📍 your thoughts can change and your opinions can change over time And you grow as a human and what you thought, at one time in your life changes because of a certain situation that you've been through or a new tool that you've learned and how to cope and deal- Felicia
we just spend so much time questioning what we already know, if we would just allow ourselves to sit in the belief and peace of knowing. How much noise can we cut out? - Brigette
remembering is. The quickest portal to becoming and the reason that's important is because, despite what you have gone through, what the world has thrown at you, or the world has told you what you should be, what society has, has deemed right or isn't right, or what social media and, you know, random people on the internet are telling you what's wrong, what isn't wrong.
It's actually, you already know, you just have to remember. And we only remember through, for me, the tools that have helped me is honestly getting back to childlike behavior, to fun, to dreaming, to slowing down, Remembering is the quickest portal to becoming exactly who you're meant to become, right? We, it's already within us. There's amazing tools out there. There's things that can help us, the things that can catalyst us or, or move things quicker. But like, honestly, it's everything you have is already inside of you.
You just have to believe and trust and have the faith that you can do it or it's there for you.- Felicia

Brigette Heller, Host of The Strong and Capable Podcast, takes a moment to reflect and share authentically how the Journey is never easy, but that HOPE is always the anchor to peace.
Quotes:
📍 Fear is exhausting. Doubting yourself is exhausting. You need to do things that are life giving, life bringing. And fear, confusion, doubt, self loathing, no. These deplete you, they empty you, they shorten your life emotionally, spiritually, physically, mentally.
And you need the strength and the life that comes from goodness, from love, from light, from hope.
📍 Pay attention to the things that keep showing up. Sometimes they're divine messages, divine downloads, as we like to call them.
And sometimes they're unresolved things that need to be healed. They're ready for it. You're ready for the healing. Okay. So pay attention.
📍 isn't it amazing. How powerful light is that there's all this darkness and yet the silver lining always exists
📍 there are key moments in our life where we know we are different.
And what I'm offering to you today is that difference is what makes you beautiful
📍 Hope Summit is about connecting those who spread and give hope with those seeking hope.
Hope summit is about creating an environment where we can spark that light of hope within the individual who is. With us in this moment, hope summit is about taking that light and fanning the beautiful flame so that it can expand and grow into a fire. It's about lighting the world with light.
📍 This is a crossroads and this crossroads is filled with the light. And so as I remember that girl who was nine, who all she saw was light.
In the darkness, I'm realizing that in the world today, where there is so much darkness, we need those who seek light. We need those who embrace light. We need those who are light. And we need to band together to create more hope and light in this world. Because it exists. Love exists, hope exists, light exists, peace exists.
📍 that's what the world needs to know. You can be falling apart in every way and still have hope and peace inside of yourself.
That you are meant for more than the chaos you exist in. You are meant for more than anxiety and depression and hurt and abuse. You deserve light, hope, love, forgiveness, kindness. And so this summit is about creating that and I felt the need to get on here for all of you who are like, I don't always know who I am.
I don't always know why I've been through these things. I don't always know why I've had to suffer. And I'm here to tell you. That your suffering has made you who you are. It probably wasn't fair. It probably wasn't right. I'm not in your life. I have no, authority to speak on your hurt and your pain and your suffering.
But I do know Pain, hurt and suffering. And I know that if you will give hope a chance that something Unique will come to you that only you can do in the way you can do it doesn't mean other people haven't done it It means you will do it in a way that's unique to you and that the world needs your specific kind of light
📍 hope is coming. Light is coming. You are not alone. You are strong and capable. That spirit within you is a fighter. So fight the good fight. Know that you are loved, that you are light, and that you are needed in this world

Once homeless, incarcerated and shackled by addictions that nearly took his life, Danny Deaton is now a husband, father of three, and 16 years clean and sober. Danny is the founder of Living Proof Recovery Services; a company whose mission is to save families who are losing the battle of addiction inside their home. Seeing the lack of resources and support for families affected by addiction, Danny determined to become the resource. He and his wife Emily have produced the world’s first comprehensive program to educate and support families and spouses of addicts. They also host the Your Living Proof Podcast where they discuss addiction, marriage, faith, and family life. Danny’s motto is “Our Secrets Keep Us Sick”, a phrase he attributes to saving his life and continues to bless him today. He passionately shares this message in schools, churches, rooms of recovery and communities around the country.
I believe that Satan, the opposition is very opportunistic- Danny Deaton
The thing about addictions is they're progressive.- Danny Deaton
we're here to help. But if you're not ready, I've told God that he can have you.- Danny Deaton
really that every step of that process was just learning how to like, to sit in discomfort and to see myself for who I was.- Danny Deaton
📍 the program of recovery, regardless of what you, where you go, what facility it is, what the approach is. It's really about reconnecting. They use the term. I'm a higher power, right? Cause a lot of people it's so intimidating to even put a name on it, but it's reconnecting and being able to latch on to a power greater than yourself that can restore you to sanity.- Danny Deaton
And then, of course, once you've become something new within that container, then you have to go out and Do something. Now you have purpose- Brigette Heller
📍 right now, the number one leading cause of death individuals, 18 to 45. And I'm talking by a mile. The number one is overdose to fentanyl. And we're talking of everything. It actually overdose to fentanyl is. Has more deaths right now, people 18 to 45, then car accidents and heart disease combined.- Danny Deaton
📍 What I say is the greatest threat to the world in it of addiction is a family who effectively learns to intervene and how to support a person in a full program recovery. So we created the playbook for families.- Danny Deaton
📍 can't help everybody. What am I going to do? I'm going to go and help people like my family. When I was stuck, teach them what my family learned because my addiction of many years came to a halt in a matter of months. Once my family learned how to effectively intervene, how to stand united.
And to stand up against the bully of addiction- Danny Deaton
📍 I don't know a single person who has addiction, whether it's cocaine or it's sugar, that isn't seeking relief.

