I used this recording to quit smoking before I fell asleep. This is a form of hypnosis therapy, It is self hypnosis. I used the solfeggio frequency 528 hz in the original (S4, E2) because it is said to be good for transformation, but this version does not have any background sound or music at all. This is to offer people with audio sensitivity an opportunity to try the same script. I think this sounds better on speaker, however, feel free to try it with headphones. I do not recommend AirPods. This is a short recording. meant to be listen to as you fall asleep, so be sure there is nothing else set to play after this recording has ended.

And this is where I am so far. It’s been about a month and I’m not going crazy, but I do miss the way we’d helped me decompress. I’m venting about these new tattoos that I absolutely hate and doing a bit of shadow work around why I dislike them so much. I also share the method I used to get myself to quit working (self-hypnosis) and how hypnosis may actually help you too!

So I pre-recorded this months ago but couldn’t manage to post it. this is a re-recording and only part of the list. I have Covid so I ended up falling asleep towards the end. Really, I wanted to share and put love into the universe for the women that came and went during the past ten years that made a positive impact on my life. Part two will be up shortly.

So I think I’ve figured out the object of the matrix/game. I talk myself through it in this post. We’ve got the definition of a machine and what parts we play in it. I am diagnosed with adhd, so please bear with me and the way I converse. The most important thing to note is that this is an inner monologue/dialogue.

I read a short story from Reddit to my mom. She is such a funny lady. I recorded this almost a year ago and forgot it in my drafts. So I’m posting it now. The story isn’t scary at all. If I remember correctly, it was my first time reading it too.

It’s short story time! Happy Tuesday to all my listeners, both old and new. I was sitting home alone this weekend. It was a fairly normal night. I decided to finally get back to creating. It’s time to dust off the creative cap. After have a few whiskey and cokes to rebuild courage, I started skimming through my anthology of short stories called “Musings of a Jaded Romantic.” The stories tend to be detailed and paint vivid images in your mind. Keep in mind, it’s a series of stories and poems for adults and more of a preview than anything else.

I think we all can agree the year 2020 was an emotional roller coaster. I find myself still wondering if it even happened. I’m just a single mom trying to navigate a broken heart and teetering between being ready to date and having an existential crisis. I kept little notes in my phone and tonight I am sharing them with you! Poems of lust, loss, sadness, and romance.

I have a new celebrity crush! You wouldn’t know him, he’s low key. Just kidding! I freestyled a short monologue about the dreams I’ve been having about him. Wildly romantic to even imagine that I’d have the opportunity to tell him about the salacious and sensual dreams. Idealistic to dream that he might ever be in the same company as me. Keep in mind, these are only dreams and while based on a real experience, the interaction is imaginary.

Sometimes you just need to vent and talk it out. I also felt like I needed to clarify some things from my previous episode. Familial relationships can be as difficult as romantic relationships. I chop it up about my “New Year” Tarot Reading as well. It was an eye opener and I’m looking forward to the future and seeing how things develop.

I went through a difficult broke up last year. Throughout this year I have been trying to figure out how to feel better and trying to cover the hurt feelings. In this monologue/freestyle I am open about how I felt about the break up and how I feel about the people I spoke to during the breakup. Coping with bitterness and a broken heart is difficult. In order to feel better, you have to be honest about how you feel. Ride the waves of your emotions so that they can burst through and offer healing as a result.

Join me for a tipsy mom rant about how I am handling my life as a full-time student and sex-abstaining mom. Abstinence, like promiscuity should be a personal choice. In fact, it’s always a personal choice. In this audio-journal I’m discussing sex and the lack thereof. I think I’m handling it pretty well.

The biggest part of manifesting a positive life is being honest about what you want your life to look like. Manifest the person you want to be. I have been having these moments when I realize that I am not being true to myself. You have to be true to yourself to turn your ideas and dreams into a reality.
