Jared is joined by Disney legend and current Director of Animation at Lipscomb University, Tony Bancroft. The two discuss principles of character design and Tony shares how he has taken scripture and applied it to his career as a director/supervising animator. Mike has worked on movies such as "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", "The Lion King", "Pocahontas", "Hercules" and "Tarzan". Jared and Mike discuss how you can take principles from the Bible and have them guide you in your work and life. They also break down accountability and how important of a role it is in their lives as Christians and animators.
