit. We have to be able to take off anxiety, just like we take off our pajamas. Honestly, you have to peel that off and say "No!" and we have to put on the fruit of the Spirit, just like that's our garments to go out as we work in this world. I have to put on the fruit of the Spirit. I have to make sure I have these things covering me so that I can sustain and so that I can remain calm. Time mark: 14:52 Galatians 5:22-23 The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Time mark: 17:42 How many times have you seen the sunrise, let alone the sunset. Give yourself the opportunity to experience those things because through nature, God will speak to you. How many of you have ever, on a nice and clear summer night went outside and looked up at the stars? Take time to appreciate the things that God created in nature because these things, they pull us in once agaiH to connect with Him. Nature is a beautiful thing God created, the fullness thereof for each and every one of us. Time mark: 18:49 Study and learn that God wants us to be connected to Him. Why He wants to have conversation with us. Why it's important to get up sometimes early in the morning and have that uninterrupted time. Making solitary time with the Lord is so important. Psalm 8:3-4 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him? Time mark: 20:52 Try your best to set yourself in a place where you can study the Word of God, fast, and most of all pray and communicate with Him early in the morning. Now like I said, I know everybody's schedule is different, so whatever your day break is, or before the day, make sure you just spend that solitary time with the Lord, so that He can speak to you, so that you can build your relationship up stronger, and so that you can enjoy knowing that you are speaking with the best person that has a great concern for you!

Highlights: Time mark: 01:29 1 John 5:14-15 This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him. We have to understand whenever we are talking to God, know that He is hearing us. Sometimes people talk to God when they're angry, and that's still prayer. David prayed, "Lord, smite my enemies." He was angry, but he was still talking to the Lord, and the Lord showed him how to deal with the situation. The Lord will show you how to deal with the situation, even in your anger. When you're angry. Talk to the Lord. Don't you ever curse God, things are gonna happen, you're gonna lose loved ones, you're going to lose relationships. Sometimes you may lose a car, sometimes you may lose the house. Never curse God! Whenever you lose something, always remember that as long as you serve Him, as long as you respect Him, as long as you reverence and honor God, God is always going to give you greater than whatever it is that you lost. Genesis 50:19-21 Joseph said to his brothers who caused him to lose his home, to lose his family, to lose years of his life enslaved: “Do not be afraid, for am I in God’s place? As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive. So therefore, do not be afraid. I will provide for you and your children.” So he comforted them and spoke kindly to them. Time mark: 3:48 Psalm 63 O God, thou art my God, early will I seek thee, my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is. To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary, because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee! Thus will I bless thee while I live. I will lift up my hands in thy name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips! When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches. Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice! My soul followeth hard after thee, thy right hand upholdeth me. But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth. They shall fall by the sword. They shall be a portion for foxes. But the king shall rejoice in God, every one that sweareth by Him shall glory, but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped. End of Psalm 63 Early will I seek thee! When you seek God, this is a time where nothing can really destroy, or interfere, or disturb your attention with what God has to say to you and what you need to say to Him. That's why "early will I seek Him". This is expressing the time the day that you should pray. It establishes the priority principle of seeking God first. That word "early" of is "sahar" and which means early or earnestly. It doesn't matter when you seek God, it matters that you do it earnestly, seriously, intentionally, and consistently. That's what's important! Time mark 6:36 Matthew 6:9-13 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Time mark: 12:01 Mark 1:35 Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where He prayed. Time mark: 19:46 James 5:14-16 Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. Since I've been in my prayer time, it's time for me to be an elder of the church, to pray over myself, to pray for my spouse, to pray for my children, to pray for my relatives, to bind and rebuke activities that are demonic and evil. To command the enemy to lose his hold off of my children's mind, off of my family member's mind. To command the enemy, for the chains and the fetters to be broken off for the people in my community. This is the Word of God, "signs, wonders and miracles". He gave us all a measure of faith. He gave us all the ability to come boldly to the throne of grace, therefore, we as his sons and his daughters, we need to manifest what God has given us, the power, because we've been in earnest prayer!