Brigette Disscusses 3 toxic ideas in the world right now that are keeping people from healing and the help they need to heal. She Also shares a few thoughts on what is happening in Israel right now and also how we can find hope when hope feels gone.
Quotes from the show:
we are meant to love, not to hate. And so when hate is prevalent, when hate is winning, when hate is so vicious and in our face, it's heartbreaking because we're meant to love, we're meant to be liked, we're meant to serve and encourage and lift and create.
We're meant to explore. And when hate rules, none of these things happen.
And yet, we are feeling these intense emotions. And so living this Duality of feelings versus doing can be very hard and very tiring. So I guess the first thing I want to say before I share this message is give yourself a chance to rest. Understand that anything you're feeling right now is real and if it's adding to your already struggles.
You are not alone. Please don't be alone. Please seek out a divine source. Please seek out community. Please do not do it alone. Humans are not meant to do this journey alone and If you're like, I don't need that, I just need space, then give yourself the space to feel, maybe journal, go into a place and let your feelings be felt and seen and heard and acknowledged.
I think it's probably strong emotions for a lot of us. And so we have learned that separation is safety. If I don't say my opinion and if I don't share my thoughts, then I am safe from ridicule, from hurt, I am safe from opinions, and I will be able to keep my tribe because we are so deeply ingrained with it.
there's truth everywhere. So the truth actually lies in the middle, usually of our extreme opinion versus someone else's.
Exploration and curiosity allow us to see that more clearly, and have empathy, for others
And that's that. Actions can be justified if there's enough hate, enough hurt, enough trauma, that actions are justified.
the rise of the anti hero has become such a celebrated figure. This is not what we should be glorifying. It's not healthy for us. And it adds to that, I call it the middle finger to the world, it adds to that thought of, Well, I'm, I'm traumatized, so I did this, so if you don't get me, middle finger to you.
No, no! If you can understand you're traumatized, go get that stinking help! We need more healers! Not more haters. So there is no justification to harm spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, someone who is abusive in those areas. There is no justification of their struggle that makes them allowed to hurt other people.
There is no justification. I'm sorry. We have to stop that. Do they need help? Yes. Can we help them get help? Yes. But we are creating more victims when we justify. That the hurt people hurt people and it's just part of life

After having her first two kids, Jody Moore struggled with work/life balance, embracing motherhood, and liking herself. As an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints she felt guilty for not loving the role of mother and wife, and turned to life coaching for help. The transformation she experienced not only helped her at work and at home, it strengthened her testimony of Christ leading her to dive into learning the tools of coaching and to leave her position as a corporate leadership coach to launch her own coaching practice. Jody is certified through The Life Coach School and completed Master Coach Certification in 2018. Today, as an LDS Life Coach, Jody has helped tens of thousands of people through her top-rated podcast Better Than Happy as well as her coaching membership program Be Bold. She has 4 children ages 7 – 17 and resides in Spokane, Washington with them, her husband, and their French bulldog Finn, mini cavapoo Milo, and cat Oscar.
📍 when we're ready to hear the truth, the truth can can be a gift.- Jody Moore
📍 when we get our identity, from whether it be a job or, being a mom, whatever it is, if our, all of our fulfillment and our validation and our identity comes from that thing, we do.
That thing is likely going to change at some point, right? Either like you and I, we got laid off or, , the kids are going to leave the house at one point. And then you realize, wait a second that I can't build my foundation on the thing I do. That is never was my identity or your identity. We just thought it was, and that's good to know so that you can build it.- Jody Moore
Like you said, on something more solid. Yes. So the visual I like for identity, like world identity versus divine identity is a Picasso painting because it's just out. You look at it. You're like, what's funky about this. I don't know what to do with that. And, you know, because I was like a funny nose over here, that's purple.
And then a green eye or just everything's wacky. And then when you are. world identity, your jobs, your identity as a parent or not parent or dog mom or whatever you are. When it shifts, then it feels even more awkward than the original Picasso painting. But your divine identity is not like that at all.
It's this layer underneath that is just solid and always. The same and I have this picture of it's really beautiful painting of an angel and she's all this light and colors around her and it's so you can see the colors of the Picasso painting to this angel with the colors around her and those are pieces of her but they are not her -Brigette Heller
📍 I don't even have to figure out the thoughts in the beginning, at least.
And in many cases, I just need to stay empowered. Like look at me, frustrating myself with whatever I'm believing right now about this situation that has been. Not only like in my family and my daily life, but even in growing my business, just knowing that I'm creating all my feelings. And then those feelings are determining who I become, what I do next and what I then create in my life. -Jody Moore
📍 if you can understand something, yeah, so complicated and simplify it, that means you actually understand it. And I think that's really when it comes to thoughts and feelings and all of this, it sounds simple, but until it becomes simple, you don't understand it. You don't understand it. We try and deep dive all the time and we got to stay surface first, be aware and then move on it. -Brigette Heller

My goal with The Strong and Capable is to always help people love themselves.
Being strong is not the same as being perfect. Being Perfect comes from a place of fear, but strength comes from a place of courage, bravery and peace.
No day is promised, so if something happened to me today, my most important thoughts, or most of them. are recorded in a hundred episodes. The thoughts on whoe we are as humans, how to be wildly brave, how to work through your mindset, hot to remember who you are when you feel lost. They are all recorded in these episodes.

For more than 18 years, mental health professional, Dr. Andrew L. Blackwood, affectionately known as “Coach Drew”, has been connecting deeply with individuals, parents, and teens to support their growth and healing through coaching, speaking, workshops on his book The Art of a Genuine Apology and his parenting programs, Help Them Be Brave and The Confidence-Cultivating Parent Program. Andrew’s personal healing journey through anxiety and childhood divorce helps him appreciate the painful challenges of those he works with as well as God’s grace and power to overcome. Earning a Master of Divinity in Counseling (Tyndale Seminary) and a Doctor of Ministry to Marriage and Family (Eastern University – Palmer School of Theology), prepared him to serve as a Children's Mental Health Clinician, Guest Expert and Media Consultant on shows like 100 Huntley Street, The Perspective and The 700 Club Canada. His remarkable ability to engage and bring clarity to the complex challenges of healing in relationships sets him apart as a true facilitator of change. His desire to impact relationship culture around the world is made personal every day as he continues to learn, heal, and grow in his most prized relationships with his wife and two daughters.
“Your experience….. It's going to help other people “ - God
trauma is like pushing pause on someone's emotional development.- Dr. Drew
learn, heal, and grow. - Dr. Drew
healing comes in waves and stages. It's not all at once. You don't go from, I struggle. I had trauma to I'm healed. Overnight, like that doesn't happen. It comes in waves. So you kind of go through this healing and then I feel like your spirit, your body, everything has to catch up with what just happened.
Humans are humans and they're messy. So there's gonna be trauma somewhere.- BRigette
curiosity is what brings the possibility of healing- Brigette
what I've learned is then after you know yourself, now it's time to decide what to do with that. And that's actually the hardest journey yet to come, but the most important.- Brigette
if you want to have these moments where you're like, oh my gosh. I'm facing this and I have to, I can release it, put yourself in situations, go to counseling, put yourself in spiritual situations, do meditation, because when you prepare your heart and mind to see and receive, that's when you can transform.- Brigette
It's time to let this go so that you can be the next evolution of you without the guilt that's weighing you down- Brigette
Tips from Dr. Drew to start on the journey of healing:
1.Journal regularly and often, this gives you an understanding of what your feeling and thinking. Write them like a letter to yourself or to God.
2.If you are stuck, I would definitely say a lot of people think it's overrated, but I like to teach people how to breathe and how to be calm because there's real benefit to being where we are. We try to escape the unpleasantness and logically it makes sense, but just like when we do all the stuff for our kids, we're telling them that they can't handle it.So if you tell yourself, I can't handle, I can't handle that, you're capping your own growth. So breathe, calm yourself, remind yourself that you're actually okay. So that's number one.
3.Number two, I would just. Listen for God's direction. And I know, I know it's a journey of knowing how each individual hears God for some people, it is clear voice for some people. It's a feeling, it's a sensation. It's signed. There are so many different ways, but cultivating that openness with that curiosity and the anticipation

