Welcome to The Pysa Noël Show (#PNS), a talk show based in L.A., CA, where most of the guests reside. Pysa is a former professional dancer turned talk show creator whom, throughout her journey, has met fascinating people with incredible stories. PNS Season 1 stories include each guest's LA lifestyle &/or journey through the LA Entertainment Industry, while Season 2 will venture out a bit more. Season 2's theme is "Overcoming the odds & pursuing passion." PNS’s purpose is to inspire, teach, & motivate listeners as the guests openly & authentically share their experiences, highs & lows, lessons, & tips. Last but not least, on The Pysa Noël Show, we will always "find that laugh," which means that each episode will have at least a sprinkle of humor! PNS Season 2 Finale! In this Pysa Noël Show S2:E17, we will hear How International Choreographer, Entertainment Entrepreneur, & Artist Development Movement Coach ~ Isaiah Rashaad~ Overcame the Odds & Pursued Passion; particularly while he was in China! Isaiah defied many odds & challenges as he followed his dance love from Seattle, WA; to LA, CA; & then China! In this Part II episode, we will really dive into his experience as a professional dancer & choreographer while he was in China. He overcame many differences; a couple of majors ones being him not knowing the language or culture ahead of time & being a black male (in which China locals were not primarily used to). However, he conquered his goals & formed a beautiful lifestyle through perseverance, talent, passion, & an open mind. Stay tuned through the end as we also find out some more accomplishments post his 8 year stay in China. I hope you enjoy listening to Isaiah’s fascinating journey & wins! PNS S2:E15~ In this Pysa Noël Show episode, we will hear How Fitness Professional, Yoga Instructor, & Fitness Trainer~ Marie Kadazi (Aka: Marie K) Overcame the Odds & Pursued Passion! Marie K has been teaching & training others in yoga & fitness for over 10 years. She always keeps the energy up in her classes & in the entire environment. She is currently the yoga director at Hot 8 Yoga in LA, CA. Her kind heart & ability to inspire & help others (& herself) reach new levels is incredible. She walks what she talks too, as when you just look at Marie K, you physically see & energetically feel pure Strength! We take her classes trying to look like her! Haha!
Marie holds a Masters Degree in Kinesiology & has started working in strength & conditioning for college athletes. She continues to keep herself challenged. For example: In the midst of COVID, she trained, got accepted, & placed in a Bikini [weightlifting based] Competition! What a go-getter, a Fitness Pro, & Queen! PNS S2:E8~ This is part II of How Author, BPI Warrior, & International Zumba-Dance/Fitness Instructor~ Adrianne Free, Overcame the Odds & Pursued her many Passions! I love the mix of laughter, authenticity, & uplifting inspiration in this episode! As you probably already know, on The Pysa Noël Show, we always “find dat laugh!”
Despite Adrianne’s obstacles with BPI- Brachial Plexus Injury & Erb's Palsy, Adrianne still pursued & succeeded in her passions, including but not limited to dance & band! She just had to “do things differently.” Adrianne wrote a beautiful children's book "Differently Daphne,” inspired by her experiences with Erb’s Palsy. It is an encouraging & inspiring book for “Everyone”- all ages, with or without a disability. It encourages those with disabilities, & guides those without on how to support & encourage anyone that is "different."
Adrianne is fascinating & never ceases to amaze me. I hope this episode inspires you as much as it inspired me & that you find that laugh somewhere!

PNS S2:E7~ In this Pysa Noël Show episode, you will hear how Author, BPI Warrior, & International Zumba-Dance/Fitness Instructor~ Adrianne Free Overcame the Odds & Pursued her many passions [Dance being her number one passion]. Despite her obstacles with BPI- Brachial Plexus Injury & Erb's Palsy (which left her with a shorter left arm with limited range of motion), Adrianne still pursued & succeeded in her passions including dance & marching band. She just had to “do things differently.”
Adrianne's life experiences with Erb's Palsy eventually led & inspired her to become an Author. She wrote a children's book "Differently Daphne" which is especially for, but not limited to kids with BPI or any other disability. However, this book is great for everyone at every age; for it shows how one can show acceptance & support for anyone with a disability.
Adrianne is fascinating & never ceases to amaze me. I hope this episode inspires you as much as it inspired me!

He reached it! He shares the difficulties & many different paths a baseball player has to go through to get to first the minor league & then major league. He also shares the mental game necessary & lessons he learned throughout this process. In this episode, we go more in depth about the mental aspect & work/ passion/ family/ life balance.