Highlights: Time mark: 3:46 1 Timothy 5:8 If anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. Time mark: 8:56 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature, the old things passed away, behold, new things have come. Psalms 19:13-14 Also keep back Your servant from presumptuous sins. Let them not rule over me, then I will be blameless, and I shall be acquitted of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. Our new character should portray more of the Spirit of God. Be reliable, be trustworthy. Let what you say, your words, be true. Your spouse shouldn't be calling and saying, "Where are you at?" and you saying, "I'm on a job", and rather you're somewhere at a bar, or at a lounge, at the movies, at the mall, you are somewhere other than where you said you are. That's not being reliable. We're supposed to make sure that we provide for our own, especially in our household. If we don't do that, we denied the faith. We denied the faith because we are not representing who God is through our actions and our deeds. Remember this, let the words of my mouth, the meditations of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, my Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. Your finances, your money, your cell phone, all your emails, all of those things, you need to make sure that they are acceptable unto the Lord. Time mark: 11:33 Proverbs 21:13 He who shuts his ear to the cry of the poor will also cry himself and not be answered. Time mark: 15:41 Galatians 2:10 They only asked us to remember the poor, the very thing I also was eager to do. Time mark: 17:04 James 1:27 Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. Time mark: 19:15 Proverbs 19:17 One who is gracious to a poor man lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his good deed. Time mark: 20:40 Proverbs 11:29-30 He who troubles his own house will inherit wind, and the foolish will be servant to the wisehearted. The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise. There's a reward in being compassionate, concerned and loving towards your brethren, your brothers and sisters, there's a reward in that. Let's just keep in mind where God is calling us. Let us keep in mind, the time that God has allowed for us to walk this earth. Every opportunity, you get to meet a person, or have a conversation with a person, make sure that you show forth compassion, make sure that you show for care and concern. This is one challenge that I'd like for you to put into your daily walk and living this life. When someone says, "How are you doing?" and you say, "I'm fine, I'm good." And if you say it back, I want you to ask that person twice, "No really, how are you doing?" And I want you to take more than just a second to hear how that person responds, and then offer prayer. He who wins souls, wins souls wisely. We've got to use wisdom. If you get denied and the person doesn't want to pray with you, just shake the dust off your feet. Pray for them in your heart and keep it moving. It's okay. You did your part. Show love, show compassion, show concern.

