Forty Years in the Desert God has always furnished a promised land for his people, which is symbolic of heaven, where literally all of the promises of God will be fulfilled. No one asked God for a promised land. The land of milk and honey was completely God’s idea. The children of Israel, who God commanded to enter into the promised land, probably didn’t even imagine a land flowing with milk and honey, much less make this request of God.

After emancipating His people from slavery in Egypt, God quickly brought them to the boarder of Cades Barnea, the promised land; however, they did not enter into the land because they were intimidated by the enemy and were unprepared to fight a formidable enemy. Their punishment was wondering around in circles in the desert for 40 years.

However, the second generation of those same slaves, entered into the land of milk and honey and took possession of it under the leadership of Joshua with very little difficulty. In the same fashion, only a small part of those who are ‘saved’ out of slavery in the darkness of this world, enter into their promised land, on earth and in heaven, by winning the good fight of faith against the enemy. ~ “For those blessed by Him shall inherit the earth, But those cursed by Him shall be cut off” (Psalms 37.22).

To which of these two groups of God’s children do you correspond? Learn how to avoid the errors of those who died after 40 years in the desert and follow the spiritual laws of God that will introduce you into your promised land in this life and in the life to come.

Giants & Locusts ―how do you see yourself compared to the devil and the forces of darkness, who appose you? Most people struggle to maintain a healthy and accurate self-image. In fact, the average sees himself much smaller and weaker than he really is, and this puts him at a great disadvantage in the spirit realm.

The devil knows how to use a poor self-image against you. He knows how your faith is affected by the inner image you carry of yourself in your heart. The Children of Israel were unable to enter the promised land because they suffered from what I call ‘Grasshopper Vision.’

Nu 13:33 "There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight."

It took forty years of wandering in the desert for God to develop an accurate self-image in the heart of this people. Then, the same people rose up, stormed into the promised the land, and easily subject the same obstacles that the first-generation thought were impossible to overcome. Let the Spirit begin building a godly self-image in your heart today!

¿No has podido velar una hora? (Marcos 14.37).

¿Qué has hecho con tu tierra prometida?

The Devil’s Devices ―you can’t prepare for something that you are not aware of. In his famous book ‘The Art of War,’ Sun Tzu1 said “Know the enemy and know yourself.” The Bible tells us precise and accurate intelligence of how the forces of darkness around us operate is imperative if we are going to win the good fight of faith set before us.

~ “Lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices” (2Corinthians 2.11).

Unfortunately, the enemy usually has the upper hand against the modern believer due to a lack of knowledge about his favorite and most common tactics on the battlefield. Jesus shines some extraordinary light on this topic, leaving the enemy completely vulnerable and at the mercy of the enlightened soldier of the cross. Don’t miss this enlightening and encouraging message.

The Wedding Feast at Cana ―is a critical revelation of the work of the Holy Spirit in the daily life of the believer. It is no accident the first miracle of Jesus was turning the water into wine at the wedding feast in Cana of Galilee. The wedding feast speaks to us all of the Wedding Feast of the Lamb, the first great event directly following the rapture of the Church. ~ "The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son” (Matthew 22.2).

The wine converted from water represents the abundance of the new wine of the Holy Spirit that is now being poured on the Church as we rapidly approach the final minutes of this age before the Great Wedding Feast of the Lamb. ~ “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit” (Ephesians 5.18).

The first miracle of Christ was turning the water into wine because this is the basic formula for all miracles, which are worked by an abundant anointing of the Holy Spirit. ~ “This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him” (John 2.11).

You will never be the same after receiving from the Spirit through this powerful and timely message.

Believe You Receive ―next to God, the one most important thing according to the Bible is faith. Why?... because there is only one thing standing between you and hell, and that is your faith. All theologians agree the Bible teaches that the only requirement of God to receive all of the promises and eternal life is faith. However, anyone who has read more than a page or two of the Bible knows that the faith God indicates and what most people today call faith are two very different things.