It's the daily shift of the enemy coming at you, depression, coming at you, the world, your marriage, whatever it is, you have to make that choice. It's a full surrender with the Lord. I will choose to step out of the fear today.I'll choose to not go by what my eyes are seeing, but what my heart is speaking. I'll go walk by faith, not by sight. And that's shifting fearing to faith. - Summer I made you, right? I know who you are. I know who you're not, but you're a gatherer of people. And. There are so many truth about being human... and a lot of times we don't like to actually talk about them or admit that we MIGHT be human.
In this bonus summer episode Brigette Heller, Host of the Strong and Capable podcast shares truths about human connection, identity and struggle.
Andrea Renee Banfield, founder of Life In Wholeness LLC, supports people to wholeness in well-being of mind and spirit through the vibration of sound, working.with Spirit to remember lost aspects of the self, and coaching to find the quiet of being in thought - allowing new pathways to form which bring forward the dreams they have always wanted to create in relationships, business and life - living life in joy and celebration. Andréa's personal accomplishments include an album of wonders to connect one to inner wisdom, untie the knot, and set the listener in the pattern of creation. it starts to building more of a confidence within yourself and also finding a peer group that allows you. to find yourself, right? They encourage you to be like, no, that's not for me. Like they like you to say, no thanks, because it lets them know that you are being true and authentic to yourself and not just falling part of the group.- Andrea
And you said something really interesting, you said sometimes you break the mold and you fall right into another mold.- Brigette
Absolutely. And you can see it all the time happening, like people who are breaking out of a mold of the, what their growing up environment told them to be.
Mm-hmm. . And then they just move into another environment that a peer group tells them they need to be mm-hmm. . Um, and so that would be a good example where they feel like they've broke the mold. But really they just have fallen into a new mold, um, based off of the input that's coming to them from the outside world, not from what's coming from within themselves, per se, other than the uncomfortable feelings of not fitting in with the outside world.
where I'm at now? I'm at a place of all possibilities. So I've broken the mold so many times and have had more and more mentors come in who have taken me into more and more just like hidden mysteries of life. Mm-hmm. So I've been able to get to this place where truly I.
Being out of the mold means you have all possibilities open to you, and then you get to create the mold that you wanna live your life in. And then you get to create that and that space and and the way in which it's been done has been very beautiful.- Andrea
do you think you're God? I was like, What are you talking about? And she said, why do you think you have the power to change everyone's circumstances or that is your responsibility? She said, it's not yours and you are trying to act and save everybody as if you're God. She's like, you've gotta stop that. And it, it hit me so hard and sat with me for a very, very long time. Cuz I believe it is our duty to do good and to love others, but to carry the burden fully as if it's our own is not actually healthy.- Brigette
we're meant to light up in every way, and when we light up, we become this beacon for others- Brigette

If you are listening to this podcast, it's because you're a mover and shaker. It's because you're interested in personal growth and spiritual growth. You're interested in impacting the world for good.
And when you are in that line of business, when that's the kind of person you are, you don't get to sit back and do nothing. You have to sit back with purpose.
So that's the next phase of healing, and that when you see people really taking off, really doing great things, really impacting, it's because their wounds, their core hurts have been fixed to the point where, yeah, they know they're worthy, but they don't need any validation anymore.
They're at peace.
so we can be at peace in one part of our life, and then another part of our life blows up and we see all of a sudden, oh, hey, hey, there's some work to do. But the good news is if you've been doing the mindset work and the hard work and the spiritual work is that when new stuff comes up, it's not as scary.
It could be as intense. , you're still gonna feel the emotions, but it's not as scary because at least you know you will work through it because you have the evidence already. You've built the muscles, you know, you're strong and capable so you can work through this.
So every step you take in your journey, there will be resistance to, but it's in the learning and letting go. As my friend Leanna Hunt says that you find who you really are, that you get to the place you are dreaming of.
When you are ready to go to a next level, the Lord, the universe is gonna demand of you to give up. The hardest thing to give. , it might be trust, it might be some kind of financial thing.
It might be a relationship that you're holding onto that you shouldn't have been. It might be a habit that you really know you shouldn't do, but it's your comfort habit. It will be things that you thought were just comfortable. Not a big deal. No, they are a big deal. That's why you're holding on so tight to it, and that is what will be demanded of you.
For greatness, for impact, for purpose is the things that you're holding onto the tightest that you're hoarding away and keeping that you think are keeping you like, you know, separate from everyone. In that way, the thing that you are holding onto the tightest trend is the thing you have to let.
when you physically release things, that's telling your brain, it's giving you evidence that you are ready to do the next thing.
Cuz that is no longer an option.

if we could develop any skill is how to communicate. . Communicate with self, communicate with God, communicate with others. These are the communication skills that we have to develop so that we can live a life of purpose and joy- Brigette
what I teach is you are never communicating for your benefit. You're never on a stage for your spotlight, for your applause, your standing ovation, your reviews, your likes, your fault, never. You're there to serve and do God's work. The best speakers, the most effective speakers are those that are completely focused on the audience. What can I give if that means that I'm gonna tell you a story that moves me to tears and I'm crying cause I didn't plan to tell it. It's super vulnerable for me, but it's gonna help encourage you. Then I'm gonna look ugly. I'm gonna have mascara on my face for your benefit. When you focus on the crowd and giving value and serving them and showing up and solving problems.- Christy
Then it takes the fear away as well, because you're not thinking about you. How do I look? Is my hair cute? Are they gonna like me? Am I gonna get good reviews? You're showing up and serving. And so I think when you show up and serve, it is just this beautiful middle where it takes the fear out of it for the people that are scared.- Christy
So I think for me, breaking the mold is really deciding to, I love the analogy of breaking the mold. It's like deciding that I don't have to be. What people have already been. I don't have to be who I was the last 12 years. I don't have to be the Christie Wright that everyone knew at Ramsey. I can be a new version of me, apart from Ramsey and let God, bring me into a new season.- Christy
I think that's true for many people. You may have a season of training behind someone, but at some point God's gonna call you out into the unknown, into the wilderness, into the , you know, into the new thing. Cuz there's something he wants you to do that only you can do.- Christy
And yes, it's scary and it's also awesome because you're able to do something that, you, like God, use you in a way that otherwise you wouldn't be able. .
And I felt God, say, Christy, you know how to prepare. You know how to practice. You know how to plan. You are so good at that. I need to teach you how to walk by. So we're gonna keep walking by faith. I'm gonna give you things as you need them, and not a moment too soon, not a moment, early so that you learn to depend and trust these muscles that I will come through for you.- Christy
It's not just like a one-time thing. This is how we operate in the, in my kingdom. We walk by faith - Christy