Highlights: Time mark: 1:53 The topic that the Lord laid on my heart is to pray that we have more people that have the Spirit of a Good Samaritan. The story of the Good Samaritan, we read in Luke 10:30-36 Jesus said, A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he fell into the hands of robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. A Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was and when he saw him, he had pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, took him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’ “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?” A lot of us have gotten away from the Good Samaritan spirit because we have been so consumed by the things of this world we're in. Sometimes we're so busy, overwhelmed with the tasks that are set that set before us our responsibilities on our jobs, dealing with our careers, dealing with children, spouses, dealing with co-workers, bosses, and sometimes we forget to care one for another. You know, sometimes it gets to the point where people become so frustrated, especially if you constantly look at the news, sometimes you have to turn that news off, sometimes you have to just say, okay, I got what I need so that I can go to God in prayer and cast my cares upon Him knowing that He cares for each and every one of us, He cares for me. Sometimes people don't do that, though, and they don't, they don't realize that in their psyche, those things subconsciously are playing in their mind, and it's pulling their spirit down, wherein when someone says good morning, or hello, they can't even respond back. They can't even smile back, they can't even give a salutation back. And once again, it's because that spirit of concern is lacking, that spirit of care is lacking. You know, even like when when someone holds the door for you, some people don't even say thank you, they don't even consider it enough to say, thank you. Time mark: 4:24 John 13:34-35 "A new commandment I give unto you, that you love one another as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another." Time mark: 9:09 Philippians 2:3-5 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves. Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus. Jesus had the power to do all without others, but Jesus Himself selected twelve to walk among Him. Notice this, the twelve that He had among Him, even one He knew was going to betray Him. Do you hear what I'm saying right there. He knew that one was going to betray Him. Sometimes we don't want to care for those people that challenge us, and those people that we know that they're not all the way in the same vein, or all the way in the same mindset of thinking like we are. Yet we still have to work with them. Sometimes people don't want to do that. Oh, let me tell you, Jesus had a Judas on his team and Jesus loved Judas. He didn't say I can't stand him. He knew what Judas had to do. He knew what Judas role was, and he kept Judas on the team. What does that say about us? We have to care for people who don't necessarily have our best interests at heart, but we have to look and see what it is about them, why God put them in our lives for such a time as this? Why did God fashioned them to be around? Sometimes people out there to mold you and shape you. Judas was there to get Jesus to the cross, because if that exchange wasn't made, the story wouldn't have unfolded. So we have people in our lives at any given moment, we cannot just worry about our own personal interests, we got to look at the big picture. Why is this person involved in my life? What is it that I can do for them? What is it that I need to learn for them? What is it that they need to learn from me. Philippians 2:4, Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Time mark: 20:14 Romans 12:10 "Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Give preference to one another in honor." When it's your turn, you're going to want to make sure that people are merciful and gracious towards you. So yeah, we're all gonna do things. It's not to say that we can't say anything, you know, we talk to one another love. "Sis, why'd you do that? Don't do that. Okay. Try not to do that. Let's pray. Let's pray on that. What, you having difficulty in that area? Let's pray on that, but let's not do that." I'm not supposed to go and start talking about, "Girl, did you hear what such and such did? Oh, I can't believe." Come on, that's nonsense, that's immature. Spiritually mature people automatically when they see something, when they see their brother or sister fall, they're quick to pick them up. They're quick to make sure that they're there to hold their hand and to tell them listen, we got, come on, let's quickly get this right, let's get it together. Don't make it a habit. You experienced it, you know what that's like, okay, don't fall short in that way no more, right? Come on, let's go to God in prayer. That's the way we're supposed to be as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Challenges teach us of two things. They teache us something about God, and they teach us something about ourselves.

If we choose to believe that God will give us the victory, we will see right there in front of us, like ringside seats, that our God is powerful! But if we choose to rely on our own strength or our own intelligence, we act as the worst thing, an educated fool.

Such a one is totally into just what they think, or how they think things should be. They do things their way and they don't want to receive counsel. They have so much booksmarts that they don't have wisdom.

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because,

His compassions fail not, they are new every morning, great is thy faithfulness!

The Lord is my portion says my soul, therefore I will hope in Him.

The Lord is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh Him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord!

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

He said unto me,

"My grace is sufficient for thee, for my strength is made perfect in weakness."

Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake, for when I am weak, then I Am is strong."

Jeremiah 33:2,3,6

Thus says the Lord who made the earth, the Lord who formed it to establish it, the Lord is His name,

"Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know."

Revelation 12:11

They overcame the devil by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Don't ever get in a place where you don't say "the blood of Jesus" when you need to. Some people say that's not written in the Bible to say that. But it's a decree and it's a declaration that those of us who believe in the power of the blood of Jesus that was shed on Calvary still has power today that we can call upon when we're in trouble.

When we don't know what else to say, we don't know what else to do, we can say "the blood of Jesus". And guess what, demons will tremble, the enemy will flee, because what we're doing is we are connecting ourselves with the Divine Spirit and the power of God, it begins to uplift on the inside of us, and it gives off this powerful glory to God, powerful positivity that will cause that negative demonic influence and forces to have to get away from us!

Don't ever be ashamed to call on the name of Jesus! Plead the blood when you need to knowing that God has given these us these things so that we can have power.

The battle is not yours. It belongs to God. Stop fighting with this, stop fighting with that. Get in prayer, get fasting. Read that word. Let that word of God fill your spirit, so that when the enemy tries to come, you'll have a word, and that word will be from the Most High God, because you've studied yourself to show yourself approved.

