In this teaching, Josh wraps up his series as he goes through Philippians 4:10-23 and highlights how Paul was content in his circumstance. When it comes to our circumstances, despite how bad or good life is, is our trust in God firm? Do we not only know, but believe that He will supply all that we need?
In this message, Josh walks through Philippians 4:8-9 and highlights the things that Christians should have on their minds. What we put into our minds is what will come out in our actions and words. What is it that we are putting in? We should be meditating on God's word day and night, what is constantly being put on your mind?
In this message, Josh goes through Philippians 4:1-7 and talks about how we are to be anxious for nothing. That seems like an impossibility with how much we have going on in our lives but, Paul urges the church to, instead of being anxious, pray and seek the Lord. When anxiety creeps up on us, are we running to the Lord and seeking Him in prayer?
In this teaching, Josh walks through Philippians 3:17-21 and discusses the importance of who it is you follow. In todays' culture, following people is normal, but who is it that you are allowing to influence you? Who are you letting speak into your life? Is it God and people who love Him or is it people online who don't have Jesus in their life and live for the world?
In this teaching, Josh goes through Philippians 3:12-16 and highlights the dangerous mindset that Christians can have. That mindset being that you have reached perfect Christianity. Despite how close and faithful Paul was to Jesus, he still continued to "press on." Do not get complacent in your walk with God, not learning is not living, how alive are you?

In this portion of Scripture, Paul evaluates everything he has and equates it to being nothing compared to Christ. What things do we value more than having Christ in our lives? Is the knowledge of Jesus overwhelmingly precious to you? Or is it just "religion" to you?
In this teaching, Josh goes through Philippians 3:1-7 and talks about the rejoicing we can find in Christ. Despite being in prison, Paul still finds a reason to rejoice and be thankful in his situation. How is it that he can be more joyful in prison than we can be in our daily lives? Are we looking to Christ for our joy as Paul did, or are we letting our circumstances define/steal our joy?
In this teaching, Josh will be going through Philippians 2:25-30 and discuss the mind of Christ and how it can be reproduced. As believers, we are part of God's family, we are called to love our brothers and sisters like it. What this world is lacking is Christians who are willing to die to themselves and share the Gospel. How willing are you?
In this teaching, Josh goes through Philippians 2:19-24 and highlights the blessing and importance it is to be faithful in all the little things that God has given you. You have been trusted with a work to do, are you doing that work? Or are other things occupying your mind?

If we want to act like Christ, we first have to think like Christ. We have to not only look out for ourselves but for others, be sold out for Jesus and love Him with our entire being. In this teaching, Josh goes through Philippians 2:1-4 and talks about how contentions (disagreements) can create division in the church and amongst people but also what the cure is to those divisions. Is what you're doing creating division or is it bringing people closer together?
In this message, Josh dives into Philippians 1:27-30 and how we as followers of Jesus should behave. People often say they are "Christian" but live a completely different way than the Bible says to. How do you live behind closed doors, when nobody is around? Are you behaving as a citizen of Heaven?

It isn't just those who give sermons on a Sunday morning, but all of us who follow Christ who are the ones who have been entrusted with spreading the gospel, what are we doing with it? What are we aiming for in the Christian life, to win arguments or win souls by love? The heart of a pastor is that of a mother caring for a newborn, gentle and loving.

As Paul writes this letter to the Thessalonians he reminds them of what what God has dome and how He has saved them. What has God saved or freed you from? The people of Jerusalem thought they would, but they allowed for little things to influence them which eventually led to them almost completely forgetting about God. What are you allowing in your life that is causing you to neglect God? Are you looking for people to change you or are you allowing God to change you?
In this message, Josh walks through Nehemiah 12:1-38 and talks about what makes worship, worship. What does it mean to worship and how does it add to our walk with God? It isn't something we do just on a Sunday, worship is what we do to glorify God. Are you worshipping God with you life? Or just on Sunday with your lips?