And so I had to step back and kind of break my train of thought and be like, is this really, am I really doing my best? right now. And for me, that answer was no. You'll be, you'll be better for your family, you'll be better for your friends, you'll be better for your community if you lean into your strengths and go do something for yourself too. Ever since you reached out to me. And I feel like there's, I have two facets of my life where I broke the mold and one was simply the mold of what I thought I wanted for my life.- Darcey
And what was cool about it is because I was just open to the journey, when the compliment came, I was able to receive. So when you're not open, people can tell you all day long, you were awesome. You were amazing, but you won't, you won't receive that. -Brigette
Well, and it's those little wins that then the next time you build that confidence, right?- Darcey
The cool part about this, the journey you're talking about, the journey you take is you don't know what you're, we don't know what we're not good at, but we also don't know what we're good. Oh true. When you go on the journey, you get to surprise yourself if you're open to it, and if you allow yourself this like judgment free zone of I'm learning, I'm becoming. Yeah, I'm gonna try this and not try and attach an outcome to it. I'm just gonna be here in this moment and do it. You're gonna surprise yourself- Brigette
one of the tools we use in our family is we say, what part did I, what role did I play in this? So when you quote unquote, fail is, Did. Was it something you did? Is it something you need to learn? Is it something that you could do differently or were there other circumstances and in the future, can you have a hand in adjusting those circumstances? Or was it just how it went? Yes. And sometimes it is just how it goes. It's nothing to do with you at all. So yeah, identifying where, what role you had or what part you had in this quote unquote failure. And then so that next time you can do it better, different, whatever you decide to do with that. But you can. the intentional choice on what happens - Brigette

"you have to mentally break the mold to seize the possibilities, and the journey becomes the teacher. And every time we're taught by the journey, then the next section of our journey becomes a little more exciting, and we feel a little bit more capable.
And then because the journey's getting longer and longer, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, we're getting stronger and it's exciting. So when you wanna be strong and capable first looking at what you're capable of and then figuring out how to become capable of what you want, and through that process you become strong.
The Journey is the teacher
So please understand whoever you are, whatever mold that you're trying to break out of, when you become yourself fully, when you know who you are, and just own it, whatever that looks like, you impact others for. , you never know when your story and the way you live your life will be the thing that transforms someone else for the rest of theirs.
You cannot be an impactor or an influencer for good within the safety of your own cage. So be kind to yourself. Know that you look nothing like anybody else, and that's perfect."

New things are created when we take something that already exists and alter it, change it, create a new version of it.
It’s hard to hold onto your identity when you go through hard things.
Shame doesn’t come from other people, it comes from ourselves.
WE have to release shame, the stories that we tell ourselves that keep us hiding, keep us stuck. We have to turn them into sacred transformation
Breaking the mold isn’t about sticking up the middle finger to the world, it's about breaking the cage that we create around ourselves.
When we break the mold, we break ourselves free from our self made prison and open up the possibilities.

Episode Quotes:
“I think fear, when we're overtaken by fear, it's because we're focusing on our imperfections versus the mission of the message.”- Brigette
I think I choose to be faithful or full of faith instead of fearless- Jenee’’.
it isn't that interesting. Like whatever we're looking for is what we're gonna find. So if you're looking for a really gloomy, horrible, dark, scary day, Then you can think of that fog as that. Or you can just sing Mary Poppins and be grateful that it's one day out of the year that we're experiencing this.- Jenee
When we become curious, we become solution oriented.- Brigette
God loves me and God loves you, and God loves all of the people on on the earth. And if we put our trust in him, he will make miracles happen and He will. He will create opportunities for us to be. Um, matched, I don't even know if that's the word, just surrounded and connected with people who will help us and who can help us overcome our fears, who can help us put a pageant together, who can help us, with a presentation that I don't know how to do very well, in the technical side and have to get help with, you know, on certain things.
But he will connect us with the right people. And I believe that he has done that for me. I believe he stood up for you. I believe he does it for everyone. If we are looking for it, then we'll find it- Jenee
some days we're not perfect. We're not, and it's okay that we're not, we're not supposed to be, we're just supposed to trust the process we're supposed to.
Invite others to participate in these processes and these conversations and we're, we're asked to connect with people who can help us then reach out and help more people-Jenee
the Spirit and the Lord speaks to us in the language that we understand mm-hmm. and where we understand it. And for me, that's music. It always has been.

"women and people just in general, tend to, as they're growing in their walk, the Lord, as they're growing as human beings, so often insecurity can be the thing that holds them back from their God ordained destiny and their God ordained purpose. And so really finding my identity and who I was in Christ Jesus first.
And being so secure in who I was and him and who he saw me as the, in any insecurities that I might have had or wonderings about what the purpose of my life was or what I was supposed to be doing to serve others or to help others, or who I was in my identity itself. All of that started to kind of fade away.
The fears started to fade away. The insecurity started to fade away. The comparison started to fade away, and I started to. Who I feel like the Lord really intended on me being in the first place. And so when I realized that and I fell so deeply in love with who he was and who he says that I was, that all of a sudden opened up all kinds of doors and really opened my eyes as to, okay, this Lord, you want me to do something very powerful with my life and I feel. So many of us can just get to that place of falling so madly in love with the Lord and falling so madly in love with, with seeking him in reading his word. And I think that's also another key with me personally and my own personal life, is whenever I really started reading the word of God and actually reading what it says and pondering it and digesting it, I can feel.
Rewiring my brain and rewiring my perception and rewiring the things that I would think and, and really allowing me to see reality for what it truly was. And that just really broke down lots of walls within my own heart that I know for a fact were stenting me and stenting the purpose that God might have had for me.
So I feel like that really was the key for me, and I've been a Christian my whole life. I feel like I, I mean, I asked Jesus in my heart when I was like, Four years old. And so that's really all I've ever known is, is knowing that I have a savior who loves me enough to have died for me. And that always, I always had a passion for that and I always knew like, this is something so much greater than me. And I love him for that. I love him for what he's done. But throughout my life I still had those, those, uh, qualities and character traits within. That would cause me problems that would cause me to run into brick walls or run into, uh, brick walls with relationships or with careers or with, uh, you know, just certain things that I was walking through within my own life." - Hannah Crews