"This was my prayer before I went into any challenge, any program, any type of studies that I had to do, I used to say,

"Lord, okay, you're telling me to do this because you know Dawn. I may not always be the brightest bulb in the batch. So you know Lord, I'm relying on You to help me!

And you know what, because of that, God has seen me through! God has brought me out. God has taken me places beyond what I imagined, believed or thought was possible for my life because I made sure, "Lord I can't do this."

Once again, you got to know that God is a resource. You have to be able to have the humility to put your ego down, to put your own stubbornness away, rebuked that stubborn spirit and say,

"Okay Lord, here am I, help me. Here am I, show me what I need to do, show me where I need to go."

Stop thinking you have all the answers. You don't. You don't. You have to rely on God. You have to rely on Him to fight every life battle, every battle!

Not just, "I want you to fight this battle going my family."

We're not talking to fight that battle. "Oh, I don't like her over here fight my battle. Oh, he gets on my nerves, fight my battle."

No, "fight the battles", that internally, are causing you to do things that are insane. Ask God to help you fight those battles internally, that keep causing you to be complacent and stagnant. Ask God to help you with your inner battles so that you can be more successful, so that you can be the best that you can possibly be as you represent the kingdom of God, and as you ask God to help you to reach the goals that you are trying to attain.

We have to look at God's record. It's helpful in our battles to remember that God has a track record. He has proven Himself to us over and over again! We need to remember what He did in our lives because that's the reason why we are living today!

Moses said unto the people, "

Fear not! Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will show to you today, for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall see them again no more FOREVER!"

Know the devices of the enemy and respond as,

Luke 4:8

Jesus answered and said unto him, "Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, 'Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.'"

Matthew 4:4

Jesus answered and said, "It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."

Time mark: 05:58

Daniel 6:22

Daniel: "My God sent His angel, and He shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in His sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, O king.”

Daniel 3:25

He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like the Son of the God.”

When you walk with Jesus, you can go through the fire, but it won't touch you. It won't consume, you won't burn. You won't even smell a smoke, you won't smell the residue of smoke on you when Jesus is with you.

But you've got to have that undeniable, reliable attitude. When you are putting your trust in God, you can't be shaky with it, you can't waver with it, you have to be sure you got to know that to know that you know.

We have to believe that God is bigger than Satan, bigger than Satan's shots, his tactics, his devices, you have to know that.

We have to understand that God is greater than whatever it is that we're going through sickness, disease, infirmity, God is still greater.

The pandemic, God is still greater, struggles in life, pink notices on your job, a loved one abandoning us, God is still greater than those situations. We have to rely on and trust that God's going to see us through. We have to remember even when the enemy continues to hit us.

Proverbs 15:29

The Lord is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.

James 5:16b

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Deuteronomy 28:7

The Lord shall cause your enemies that rise up against you to be smitten before your face. They shall come out against you one way, and flee before you seven ways!

Time mark 10:31

Weak Spots: If we are aware of the areas of our struggles, and we rely on God's strength in those areas, eventually, they will not be targeted areas anymore. The only reason why we are revisited is because Satan has success there.

If Satan knows that you are a person that you are ready to put up fists, he knows that right? What is he gonna try to do, to always try to get somebody to come up in your face to come up and battle up against you, right?

You got a battle with your weight, trying to stay healthy, you fast and you pray, you exercise, you try to eat the right things. Then what's the enemy trying to do?

Somebody brings you that chocolate fudge cake, and you know you're not supposed to have it, right? The enemy is always going to come where he sees those weak spots, but,

1 John 4:4

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world!

2 Corinthians 12:02

I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake, for when I am weak, then I Am is strong!

Time mark: 12:41

When the enemy revisits you in a situation, or he revisits you and one of your weaknesses, it's because he knows he has success in that area. You got to rebuke the enemy. You have to let him know,

"No! This area of my life, you're not going to keep challenging me, because I'm gonna give it unto the Lord."