Believers in the Bible built arks, walked over the Red Sea, raised the dead, and called fire down from heaven. Even the original disciples of Jesus had so much difficulty learning faith, they came to Jesus and specifically requested that He teach them the secret of faith that opens the way into all of God’s blessings as well as the pearly gates of heaven. ~ “And the apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith” (Luke 17.5).

Jesus didn’t lay hands on their heads and pray to increase their faith, but He did begin to ‘teach’ the disciples the laws of faith. There was no greater teacher of faith than Christ Himself. The Apostle Paul as well boldly called himself a ‘teacher of faith.’1 The Bible says, “Whatever is not from faith is sin”2 and “without faith it is impossible to please God.”3

If you’re tired of playing religion and want to step into the reality of knowing God and the victory of the true Christian life, this message is for you.

The Children’s Bread-Prt3 ―as the Church nears the time of the many gruesome plagues outlined in the book of Revelation, it is imperative that they are walking in His healing covenant. The Children’s bread is healing. It is not God’s will that any of His children are sick. The only reason some of God’s children remain sick is because they are not eating ‘the children’s bread,’ just as the New Testament plainly teaches. In 1Cor. 11, the Bible says that members of the Church in Corinth were sick because they did not eat the bread of communion correctly. ~ “Therefore when you come together in one place, it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper. For this reason many [are] weak and sick among you, and many sleep” (1Corinthians 11.20,30).

This is also what Jesus referred to when He told the Greek woman, who came to him seeking healing, that it was not correct to give ‘the children’s bread’ (healing) to the “little dogs” (not children of God). ~ “But He answered and said, "It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw [it] to the little dogs. Then Jesus answered and said to her, "O woman, great [is] your faith! Let it be to you as you desire." And her daughter was healed from that very hour” (Matthew 15.26,28). It was the healing of the first Passover that healed the children of Israel at the same time the 10 plagues of God’s judgement killed all the first-born of Egypt, which is an allegory of the plagues of judgment of the last days.

Why wait until sickness comes and healing must be sought, when the healing of the children’s bread will keep you healthy. It’s time to take God’s medicine… He will bless your bread and remove all sickness from you. ~ “So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you” (Exodus 23.25).

The Children’s Bread ―as the Church nears the time of the many gruesome plagues outlined in the book of Revelation, it is imperative that they are walking in His healing covenant.

Zechariah’s Mountain of Faith― as the Father taught Abraham and as Jesus taught the twelve Disciples, anointed words of faith remove all mountains of opposition out of the way of the people of God. Here we have what Jesus referred to in His classic teaching of faith. ~ "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says” (Mark 11.23).

Jesus was referring to Zechariah, who was instructed by God to speak to the mountain, not a physical mountain but, of opposition that obstructed the children of Israel from building the Second Temple. ~ “Who [are] you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel [you shall become] a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"’ (Zechariah 4.7).

The Second Temple of Israel is allegorical of the Church, which is the Temple of God in the age of the New Testament. The beautiful Church without spot or wrinkle that God is raising up around us in the last days is being built by God’s chosen children of faith, like Zechariah, who are not intimidated or fearful of the diverse obstacles that stand in the way of building the glorious last-days Church. Zechariah’s mountain of faith was far mor powerful that the mountain of opposition of the enemy. If you are one of these chosen descendants of the Holy Father, this message is for you.

The Key to the First Church-Prt1―as the Church goes, so goes Christianity. The spiritual state of every Christian is determined by the state of the Church, and his or her particular place and understanding of the real, mystical Church. Most people have no idea of what the real Church is or what a real Christian is. What most people think of when they hear the word ‘Church’ or ‘Christian’ really has nothing to do with what God thinks of those two words. Twenty-seven times word ‘mystery’ appears in the Bible, but once is the term “Great Mystery” written, which refers to the Church.

Jesus describes the fake, phony church, that is widely mistaken for the true mystical, hidden Church. ~ “Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” (Matthew 7.23,24).

Jesus said He would build His Church on Peter and then give him the keys. ~ “And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 16.18,19).