Meaning, the way we think, speak, act, and live life should be different than the world. Every aspect of our lives should reflect the fact that Jesus has transformed us. In this teaching, Josh goes through Nehemiah 9:1-38 and highlights the evidence that is shown in revival. The people of Israel became so focused on the fact that they were full of sin that food was no longer important to them. There was a massive humbling before the Lord. Evident characteristics of revival are brokenness and confession. Are we allowing God to break us? Are we confessing our sins?
In this teaching, Josh walks through Nehemiah 8:13-18 and discusses keeping the past alive. As believers, we need to always remember what God has done in the past. What He has delivered us from, the things He has done, and everything in between. If we don't, we can can become prideful and will fail to learn from our mistakes. The past that we must keep alive at all times is the life of Jesus. Are we living in a way that shows we remember what Jesus has done for us?
In this teaching, Josh walks us through Nehemiah 8: 1-12 which highlights the beginning of revival amongst the people. The people desired God's word and to obey His commands. Are we living with that same desire? Do we have a hunger that cannot be satisfied until we are fed scripture? Nehemiah and his people did, despite their persecution and trials. What's our excuse for not longing to be in the presence of the Lord?
In this teaching, Josh walks through Nehemiah 6: 15-7 and discusses how even after the completion of Nehemiah's task, he never took his eyes off of God. We all have things in our lives that need to be done, are we focusing on God during those tasks and are we giving Him the glory? God is looking for people who are faithful in the small things, the jobs behind the scenes that go unnoticed. No matter how long or difficult, is our gazed fixed on Jesus?
In this teaching, Joes goes through Nehemiah 6:1-14 and navigates the question of, "what things shake you?' In other words, what things take your eyes off of Jesus? The enemy wants you to be discouraged and distracted, he wants you to be confused, to have contradicting feelings. But if we focus on the work Jesus has called us to, the work that will glorify Him, we can become immovable.
In this teaching, Josh walks through Nehemiah 5:14-19 and highlights the temptation that Nehemiah experienced. At one point he could have everything he ever wanted but, he instead denied those temptations and chased after God. Are we denying the temptations the word offers us? Are we denying worldly comfort and pursuing the God of comfort? Are we letting sin control our lives or are we letting God direct us?
In this teaching, Josh goes through Nehemiah 5:1-13 and discusses the aspect of the family of God. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ, yet at times we don't treat each other as such. Why is that we can be nice and get along with people that aren't believers but when it comes to fellow believers, there can be so much anger. What does this say about us? Are we really living as children of God who reflect His love and obey His word?
In this teaching, Josh walks through Nehemiah 4:10-23 and discusses how the opposition that is inside us is sometimes worse than any opposition outside of us. When the overwhelming feelings of doubt and discouragement arise, what do we do? Where or who do we turn to? There are ways to combat the lies that Satan is whispering in your ear.
In this message Josh teaches through Nehemiah 4:1-9. The highlighted concept throughout the teaching is that whenever there is an opportunity there will be opposition. The enemy will try to stop your work by doing all he can to distract you, mock you, intimidate you, and make you question your work. The more that we abide in the things of the Lord and seek to do His work by His power, Satan will attack with everything and anything he can. During this, where is your focus? Is it on the power, sovereignty, love, and joy of Lord or is it on the negativity that Satan brings in?
In this message, Josh teaches out of Nehemiah 3:1-32 again but with a focus on the concept of "repairing." What part of our lives does God need to re-build? Are we allowing God to heal our brokenness? Are we in God's word? Maybe it's time to get rid of junk in our lives, not to entertain it but completely abandon the old self.
In this message, Josh teaches out of Nehemiah 3:1-32 as he discusses the role that everyone plays when it comes to doing the work of the Lord. Are we serving to be seen by people or to glorify God? Are we living out the function we were created for? Even when the work we do seems to go unnoticed by man, God sees your work.
In this message, Josh goes over Nehemiah 2: 17-20 and the concept of working together (cooperation) and allowing God to be with us (companionship). But these characteristics are harder achieved if we don't first examine our problem(s). Have we become numb to them? Are we willing to give God our cooperation and comoanionship?
In this message, Josh goes over Nehemiah 2:11-16 which highlights facing the identified problems. If we have problems that go unaddressed, they get bigger and bigger. We must not act on our own accord when solving problems, are we taking them to God and letting Him work things out?
In this message, Josh goes over Nehemiah 2:1-10 which discusses Nehemiah's process of preparing for dealing with the problems he has identified. He didn't take quick action because he was driven but rather he waited, he waited and prayed for a period of time before taking action. He prepared himself for the obstacles that could come his way. Are we preparing ourselves for the attacks of the enemy? Are we equipping ourselves with God's word to help us fight off these attacks?
In message, Josh goes over Nehemiah 1:3-11 which talks about the ruins of Jerusalem and how Nehemiah had a concern for the people. What brokenness do you see that needs fixing? What ruins surround you on a daily basis? Are you more focused on the problem, or is your focus on God? Nehemiah saw the problems and took them to the Lord. Are we doing the same?
In this message, Josh shares the story of Abraham sacrificing Isaac on the alter. Though God intervened and gave Abraham another offering, Abraham was willing to follow God's will even if that meant sacrificing his son. In our life are we letting God's will be done or are we running the opposite direction? "In the Mount of the LORD it shall be provided" Genesis 22:14.
In this message, Josh talks about how to take notes on the Bible or during a Bible study and why it is important. Taking notes starts way before the message or even before getting to church. By grabbing your Bible, notebook, and a pen you are coming prepared. We prepare for school, travel, camps, and everything else. Even more so, we should come prepared to meet with the Living God.