Our conscious mind picks up on very subliminal messages, and it just replaces them. Replays them, replays them, replays them. So we have to be. Wildly careful. We don't even realize the way things are influencing us, and our conscious mind just picks it right up.
your heart and brain can be so much stronger than your body. And when you get to that point, then your body can almost do anything, which is wild.
what are you thankful for in this moment, in this exact moment?
I did not fall on my knees, but I could have, I started crying, sat down on a bench in the shade, took off my shoes and put my feet in the ground. I could feel the cool grass on my feet and pulled out a notebook, cuz now I knew. Now I could get some inspiration. Now, I had really gone through a journey and overcome already so much at that point that I had my heart and mind were open. And that's part of the thing. When you challenge yourself, when you push yourself beyond what you think you're capable of, that's often when inspiration hits because you're open.
It's okay to love something you struggle with. It's okay to love mind's work because you struggle with it, but you see the difference it makes in your life when you apply the things from knowing you struggle
A blind spot is something that you do that is not healthy for you or others that you don't even realize you do. The only way you realize it is because it's hard to see, right? It's hard to see cuz it's so natural. You just do it all the time. So a blind spot is something you do all the time. That's hard to see because you do it all the time. And the only way you know about the blind spot is if something in your life happens to show it to you or someone in your life tells you it.
We can create a destination and we should, and I believe you have a divine destination, something that you are meant to do, or a purpose that you're supposed to fill. And I believe when you do that with the divine in mind, with God in mind, with as a partnership, it is wildly powerful and so fulfilling. However, Just because we can see what we're supposed to do or be doing doesn't mean we get to control the how always. And I was trying to control the how. What's actually being asked of us in this life is to take one step in front of the other and the divine direction. The end goal, the purpose is what keeps us walking.
So find people who can help you identify your blind spots. we really do need help identifying our blind spots and we can identify them by ourselves, But usually it is a life circumstance that uncovers them.
how are you being distracted? What can you do to minimize your distractions? Are you tuning into yourself and really hearing both the simplistic conscious mind and the deeper subconscious mind and the talk track that's happening there? What are your blind spots? Are you aware of them? How can you become aware of them? Who could you rely on to help you see them?
life is a journey. It really is a journey, and it's one step in front of the other. And if you strengthen your heart and mind, you can do anything, anything that you're called to do that you want to do that you're meant to do, it can all happen And so much of it begins with your heart and your mind and them being strong.

a little by little, makes a little a lot, and that's what creates that progress. It's not about the hustle, it's about disciplined progress in the right direction. - Clint
hustle is fear based and little movements consistently in the right direction with purpose, that even just doing that removes so much of the fear of where we wanna go because we know we're on a path And that safety and assurance.- Brigette
if you can de-risk that situation by bringing the ship in closer where you're walking in very prepared, prepared, very conscious of what's going on with a plan, a backup plan, a safety net, and a few good people with you to help make this possible, it makes difficult and hard things a lot more doable, easier, and I think ultimately more success.- Clint
Failure has the ability to teach you and to humble you and to realign you in beautiful ways if you let it - Clint
I believe that I'm alive. because I failed And it's true that you fail your way to success. -Clint
And I think it's, it's remembering that during those difficult times, eventually it's gonna get better. It always gets better.- Clint
I think failure's a part of any great story. the struggle, the difficulty. You look at any great story. And, and most of the story is created based upon the struggle that somebody overcame or, or endured or just even experienced, whether they endured it or not. It's a part of the story, it's a part of life.- Clint
So when you're writing your story, when you're really thinking about who you are and where you've come from, what makes you the hero of your own story is going through those moments and choosing the bravery, choosing the overcoming, choosing the relationships. even when it's hard because you believe in those things. You know, choosing hope and belief and purpose, that's the hero story every time. - Brigette
One man, uh, one man makes A net, the other man sits and wishes. Do you wanna bet which one gets the fish? It's kind of stupid, but I, it kind of is true to some extent, right? Like sometimes we sit back and we go, man, it would be so cool, or This would be great, or, I really would like this, or I would love for this to happen.
Um, you know, we have these goals and these outcomes that we're hoping for. But sometimes the fear creeps in or the uncertainty or the risk of failure or embarrassment or, uh, just, uh, I don't know some of the fears that can happen in those endeavors. And we don't take the chance. We don't make that, that risk or that opportunity.
Uh, we don't create that opportunity for something to happen. And I found in my life most good things, most successful things in my life have happened because I made the net right. I designed it, took action and pursued it. I really love that- Clint

I love saying I'm safe, I am protected, and I'm so very loved. - Lisa
And really believing, and I know for sure the universe, we are more loved than we can know. And when you start to feel that inside of your heart, especially around a situation that might be stressful, upsetting you, worrying you to really try to harmonize with the vibration of it going well and turning it over to something greater than you, which is what I do on a daily basis.- Lisa
“especially as women, I think Bridgette, we expect so much of ourselves to really hold it together to.
Perform a plus all the time in so many different areas as a partner, uh, you know, a wife, as a mother, as someone working, uh, friends as you know, giving back. And that we hold ourselves to such a high standard and are so quick to judge when we misstep or have a need or cry even. And instead, I encourage you in my book to really.
Think of the things that you do well and really maximize and enhance those, and the times where you didn't show up like you wanted to. Don't worry. Life is gonna give you a thousand more times to show up as who you wanna be, and it's kind of like, wow, you can. Let your guard down about it and just really give yourself what you need to be able to function in all the areas that you do and the roles that you play in your life, and even every day in evaluation.”
So I invite you every day to soften that self-talk and make it really like an encouraging. Coach that loves you throughout your day and is like looking for ways to help and support you like we wish others would do for us, that we can become that for ourselves.- LIsa
I think combat fear- with what you're saying in my mind is combat fear with truth.-Brigette
“confronting something even that we don't know how to face in the moment, but being willing to align with the solution.
Because for every problem there is a solution. And I found it helpful to even ask, you know, and say to myself, Look, I know you're so familiar with this problem. I intend to align with the solution, and it even opens up a space in your heart, in your chest. It's like, Okay, I'm, What is the solution? Like show me solution universe.”- Lisa
there are universal laws and it's when we are in harmony with those laws, like every morning I say, I place my mind in alignment with universal mind, with sources mind. And I ask that even my subconscious thoughts, you know, become more and more harmonious with this energy that sustains the world.- Lisa