"Lord, you help me! You map out how I need to go about handling this situation. Show me what I need to do."

No longer am I going to just rely on me. Call on the name of the Lord. He is a very present help in trouble.

No situation is too small, no situation is too great. Just call on Him when you need Him, call on Him, and He will fight your battles!

We need to believe that God is bigger than those areas of our lives. The truth is God is greater than any weakness that we may have!

Time mark: 14:19

You've got to fill yourself with the Word of God.

Jesus was so filled with the Word of God sitting and listening to the voice of God, studying the Word of God.

That's why when He was tempted, He said,

"No, I don't live by bread alone. I live by the Word of God."

My spirit has got to be fed. We're not able to come back on our own when the enemy tries to present himself to us, if we're empty and we don't have the Word of God. If we don't study that Word of God and get it on the inside.

Matthew 24:1-3

Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said to them,

"Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down."

Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying,

"Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the world?"

Time mark: 2:14

Matthew 24:4-9

And Jesus answered and said unto them,

"Take heed that no man deceive you, for many shall come in my name, saying, 'I am Christ', and shall deceive many. And you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that you be not troubled, for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet."

"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places. All these are the beginning of sorrows."

"Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you, and you shall be hated of all nations for My name's sake."

Time mark: 3:46

I had a dream that woke me up out of my sleep. I saw military in the streets just randomly shooting at civilians who were hollering and crying.

I saw the elderly, the young and the middle aged and they were holding things and trying to escape. But it was just random shooting in the streets.

I woke up and such a terror. I was just like, "Listen, what's going on? What's going on?" And you know what the Lord told me?

Pray without ceasing. So I began to pray. I said, "Okay, Lord, I'm praying, I'm praying for peace in the land. I'm praying that you cover us with the blood. I'm praying for protection. I'm praying to Father God, that you would heal the land, I'm praying."

I was still startled and I said, "Lord, what's going on?" And the Lord said, "This is the time to draw close to Me, this is the time to really enter into my presence. This is the time to really seek my face. So that you can have direction so that you can have understanding. So when things start to happen, and things start to unveil in the land, you will have the knowledge of what to do and how to handle yourself." What simply does that mean? Be ready, be ready.

Ecclesiastes 3

1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die,

8 A time to love, and a time to hate;
a time of war, and a time of peace.

Matthew 24:6

"And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not troubled, for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet."

Luke 21:34-36

"And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth."

"Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man."

John 14:1-3

"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me."

"In my Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself that where I am, there ye may be also."

Matthew 24:6-13

"And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places."

"All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake."

"And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another."

"And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold."

"But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."

Matthew 24:38-39

"For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away."

"So shall also the coming of the Son of man be."

They weren't ready. They were not ready. No matter how Noah told them, "Look there's going to be a flood, there's going to be a time where this land, you're not even gonna see it. It's gonna be filled with water."

They didn't want to hear it. They didn't want to listen, and what happened? They missed the mark. When Noah shut those doors to the ark, they were not opened again until the water was able to dry up from the land.

So they missed out. Why? Because they were not ready. Jesus has given this advice: Don't be like those who didn't listen to Noah. I'm telling you, all you need to do is be ready. Wait, be ready. Just be ready. When you start hearing about these rumors of war, when you hear about desolation in the land, you need to start preparing your heart and your mind.

John 2:22-25

When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. 24 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, 25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

Time mark: 14:27

No matter what circumstances look like to my peers, I know nothing can bring into question my faith and trust and love in Jesus, as I know my Redeemer lives, that He is the risen Son of God, that He allows me to be tried, because He has overcome the world. Therefore I know who I am in Christ Jesus and am able to stand against:

the wiles of the enemy
threats
criticism
persecution

Matthew 24:45-51

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Time mark: 16:07

The good servant thought, let me do more of what my Master has given me to do. He gave him rule over his household. He gave him meat in due season. He said "Blessed is that servant whom the Lord when He comes shall find him so doing. He found him working, he found him busy!

