Hello, today I would like to introduce you to a project I have already finished - earrings as pieces of watermelon. I like bright colors, so it's not surprising why I decided to make these earrings.
I started them 2 months ago and although they don't take long to make they have been sitting tucked away awaiting completion. It's (was) summer, what's something that reminds you of summer? The sea - that's clear, but also lots of fruit and vegetables that actually ripen then. Yes, with the current globalization we have these fruits and vegetables all year round, but as they say in an advertisement in Bulgaria it is now "Watermelon Season" (the advertisement is for an alcoholic drink similar to the Greek Ouzo, but it is ours - Mastica).
Here's the ad itself, or at least one version of it they have a few
I started with a magic circle. Like after it the second line was with TDC
I then did 2 extra rows with SC and changed the color to light green by doing 2 rows with that as well.
I changed the color to dark green and stamped a line with it.
In order to be able to get the shape of a cut piece of watermelon I folded the resulting tri-color circle in half. With the remaining green thread I clamped the two ends like a slip stich.
I did the same with the second round.
This is what they look like finished.
As I said at the beginning, I wondered for a long time how to make the earring grip with the hook. I tried a few options, but the best looking one was the one with the rope splicing and sewing it to the hook.
I'm happy with the end result. I would definitely repeat making these earrings!
Thank you for reading and have a gorgeous day!

Hello, today I want to share with you what our family is eating. My son and I made this dish together. He wanted to help tremendously in stirring the food, but of course I didn't give it to him so he wouldn't burn himself.
Together we made meatballs in tomato sauce adding potatoes because he really likes them.
What ingredients did we use?
I chopped one onion and added it to the meat. It was purchased salted, so I did not add salt.
Then I added the cumin, black pepper and eggs. I stirred them until it was a homogeneous mixture.
In a frying pan, I heated some oil and started frying the meatballs.
You can notice that they are not the best looking meatballs, but there was no way they could get prettier provided my son wanted to hold him and he stirred in the pan...
I started preparing the sauce. I chopped the onions and added a little oil to smother them.
I added the potatoes to the onions and lightly fried them. My idea was to seal the sides of the potato pieces.
I added the tomato sauce.
I added some water to cook the potatoes and carefully added the meatballs.
Of course when everything started boiling the whole kitchen was tomato sauce ...
I added 1 teaspoon of all purpose seasoning, the mint and some paprika.
The video was created in Canva. Animations and various elements were used and are free to use for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Music is from inShots the credit is aded in the video.

Sea, sea where are you!
It's summer, how can we not get to you too! On Sunday we managed to get to the sea in Burgas or to be more precise in Sarafovo. We managed to get wet in the salt water for a couple of hours, get sunburnt and get a few buckets of sand.
It had rained the night before, and we were worried that the water wouldn't be sheltering because it would be murky, but it didn't turn out to be as bad as we thought. The weather was fine, no strong sun, but that didn't mean we adults shouldn't put on sunscreen. The kids slathered them on, but maybe we missed that moment.
Now we've managed to recover from the burn, it was good we didn't stay too long. Hopefully we will do it again soon!

Hi there,
I wanted to do a cool thing for my boys. I hadn't made a cake in a while and now was the perfect time because there was nothing else sweet in the house for dessert.
Enjoy!

Hello, I would like to show you one of the projects I have been working on for a while. It's nothing special, but I'm preparing it for a gift. It turns out that 2 of the women I work with are expecting babies and I want to make them a gift - a toy for the little ladies - a set of 3 cubes in different sizes in different colors.
Today I am sharing my test knitting. I want to see if I could handle the shape and how long it would take me to make them.
I used a size 2 crochet hook and yarn suitable for children - hypoallergenic. For the assembly, I used a larger eyelet toy - for obvious reasons and silicone filling.
One of the benefits of knitted toys is that they are safe, made from materials that are suitable for children and machine washable!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Hello, today I want to share with you a simple looking cake, but it turned out to be very spectacular. A few months ago my son adored some little biscuits. Of course, being good parents who are glad their child eats something - we bought 3 packages, each package is about a pound. All was well until the child refused the biscuits - surprising isn't it?
At one point I ended up with a packet of opened biscuits - I moved them into a box to stop them spoiling, but they were still sitting unused.
Yesterday I had the idea to make them into a biscuit cake. I hope you'll enjoy watching another video in my series - "What Mommy does to appeal to the 2-year-old boy at home"