Linzy Elizabeth guides motivated professionals to LIVE UNMUTED and discover true fulfillment. She is on a mission to help high performers evolve, who in turn heal their world, our world. Her mentorship and training is designed to unmute that which is silenced, so life can be experienced in fullness. Saying “YES!” to unmuting & evolving expands all facets of life, creating the desired fulfillment, joy, excellence, and beyond.
So unmuted is un silencing those things inside of you so that you can move into your next evolution cuz you know that there's more, You're here, you're listening, you're hungry for more, but what does that look like and what's holding you back?- Linzy
there's that shift. There's that thing in your face, something happens and then it awakens you. That pain awakens you in a way that then. What's on the other side of this, and it causes that need for that not only the need, but the desire for that evolution because you're not interested in being that you of yesterday anymore.- Linzy
if you become awake and aware, you things naturally flow the way they're supposed to and opportunities open - Brigette
what do you think gets you from that spot of that's interesting to doing?
I'm willing and unwilling. I'm unwilling to remain and I'm willing to take the risk to better myself. I'm willing to. There's no way I'm willing to sit in the pain of now because I'm too scared of the future. Like I'm willing to allow my, um, how do I wanna say this?....Do I want my head to be in service of my heart or my heart to be in service of my head? -LInzy
the fear is living with the head and the love and the hope and the curiosity is all in the heart. - Brigette
I've started to say, “I have everything I need right now.”- Brigette
“ She wasn't doing it for him. She wasn't doing it and honoring the horrific things that had happened to her. She was honoring the truth and the power that was within her in that moment. And so when you do that on repeat, when you honor you, your space, that time, this moment, I mean, that's what I have to do on the dance floor.
If the beautiful thing about, ballroom dancing is you're, you are connected. So your, like your elbows to your elbows, that's shared connection, but you still have to own.
There are things that I'm responsible for and things that my partner's responsible for, and neither one of us can do each other's. And in fact, if we try to do each other's, it doesn't work. It doesn't. You're still responsible for creating your space, your movement, and owning that, and it allows everything else to happen.
So in each of those moments, you still own the power of you and your choice.”- Linzy
when you're fully in yourself, as far as being at peace, being in, in inspiration, and connected with a divine source when you are, um, leading with your heart when you're doing all these things.
Then not only do you feel empowered, but you others see it. They feel it.
when you're fully in yourself, as far as being at peace, being in, in inspiration, and connected with a divine source when you are, um, leading with your heart when you're doing all these things. Then not only do you feel empowered, but you others see it. They feel it. - Brigette
I seek every day to. Live scared like I seek every day to what is that? Where do I need to push into what, how can I grow today? What is that place of unmuting and evolving? Um, and as you do that, then the process of forgiveness, the process that, like that, once you get to those deeper layers, that's the process of healing.-Linzy

As a young girl she often dreamed of running an orphanage where every child was loved and cared for as her own. Kelly has been a foster parent to special needs kids since 1994 and is mom to 11 beautiful children. She feels these children have given her much more than she could ever provide for them. Her experiences have helped her develop great empathy and compassion for those who have challenges. She founded Cultivate Goodness in 2019 and hopes to inspire others to join her in serving those in need.
Quotes from the show:
I am a, a changed person because of it. But I think that's the point. That is the point of us loving others and, you know, caring for others is yes, there is loss is is a part of it. And and I still would do it all over.- Kelli
And what I am finding is there is not anyone in this world who hasn't been through something or won't go through something this loss, this, this darkness, this place that you go to after giving so much to someone. At some point we all experie. We do. We do. And what we do with these moments, I think really is our hero story.- Brigette
So that intense loss is actually evidence of the love because you can't feel the loss without the deep love that was there. Absolutely, Absolutely. Yes. But when we feel lost it, it's really showing our capacity to give and to be, and to really, love people and that's how we change the world, is by loving each other.- Brigette
we just say, you know, put in your. And it all adds up to the, a mountain of good. So cultivate goodness, was founded, late 2019. We are a non-profit organization and our focus is on all local needs in our communities. So we have a wide variety of opportunities to serve, but our intention is to make it easy for people to get involved and to serve others.- Kelli
Everyone wants to feel like they have value, that they are needed, and every single person wants to be seen as themselves.- Brigette
it became our understanding that to be different was good. And we got to be the people who walked with someone and talked with them. We got to be part of that, and it was an honor.- Brigette
in order to serve in love, you have to allow yourself to become something a little different than you were.- Brigette
if it's, if it's got a purpose, if it's going to evolve yourself, if it's gonna serve a community, then it's worth it and you will be better.- Brigette

Brooke Romney is a writer, speaker, and connector. She has been published in The Washington Post, The Deseret News, and a host of other online publications where her pieces have been read millions of times. In October 2020, she published her first book, I Like Me Anyway: Embracing Imperfection, Connection, and Christ which has changed the lives and perspective of thousands of women and men all over the world.
to feel like you're not alone is something that makes everything a little more bearable.- Brooke
I think sometimes when people think fearless, they think caution to the wind and that is not fearless for me. For me, fearless is being very thoughtful and being very deliberate.- Brooke
Because I understand who I am and I understand my intent. I was able to communicate that intent to someone through messages. And while we continued to disagree, um, she said, I understand where you're coming from, and I think that that was as good as it's going to be. And I was grateful for that. We saw things differently, but um, agreed to disagree, and that was okay.- Brooke
I've learned to really value, um, a variety of opinions, experiences, and be grateful for those because they create a much richer life.- Brooke
I have been really grateful that most of the people that are on my page are there because they want to be and because they're interested in being open and learning and thinking about things in a new way. And if those are the type of people that I want to attract, then I need to make sure that I'm being that same type of a person, that I'm willing to learn and have my eyes open and maybe see things differently.- Brooke
figuring out how to. Have high goals and big aims and, and be their best while also giving themselves grace and time to learn and improve. that's probably one of the biggest struggles (for women)- Brooke
I think just giving ourselves time, time to learn, time to become, time to do- Brooke
It used to be a beautiful thing to be a mother and now it's just not that important or that cool or that special… In the world's eyes. But being a mother, for those anyone listening, is a mother is the grandest adventure of your life. It's a thing you'll learn the most from. You become, you learn, you grow. It's beautiful. Motherhood is beautiful, and the world doesn't view it that way.- Brigette
to be honest, there's lots of years in our life that aren't gonna feel especially fabulous. Um, but it's up to us to find kind of those magical moments and the lessons learned so that we can take it and not only take it for later, but enjoy it in the now.- Brooke
when we approach a situation and say like, How, how could I help? What could I contribute? Even if it's at work or in your family or in your extended family? What, what can I do? What could I contribute?- Brooke
Whatever the intent is, then that's easy to say, “Here's my intention. I really wanna help somewhere, but I only have an hour. What CANI do? Don't. Don't minimize what you can do. Just say it-I want to help. I have an hour. Is there anything I can do?- Brigette
I think there's enough people complaining and voicing problems and, and it's so refreshing when someone comes with, not only with a solution, but willing to be part of the solution. -Brooke
You can always tell an intent by the feeling that follows. I was chatting with a client about ego versus inspiration, and I said, Think about the feeling afterwards, if it's a healthy boundary, you're gonna have positive emotions with it. If it's ego related, you're gonna get that five year old tantrum emotion coming up.You have to think about the following emotions that come with whatever you're working through- Brigette