Words to the wise, I know we're hearing about these rumors of war.

Don't be distracted by that. Keep working. Keep doing your ministry work. Keep feeding the hungry. Keep fueling those who need food. Keep visiting those who are shut in. Keep praying. Keep seeking the face of the Father. So when he comes He'll see you doing the work and He'll say, "All right, great. Good job. Let me give you more."

Time mark: 17:42

Jesus exhorts us to focus on being good servants who know He is coming soon. He doesn't want us to be walking around as if this is a guessing game. All He wants us to do is be ready.

Fear not my brother, fear not my sister. Just be ready. He's going to come like a thief in the night. When He comes, it's going to be in a twinkling of an eye, and you just need to be ready.

Pray. Seek His face. Do what is right. Pure heart. Holy hands. Be an example to others, represent the kingdom of God. No matter what else is going on around you, know the Christ that you serve, the True Living God and be the true disciple that He has created. He created you to be as you sojoun the days of your life, waiting for His return.

God bless you. Thank you for tuning in. My prayers that God will keep you and that his blessings will continue to fall upon you and all that you do and say. Until we meet or speak, may the blessing of the Lord continue to make you rich, adding no sorrow.

Psalm 84

How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!

My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.

Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.

Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.

Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.

They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.

O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.

Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.

For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Time mark: 03:29

My spirit is longing for me in cooperation with the Holy Spirit to serve the kingdom of God! I'm not sitting dormant, I'm not clammed up, I'm not bound, I'm not shackled.

I know that the church building is not what's going to get me closer to God but rather my yearning to have relationship and connection with my heavenly Father that's going to get me from glory to glory, not sitting in a building, not trying to appease a man or a woman, but to say, "I live for Christ!" Lord, what is it that you want me to do while I'm here on earth?

I'm yearning to serve God. Father, I'm yearning to seek after your anointing. I'm yearning to fast and to pray and to read Your Word so that I can draw closer to You. I'm yearning for my flesh to be crucified so that when I look in the mirror, I see more of You and less of myself. I'm yearning for your Divine Spirit to be edified within my being!

"Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended, but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus!"

You've got to know your calling, and stay in line with your calling. Don't go where you aren't called!

Time mark: 20:07

If you go walk in the Spirit you got to hear in spirit. If you pray and ask God to give you an answer, then you must make sure that you're willing to listen to the answer that He gives you and apply and do what He tells you to do! It has a great deal to do with obedience, yearning after God, being obedient to His will, His word, His way.

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Real ministry of the gospel that keeps us yearning after the things of God by his grace and power is when we're:

visiting the sick, when you
visiting the shut in, when you're there to
giving someone their last rites, holding their hands and you're ushering that soul on to glory,
feeding the hungry,
evangelizing on the highways and byways, witnessing

It's important that we understand that everything we say and do should:

bring us in connection with God
keep us yearning after the things of God
be in recognition that God arranges things for us and performs miracles in our life

It's important that we not suffer "impostor syndrome", where God puts things in place and opens doors that no man can shut, then as some, falsely question:

I don't know how I got to this job
I don't think I belong here
I don't know how this opportunity came to me

yearn for true love flowing from heart to heart
yearn after the holy blessings of God
yearn to be in His presence
yearn for the joy of His people as one

Time mark 1:01

Make sure when someone is speaking in your life, that they're coming in the right form and they're coming in the right fashion and make sure whatever word is being delivered to you, you are calm and you are listening. When you get home, and that word whatever was said to you, lines up with what God has been speaking to you, shout in your room, fall out in your room, let the power of God hit you and slay you.

Today, we've got to be a little bit more wiser. We can't fall prey, because there's too much nonsense out here. We have to make sure once again, we're studying the word, we're in our prayer closets, we're fasting, we're seeking God on our own, so that when it is time for something to be confirmed, or if it is time for someone to come in and to speak into our lives, we'll be able to recognize the spirit by the Spirit.