Hi, today I want to introduce you to one of the last things I decided to try. Namely to become a vlogger. What is one of the most necessary things to make this happen?
Needed:
And of course good content to make sense of all the work and money given for equipment.
I already did the first step about a month ago, but still didn't have time to do this product review.
Pros and cons can be found, but for this price what the product offers is very good. The light is good, it doesn't last 3 days constantly on but for a few hours it lasts with no problem. I also didn't like the location where the charging inlet is located, but it is tolerable.
I hope you like my budget selfie light option
You can purchase it from here
Thank you for stopping by and have a gorgeous day!
Thank you for stopping and have a gorgeous day!

It was a great pleasure to be part of the May newbie initiative program. Thank you @aliento, @tripode, @theycallmedan, @starsrings01, and @cwow2 for providing us such an opportunity. This helped us a lot.
Let us go to the main part of this article.
How I started, as I mentioned I've registered on 2 of May. At the second task of the program, my stat was
Here I share my current stats: Reputation - 54 HIVE POWER - 27.526 HP this is my HP without the delegated one HIVE DOLLARS - $ 15.279 Followers - 22 Published articles - 11
What I promised to achieve: My Goals till the End of the Month Reputation - 65 HIVE POWER in total - 60.000 HP HIVE DOLLARS - $ 30.00 Followers - 50 Published articles - 50
What has been done till now
Reputation - 57
HIVE POWER in total - 72.081 HP (heart)
HIVE DOLLARS - $ 35.713
Followers - 30
Published articles - 28
Did I reach my goals? According to me, this is a success, even that it is 2/5 from the declared. I've achieved the reach of Hive Power and Hive Dollars, unfortunately, I didn't the reputation, Followers, and published articles. Maybe one of the reasons for my failure was that I was ill for around 10 days and missed some of the days to publish articles. I was not in a good mood and I couldn't write something that could be useful for the users. I will fix this.
How much HivePower do I have? At the moment of writing the article I have reached 72.081 HP, this number is my personal HP without delegation. I'm sure that next month I will at least double it.
I tried to do the Bonus task about the Powering Up... I did, I'm not sure my 0.004 will help at all...
Which was my best-performing post? This question is kinda tricky. It depends on what performance you are searching for.
My best according to me are :
Excluding Newbies Initiative May Batch Application https://peakd.com/new-bie/@projectmamabg/newbies-initiative-may-batch-application where I've reached 174 votes and $14.71
According to Votes
How to make money online or a simple guide "How to earn cryptocurrency without investment" - 151 votes
According to earned Dollars
My first video on 3SPEAK - Second newbies - initiative task - My hobby - there is some more time to get the benefits from the post (at the moment
$22.87 )
How many new friends did I make? I found real friends here, even if I don't write them too often I follow what they write. It is quite helpful.
@brutalisti, @mrenglish, @merit.ahama, @jay-one, @maryjacy, and @iliyan90 all these users helped me somehow, with advices on the best practices. They encouraged me to continue and to work harder.
What was the toughest thing to learn? The toughest thing that I've learned is "if you want to be successful you must be constant and consistent in all your actions".
Thank you again @aliento for providing us this awesome way set goals and to follow our dreams to be successful!
The new users need to interact with the platform. This Newbies Initiative program helps them to understand the platform and to start achieving goals.
The only thing that I don't like is that the program is only one month, and users like me (who got sick) missed a lot.
I wish the hosts all the best and encourage them to make more initiatives!
Good luck to everyone!
Thank you for reading and have a gorgeous day!