We see the real Church, the powerful, pure, spotless Bride of Christ revealed in the Book of Acts. The book of Acts records the first Church, the real original Church that Jesus built through the ministry of the Apostle Peter, like He said He would. If you want to enter the real Church and become a real Christian, you must get the key from Peter, to whom Jesus gave it. In this series of messages, discover how God gives the keys to the Church to Peter, and then how Peter, in turn, gives the keys to anyone who has ears to hear by correctly understanding the Word of God.

Jehovah Nissi ―the word ‘Satan,’ which means ‘enemy,’ is not the devil’s name. It is his God designated title. The devil’s name is Lucifer, but more than anything else he is a tenacious opponent, who unfortunately has a winning record against most of the world’s ingenious unsuspecting church people. The good news is we have the all-time world champion in our corner, “The Lord is a man of war.” ~ “The LORD is a man of war; The LORD is His name” (Exodus 15.3). Few think of God in this light, but unquestionably He is the undisputed universal megastar when it comes to settling a conflict of any type, and this is exactly what His elite title ‘Jehovah Nissi’ refers to. ~ “And Moses built an altar and called its name, The–LORD–Is–My–Banner [Jehovah Nissi]” (Exodus 17.15).

The word translated ‘banner’ in the above verse is the word ‘Nissi’ in the original Hebrew text. Most of us would agree the that devil is sick; however, he is not blind. He can see, and if there is one thing that fills his heart with terror and makes him shake in his boots it’s the ensign of Jehovah Nissi, which always includes the armies of heaven as well. ‘Nissi’ means a flag or the emblem of a banner. This feared covenant name of God is given to His people, denoting the fact that not only is God with you to fight and win your battles, but it is clearly evident to the enemy, like a raised flag blowing in the wind ― whoever messes with you messes with God.

The Church in Pergamos ―the number ‘seven’ in the Bible refers to God and to perfection because God is perfect. The Seven churches of the book of Revelation denote the perfecting of the church, or the maturing of the church, as she comes to full age. As it is written, Christ is returning for ~ “…a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish” (Ephesians 5.27). The seven churches also reveal the fact that out of a plurality of Churches, God will at the end of the age, build one glorious church comprised of those ‘overcomers’ who come out of each one of the other churches.

The Church of Pergamos holds the key for those who will inhabit the earth at the time of Antichrist during the final years of great tribulation, revealing to them how to access the ‘hidden manna.’ ~ "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat.”(Revelation 2:17).

In scripture, manna refers to both supernatural provision of natural food, this will be during the tremendous financial and social upheavals in the time of the great tribulation, and supernatural provision of spiritual food to those overcoming members of the last day’s church, the glorious Bride of Christ. ~ "Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins [churches] who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom [Jesus]” (Matthew 25:1). Though some of the symbolism may appear complicated, the correct interpretation of the events surrounding the Church of Pergamos are not that difficult to understand. As usual, God makes it simple for those who have the ears of the heart tuned into the voice of the Spirit. ~"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat” (Revelation 2.17).

If We Walk in the Light ―it’s not enough to know it, not enough to agree with, love it, or even worship. The divine light of God does not become effectual in us until we ‘walk’ in it. It’s as common today as it was in Jesus’ day. ~ "But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do the things which I say?” (Luke 6.46). It is common today for entire ministries to be built solely on praise and worship; but, worship alone is far from enough. Wouldn’t it be easy if God only required worship of His chosen, and nothing more! ~ “But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin” (1John 1.7). But what, exactly, is meant by ‘light’ here in this verse?

The key is found in the word ‘blood.’ What do ‘light’ and ‘blood’ have in common?... everything… together they comprise the two greatest symbols of life. There is no life without light and without blood. Only walking in the light brings us into contact with the blood because, like Jesus said, the blood is in the word, and we know that the word is the divine light of the Son of God. Jesus said ~ “And He said to them, "This is My blood of the new covenant [word]…your word [is] a…light” (Mark 14.24, Psalm 119.105).