What I'm seeing today, we have to really start training and teaching those who are coming up now to be mindful of what's being spoken over their lives. To be mindful of what they are hearing and allowing to be absorbed into their being.

Time mark 3:15

James 5:16-18

Confess your faults one to another, and
pray one for another,
that ye may be healed.

The effectual fervent prayer of
a righteous man availeth much.

Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

Time mark 3:54

Deuteronomy 11:11-17

The land, that your going to possess is
a land of hills and valleys, that
drinks water of the rain of heaven,
a land which the Lord thy God cares for,
the eyes of the Lord thy God are always upon it,
from the beginning of the year
to the end of the year.

It shall come to pass that if you will:
hearken diligently unto My commandments
which I command you this day, to
love the Lord your God, and to
serve Him with all your heart and
with all your soul,

that I will give you:
the rain of your land in it's due season,
the first rain and the latter rain, that
you may gather in your corn and
your wine, and
your oil, and
I will send grass in your fields for your cattle, that
you may eat and be full.

Take heed to yourselves, that
your heart be not deceived, and
you turn aside, and
serve other gods, and
worship them, and then
the Lord's wrath be kindled against you, and

He shut up the heaven that
there be no rain, and that
the land yield not her fruit, and
lest you perish quickly from off the good land that the Lord gives you.

Time mark 7:03

Psalm 1

Blessed is the man that
walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and
in his law does he meditate day and night.

And he shall be like a tree
planted by the rivers of water, that
brings forth his fruit in his season.

His leaf also shall not wither, and
whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

The ungodly are not so, but
are like the chaff which
the wind drives away.

Therefore the ungodly
shall not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but
the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Time mark 9:28

2 Corinthians 5:20

Now then we are ambassadors for Christ,
as though God did beseech you by us,
we pray you in Christ’s stead,
be ye reconciled to God.

Time mark 10:47

Jesus in John 17:15-20

"I pray not that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil."

"They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world."

"Sanctify them through Thy truth. Thy Word is Truth."

"As You have sent Me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world."

"And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also might be sanctified through the Truth."

"Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on Me through their word."

1 Peter 2:9-12

You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people, that you should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.

Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles. That, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.

Time mark 10:58

Know who you are in Him. You are an ambassador. So whatever you say, and whatever you do, it represents the most high God. Elijah, he stood before the living God, he was His Oracle. He allowed for God to use him and he was disciplined in his gift of prophecy. He was disciplined in knowing how to present the things of God.

You got to pray and Lord, and say, "Lord, open up my understanding." and He will give you a revelation that will meet you where you need to be.

Let us be praying one for another and pray that God will stir up the gift from the inside of you, whatever that may be. But remember, as a believer, God has given us all a measure of faith and at any given moment, He can use you to prophesy, He can use you to perform a healing, He can use you at His will. If you are ready, prayed up, studied up fast it up. If you are ready, and you are willing, He will use you according to his will and to His purpose.

So let us be mindful as to where God has called us in this day and age, let us be mindful. Let us be reverend to the things of God, and let us be mindful and allow for yourself to be used by God accordingly.

God has great things in store for us. Yes, things are happening in this world and God has an army marching through this land, and he wants us to represent the kingdom of God, the right way.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies.
You anoint my head with oil,
my cup runs over.

Surely goodness and mercy
shall follow me all the days of my life, and
I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

1 Peter 5:6-7

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that
He may exalt you in due time.

Casting all your care upon Him, because
He cares for you.

John 2:23-25

many people saw the miraculous signs Jesus was doing and
believed in His name.

But Jesus would not entrust himself to them,
because he knew all men.

He did not need man’s testimony about man,
for He knows what is in man.

Ephesians 4:15,17

Speaking the truth in love,
grow up into Him in all things,
which is the head, even Christ.

Making increase of the body
unto the edifying of itself in love.

This I say therefore and testify in the Lord, that you
henceforth walk not as Gentiles walk,
in the vanity of their mind.

