While Jesus was still on earth, the disciples didn't need to fast nor does it say they prayed. But they waited while Jesus went away to pray. The disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray and this is what Jesus said.
God's Church is not a move, movement or denomination. It's not a "not for profit" organization but it is the holy organism of God, the vital and the victorious body of Christ.
Philosophy won't save you. Religion won't heal. Knowledge won't add one inch to your stature. But Jesus came to give you that which is abundant and everlasting if you will only receive him as your Lord. He is the door that leads to life.
