We saw 4 fresh new faces in FP1 along with returner Giovinazzi and Sainz took his 3rd pole of the year. From then on it was a series of unfortunate events with Sainz going from P1 to P20 in a matter of seconds, 2 safety cars, a mega crash between Alonso and Stroll plus finally a painful pitstop for championship winner Verstappen. His next battle seems to be whether he will even have a seat for the 2023 season. It was nice to know there would be 0% chance of rain this Grand Prix so we were already off to a good start. RedBull seemed to be on another level performance wise this weekend despite receiving grid penalties. Most of the grid saw a further performance deficit to them which have put them nearly in reach of securing the championship. Ferrari are the only ones who can get remotely close to them however with their internal strategy conflicts it’s looking less likely they’ll become a threat again. Are RedBull now unstoppable? In the penultimate race, the F1 circus took to the streets of Saudi Arabia for the first GP held in the country.

Amy and Rhianna talk through the track, the dangers that were highlighted across a number of incidents during the race weekend.

Pit tactics came into play again this race, in particular at the start of the race following a Yellow Flag, which quickly became a Red Flag, followed by a very interesting restart which led to another Red Flag...!!

This was also another race where Verstappen and Hamilton collided, again under controversial circumstances, which Amy and Rhianna chat through.

With only one race left to go, who is going to be heading home with the 2021 title?!

With Amy out this week, Rhianna is joined by Harry Roberts who has previously joined the chat!

This F1 circus headed to Qatar for the 3rd to last race of the season. This is the first time that F1 has raced in the State of Qatar and Rhianna and Harry discuss their thoughts on the newest addition to the calendar, the circuit itself, what team it suited best and more.

They discuss the relationship between Toto Wolff and Christian Horner, the Team Principles of Mercedes and Red Bull respectively, which was on full display at the Thursday press conference when they were interviewed together.

Before diving into Sunday's race, Rhianna and Harry chat qualifying, which resulted in three, somewhat controversial, penalties for three drivers.

There's only two races left before the 2021 Champion is crowned and its still too close to call so make sure you join us, you don't want to miss a thing!

The girls also get to the core questions that everyone wants to know: Do we actually like sprint races? Why was Giovinazzi was replaced? And the most important, who do we think will win the championship!

As we draw closer to the last few races there is still no clear victor for both the drivers and constructors championships so stay tuned to her our thoughts on the rest of the season. We will see you in our next episode on the Qatar GP next week!

It's still nail bitingly tight at the top of the Drivers Championship and there are plenty of battles taking place throughout the Constructors Championship too. With only a few races left, who will come out on top?

Please note, this is a raw and unedited episode! You'll be able to hear all the bloopers, laughs and coughs that usually get edited out, but Amy and Rhianna hope that this gives you a behind the scenes look at what recording an episode is like!

We'll catch you again soon as we head down to Brazil for the next race.

The F1 circus moved to Sochi, Russia this week with Max Verstappen starting at the back of the grid following his penalty at Monza, plus a penalty for installing a new engine. He wasn't the only one incurring grid penalties this week (making qualifying interesting) with a front three no one could have predicted!

The race on Sunday also took some twists and turns thanks to pit strategies, battles throughout the field and unexpected rain making an appearance in the last six laps which left one driver heartbroken after being so close to victory. Plus, where did Max end up following his P20 start and where does the leave the drivers championship heading into the last third of the season?

The next race will be in Turkey on October 10, but as always you can follow along with all things F1 at @TheF1Girls on Instagram - we'll see you on the track for more racing soon!

With no race last weekend, Amy and Rhianna dive into Silly Season aka all the musical chairs that take place as drivers move teams, retire or are let go.

Looking ahead to the 2022 season they discuss who has signed contract extensions with their current teams for the upcoming season, whose seat may be in jeopardy and how could potentially be on the move, plus a little forward thinking to future seasons.

They also discuss the biggest announcement Silly Season so far, George Russell joining Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes - will this create issues between Russell and Hamilton à la Hamilton and Rosberg or could this be the beginning of a great partnership and diver development experience of Russell?

They also discuss the new regulations that are coming into place for 2022, which will present new challenges for every team and driver, making it difficult to predict how everyone will fare in the coming season.

They also touch on teams moving away from established drivers and instead taking on and building their teams around younger talent, such as Norris and McLaren's relationship.

The F1 summer break is over and Amy and Rhianna are back with some exciting F1 Girls announcements and updates plus a look back on this weekend's race... that wasn't.

We head to the Francorchamps track in Belgium for round 12 of this year's calendar and it was an interesting one...

As this week's title suggests, there were a number of  crashes throughout the weekend, which sadly reminded us all too much of some of the recent accident's and tragedies that have taken place on this course and we reflect on those and what this may mean for the track moving forward.

We then change gears and look at some unexpected finishes in Saturday's qualy, which set up an interesting front row for Sunday's race!

Some (potentially) unprecedented moments, rule book confusion amongst everyone involved and a good old soggy summer Sunday.

We'll be back next week with the Dutch GP!