Time mark 15:36

Galatians 6:1-2

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault,
ye which are spiritual,
restore such an one in the spirit of meekness,
considering thyself lest thou also be tempted.

Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so
fulfil the law of Christ.

1 Kings 17:1-7

And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab,

"As the Lord God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word."

And the word of the Lord came unto him, saying,

"Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there."

So he went and did according unto the word of the Lord, for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.

And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening, and he drank of the brook.

And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land.

Modern day prophets are sent to speak because God loves us.
God is using them to
deliver a command or
directive.

It's important that we are
astute and understanding
the purpose and
the reason.

It's important that we understand that
the secret of public power
is private prayer.

Elijah was always behind the scenes praying.
When God put him into the forefront,
he was powerful, and
his words did what they were set out to do.

Being a prophet speaking and being an oracle of the Most High,
it's important that you
stay in prayer,
always be able to be ready for God to use you, in order to
have a word to speak in that moment, that's
going to deliver a message where
the people will adhere to it.

Sometimes the message will be
for deliverance,
for healing,
for correction.

Time mark 3:33

God loves us.
He always gives us an opportunity to get it right, and
He always gives us a way of escape so that
we don't have to fall into our own fleshly devices,
as well as the enemy's devices.

I say it that way because sometimes we blame the devil and we say,
"Oh, he's always after me, or he made me do it."
and half the time, it's your flesh.

You're falling into your flesh and
go and being consumed by
your emotions and
your feelings,

rather than allowing for the Holy Spirit,
the Divine Spirit that
God has placed on the inside of you
to lead and guide you.

4:51 Psalm 91:1-2

He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in Him will I trust.

Time mark 09:47

2 Chronicles 7:14

"If my people,
which are called by my name,
shall humble themselves,
and pray,
and seek my face,
and turn from their wicked ways,
then will I hear from heaven, and
will forgive their sin, and
will heal their land."

You got to know who you are,
"my people" meaning that
I am a son,
I am a daughter of the Most High God.
So therefore I am considered "his people"
with He and I,
we are One.
He's He, and
I have been adopted to the throne of grace
through Jesus Christ giving up Himself,
sacrificing Himself,
making a ransom for me.

So now,
through the blood of Jesus Christ,
I am connected with my heavenly Father.
He now calls me daughter,
he now calls you son.
So now,
we understand that our prayer is lined up with the Word of God.

When you say the scripture, and
you pray according to the scripture,
what are you doing?

You are applying God's word.
God spoke, what happened?

When we recognize that the Word of God, the scriptures,
are from the design of the mouth of the Most High God,
when we incorporate them into our prayers,
once again we start to see things miraculously happen.
We start to see a greater movement of God.
That's why when you pray,
you need to be specific in your prayer.

I have experienced church, the real church, deliverance, tarrying on the altar, speaking in unknown tongues, actually seeing demons cast out.

Now you can YouTube and people got all this, "Let me train you how to cast out demons."

We had no training, we were in prayer. Your training was in prayer. You got up and you better not try to get up and try to shut us out. Somebody's trying to cast some spirits out if you weren't ready. No, we didn't play like that.

There were designated mothers, mothers who knew how to pray fast and read the Word. They did not play with the Holy Ghost. And see we have gotten away from the real true things of God.

You cannot mock God in the things of God. We cannot do that because they're powerful. People have lacked the respect and the power thereof. You can't play with the power of God, you can't mock the power of God, and then when something happens, you want to call on it.

Remember the sons of Sceva they will try to cast out game don't do this one said, Look, I know Pete, I don't do who are you? Who are you? I know this one off always. Oh, you.

We have to understand, this is a practice. This is a lifestyle.

Acts 19:13-17

Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, "We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preaches." And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, "Jesus I know, and Paul I know, but who are you?" And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus, and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

Time mark 15:40

Genesis 3:6-11

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her, and he did eat.

And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked, and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.

And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, "Where art thou?"

And he said, "I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself."

And He said, "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded you that you shouldn't not eat?"
