It was a delight to speak to Tim Hancock, Executive Chairman of award winning planning and design consultancy Terence O’Rourke Ltd who are based in Bournemouth with offices in London and Birmingham.

He has brought a wealth of experience to his role as Chairman of Regen South, the Business South Action Group and he is a keen supporter of the need to promote our region under the Central South banner.

During our conversation we talked about what makes the Central South (Portsmouth, Southampton, Hampshire, Dorset and South West Surrey) so special as a region and how collaboration will help to promote what a great place this is to live, work and relax. This discussion was recorded as the UK started to emerge from the Covid 19 lockdown and we naturally talked about the effect the pandemic was having on the Central South economy and what the future may hold.