Featured on Entreprenuer.com and the TODAY show, Courtney Brown is the CEO and Founder of Be Fulfilled & Cents of Style, two multi-million dollar companies based in Bluffdale, UT. Courtney’s companies have been named some of the fastest growing companies in the state of Utah by Mountain West Capital. Courtney has been in e-commerce and influencer marketing since 2007, making her “OG” to the space. With a vision of empowering women to lead bold & full lives, Courtney believes in her company's mission to teach women that when they look good, they feel good and then they have the power to do good. Courtney's greatest accomplishment is being the mother of her children and wife to her "partner in all things," John, for the past 20 years. Courtney's advocacy for her family is central to who she is. As an adoptive mother, having a transracial family, the mother of a disabled and autistic child, and a mother of LQBTQ children, Courtney strives to live in wholeness, accepting owning each piece of her life and story.
Quotes form the show:
We need women that are lit up from within to be living their wholeness. and their ex most expanded lives because when you do it and I do it, and our sisters do it, there's a ripple effect.- Courtney
Was it worth it?- Brigette
IS it worth is?-Brigette
One of my personal tricks of how you work through the failure. In anything or the disappointment or when life doesn't go the way you think it should is in any given scenario, ask what is the gift? What is the lesson? What is the gift? Because in that moment when you can accept what's occurred and then ask where the good is in it, or the gift, or the lesson or the blessing, you choose your adjective or your, you know, you choose your word, it, it changes.- Courtney
We actual walk through the full scenario of the fear because a lot of times there's resolution for every single fear. Absolutely. And so we don't need to, It helps take away the unknown cuz fear is usually just the unknown- Brigette
Sometimes the only gift is that I have more awareness to do better next time. But I believe that our life shifts, the tough things shift when we accept them as it is, when we stop trying to control it into perfection…. that's all perfection really is the kind of illusion of control.- Courtney
I think as women, it's incredibly difficult for us because we have a lot of identity tied up in motherhood and for a long time, a lot of women had their identity whether they were “good or bad,” tied up in the achievements of their children.- Courtney
fearless in my mind. The vision I kept getting was the cocoon pulling off of the butterfly. Fearless is that moment where you release that fear, that thing that you keep gravitating towards, where you fully release it and you allow yourself to fly. That doesn't mean there won't be big turbulence or predators that come for you. But you allow yourself to be released and to fly. And I agree with you. That is how you bring beauty into the world. Staying safe in that cocoon is not going to serve anyone, Not even yourself. Cuz you can't even see the beauty around you when you're in that space.- Brigette
Things that happen, things will go wrong. It's a guarantee. There will be failures along the way. There will be more pain and suffering, but there will also be expansiveness and like joy and accomplishment and like you said, becoming the path and the light for others so that they feel like.- Courtney
this is one of the ways I know I'm on the path, because almost immediately after you feel the desire and the excitement, the fear will come up.-Courtney

They very successfully created meaningful experiences for their teams and clients while their beautiful, inspired friendship grew and deepened. A legendary friendship really, grounded in soul sisterhood and their passion for learning how to create epic lives and savoring them to the fullest.

Trust in yourself to be fearless, you know, you kind of lose the fear, you gotta practice. Like anything in life, you have to practice it or it just doesn't, doesn't come. So when you get on a track that doesn't serve you for a long time, oftentimes it does serve me, but just not in the way that feeds my soul.- Gina
Fearless is cool because when you choose to walk sacred to overcome fear and you step into it, the actual result from it is more fearlessness in your life.- Brigette
radical honesty with yourself will. You figure out where you need to free yourself, and then you look under the hood a little bit and say, Okay, well what beliefs are holding me back from stepping forward?- Holli
what are the life giving things in life? I don't need things that deplete my energy or hold me down. Right. And living in that fear, ugh. That is, Is exhausting. - Brigette
For a number of years, I think I convinced myself that this was just what you should do. What, like you said, this is what “good” people do. Like you just buckle down, you make a good living, you do your thing and you know, fit the rest of the fun in and find yourself if and when you can.-Jeanna
Like Holly said, radical honesty about where am I not showing up my full and authentic self? And then do that work first, and then the other next steps will appear around how you need, you know, what other steps you need to take to really fully step in- Jeanna
That's what I found. It's like you take the fearless step and then you have to take one more to actually make the change. That's right. That's right. More baby step. To actually see that radical honesty through, or else you're just beating yourself up for… why? - Brigette
the hard stuff is easy to, to be. Heavy about like it, you know, And, and you have to come at all of these things with, from a place of joy and excitement and high vibration, high energy or it, you may not even take the steps cuz it'll feel so overwhelming and heavy.- Jeanna
when we're triggered, so that's another thing when we're like, maybe like something bothered us. It's really a not about that. It's about ourselves. So we look within. And by looking within. And, and here's the thing, there's a readiness for everything. You don't need to push yourself and, and you don't make yourself, don't judge how you're doing.-Jeanna
when you're talking about fearless or fear and all these things to when you are in that place of I'm alone, it's all on me. It's so heavy. You're gonna act from a place of lack in everything you do. - Brigette

What is it to be fearless? What would it be like to do the things you dream of doing? To try the things others do that you aren’t comfortable with?
Why does it even matter?
C.S Lewis- “We are what we believe we are”
Florence Scovel Shinn - the game of life and how to play it- Says “ Nothing stands between man and his highest ideals and every desire of his heart but doubt and fear. When man can wish without worrying, every desire will instantly be fulfilled… Fear must be erased from the consciousness. It is man's only enemy: Fear of lack, fear of failure, fear of sickness, fear of loss, and a feeling of insecurity on some plane.
She explains that fear is the inversion of faith- because fear is actually just faith in the thing you are scared of.
Fear is stopping you from every thing you have ever wanted in your life.
How to overcome fear:
Gina Devee- what if “the comparison we thought was out kryptonite is actually meant to reveal what is meant for us????"
"Freedom is a thought away”
Be willing to transform your life, thoughts, spirituality- this takes learning and grace
See your struggle compassion- Acknowledge where you are at, if you aren’t willing to dig EVEN DEEPER and see truth you will never overcome it
Turn it over to God- ah the release.

