On this week’s episode of the Special Chronicles Podcast: we feature a new Unified Leadership Warmup Training presented to United Airlines employees teaching you about Unified Leadership and what it can do for you personally, your organization, and what it can do for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
The purpose of this session is for you to have an understanding of the definition and characteristics of Unified Leadership, have a basic concept of Unified Leadership and a call to action, recognize we all have exclusive behaviors whether we realize it or not, and to be supportive or necessary organizational changes to ensure inclusion for everyone especially people with IDD.
Plus: we conclude with a panel discussion with two athlete leaders sharing their Special Olympics stories and to talk more about the importance of Unified Leadership.
