This week Casey sits down with Laurel Walzak, an assistant professor at Ryerson University. Before Ryerson, laurel had roles with the CWHL, the NHL, as well as within Fitneff. Outside of the boardrooms, Laurel got into competitive bodybuilding which inspired a portion of today's conversation all about the perception the sport creates.
