I listened to a song today called “cry for the youths” by calypso don… then i sat in silence. The youth is where the change will happen! We’re all one, we’re all waking up, we help ourselves so we can then-help one another. We got this! Stop the worrying….
Be present and set up your life. Don’t look outside of you, look within and let it pour out…
It took me forever to come up with a name for this… anyways remember slow down, understand you, spread love and do what you love!

Time? Is it really a thing? Why isn’t it real? Time is an illusion. Made up to keep us imprisoned, to restrict us. Get out of the box you’ve stayed in your whole life. Become aware. Be in the present moment. Stop stressing... time doesn’t exist❤️😝
EGO. You ever step back and consciously ask yourself, is this me or my ego. Do you know what ego actually means? What is ego? How do i start to let go?
