Welcome and thank you for listening. In this episode, we're joined with Jerome Jr. and Isaac, our resident artists at Black Family Business, to talk about how kindness and love can eliminate online bullying. We revisited Jerome Jr.'s positive self talk that was posted on our social media a few months ago where he shared a life lesson about bullying. Our youngest listener, Isaac, who is now 5 years old, shared some ways we can be kind and show love to people who bully you online or in person.
We wanted to invite you to our family talk and open the dialogue about how we can practice kindness and love online to eliminate stereotypes about different races, religions, groups, cultures, and offer some real life practices that even a 5 year old can do. Last, I discuss the neuroscience of how kindness and happiness are connected which can stimulate the feel good chemicals for a balanced mental and physical health.

Welcome and thank you for listening to my first episode. In this episode, I'll share with you the best advice I wish someone would have told me when I started my first online business back in 2010. Before I took any business courses or coaching, I made the leap of faith and quit my nonprofit job to work for myself while attending graduate school. The plan was have more time to focus on education and entrepreneurship before I started a family, again. Here's what I've learned more than ten years later and after raising three kids with all the trial and errors that come in life and business.
