After 5 long months, Insights is finally back! The past 5 months was a season of struggles and adjustments, and I had to re-learn many things all over again but I have finally come to a point where I can finally process everything that has happened.
Today's episode is one of the many things I had to re-learn for the better.
Not knowing who we are and what we want out of life is a lot of pressure - it harbors feelings of crippling insecurity. But that feeling can work to your advantage. Let's both find power in feeling "lost". And to all of my young people out there, stay till the end for your weekly affirmations.