After waking up feeling heart broken over the shootings in Texas, Brigette takes a moment to encourage and lift her audience.
Feel the feelings and then choose what to do with them.
In this episode Brigette invitees you into her free monthly class as she shares the secret recipe that has guided her since she was a young adult, enabling her to over come fear and choose the life she wants to live.
"The secret recipe is all about mindset and mental health. Its all about tuning into your mind and heart so you can make a plan for how to take care of yourself."
when we tell ourself negative things, when we choose to put ourself down and tell ourselves negative things " I am no good, very bad and horrible, it makes us weak. The way me make ourselves strong is the opposite, I am good, strong, capable, passionate..."
"I have been on a mission for 8 years- what is strong and capable, what does that mean and why does it matter if we believe it."
We are born with all the best ingredients, the perfect recipe for success, but life makes us doubt that and so we start switching up the ingredients a bit.. if we would just follow the recipe we would be good.. but we switch up the recipe as we experience life which makes us doubt ourselves.
We start telling ourselves every time we have a failure, or we THINK we have a failure, we tell ourself that we are doing something WRONG, our brain is trying to keep us safe- which is good, but we were never in danger, and what happens is by the time we are a teenager we don't know who wee are and we start desperately to lash out and find ourselves again.
The things of our heart, we just don't want to give up on them.
While music is something I love, It became something I did in secret..
We can evolve and we can change
when I started to rewrite my thoughts I realized that maybe I am not a professional singer, but its something I love, its part of who I am, its part of my DNA, part of my perfect recipe.
I accept myself unconditionally right now- Becky Kemp
Say "I am learning", We are always learning, always growing... Everything you do is a content process of learning and growing and as soon as you accept that, life gets easier.
You think 70-80,000 thoughts a day and if you don't know what recipes are going, what code is being written for your actions, you don't have the power over your life you want to have.
What you are doing a thought inventory- Write WHATEVER comes to your mind, it take practice to tune into your thoughts.
Look at your thoughts, positive, negative and everything in between and start to look for patterns because a Thought + belief = Feeling
Limiting beliefs hold you back. when your consistently telling yourself "I have no control over my life" then that becomes a belief and it holds you back.
your brain is going to search for evidence of every living belief, so the new belief has to be something you ACTUALLY believe
so you have to take those patterns and negative thoughts and rewrite them, literally- write them down and create a new belief that is positive and give it evidence to take root in your mind and heart. One (negative thought) is stopping and draining me and one (positive thought) is powerful and gives me purpose
you can put your new beliefs on your mirror, on your phone screen, on a 3 by 5 card and take it with you wherever you go.
take your new belief "evidence" from outside sources that are trusted. "I used to be afraid of the dark until I learned that I AM A LIGHT and the dark is afraid of me (Ephesians 5:8)
The evidence should be clean, clear and something you can trust, there will be times when life is hard and the anxiety pops up to tell you that your new belief is bad and wrong, but you will be able to say "no, no" I know the truth because you have the new belief you have rewritten.
Some women Fear the fire, some become it R.H Sin
Desperation does not bring victory, what does bring victory is Passion, hope, knowledge.

An accidental resilience researcher and cheerleader to all, Amber Robbins has a passion for strengthening families and teens. After her own family began to face intense bullying and aggression, she went back to graduate school to earn a M.Ed. in School Counseling in an effort to help other children and teens who face these challenges. Little did she realize when she began her educational pursuits that her family would continue to face bullying in all its dark forms: verbal, physical, emotional, cyber, stalking and copious amounts of relational aggression, for over 5 years! Brickman shares his incredible story of overcoming a horrific home invasion that left him with a 10% chance of surviving. He and Brigette Share how our minds can literally make us the villain or hero to those around us and to ourselves.
Brickman Allen has spent the last 2 decades teaching others the path to self discovery and inspiring them to live with greater purpose. In 2003, Brick and his wife Malinda were attacked in their home by an intruder; while protecting his wife from harm, Brick received multiple stab wounds to vital organs leaving him in a coma on life support with a ten percent chance of survival. When he was taken off life support, he was given the grim prognosis that his recovery would keep him in the hospital for up to 6 months. Through the power of prayer from hundreds made on his behalf, faith filled priesthood blessings and from living gospel principles all his life, Brick was blessed with heavenly strength and inspiration that allowed him to walk out of the hospital 9 days later. Since that time, he has relentlessly strived to teach others that it is not our circumstances in life, but our understanding of our true self and potential which results in an overcome all, cowboy up attitude that we have within each of us. Through stories and personal experiences, Brick teaches what it means to be a Child of God, bringing greater purpose and answers to individuals of how we are divinely and infinitely connected to our Heavenly Father.

Brigette and Heidi kick off the month talking about co-creation, manifesting and the idea that you truly can become the hero of your own story.
Heidi Stevens Bio:
My former life was in commercial real estate, where I found myself having a lot of “success” but grappling with how to be a woman in a male dominated industry. Experiencing a health challenge early on, I went on a personal development journey and spiritual quest that led me to many healers, gurus and ultimately receiving my masters in Spiritual Psychology in 2014. I was simultaneously building a multiple 7 figure real estate company while doing this inner work and while I was beginning to find glimpses of inner peace, life still felt divided.
As I continued on my journey, I noticed that the more I leaned into meditation, mindset work, manifestation exercises, and the deeper feminine work, the more successful my business became. I attracted my partner and found myself co-creating experiences and attracting things in all areas of my life. I realized just how closely business strategy, spirituality and my mindset were aligned, and I knew it was time for me to share this content with other women.
I am a mom of two little ones. I am a wife, a friend, sister, daughter. I am a lover of life and travel and I am committed to experiencing life to the fullest. I look forward to supporting you in using more femininity and spiritually aligned principles to both grow your business and create a life full of meaning, joy and true happiness. Let’s Go!
