My name is Lester S. Duplechan, MD, and welcome to my podcast. I’m an academic physiatrist and division director in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation—with a keen interest and over 25 years of experience in musculoskeletal medicine practice. I plan on discussing both common and uncommon clinical musculoskeletal topics, practice management, as well as interviews with other MSK nerds and super-specialists. There will also be some trivia, both regarding MSK, as well as my other interests including sports and music.

Timothy Foster, MD is a board certified physiatrist with the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He is also board certified in Sports Medicine after completing an adolescent sports medicine fellowship. He serves as a team physician for Miami University, as well as an Asst. Professor of Neurology and Rehabilitation. His passion includes teaching medical students and residents, and has won the Faculty Teaching Award 3 years in a row.
Jeremy Girmann, DO, RMSK is a physiatrist-educator- entrepreneur in practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Girmann started his own nutritional supplement company prior to completing medical school, and now has expanded his health care company to include Conservative Orthopedic medicine with Ultrasound-guided procedures, including regenerative medicine techniques. His private practice, Inertia Medical also includes an aesthetics department; and he continues to teach medical students and PM&R residents part-time at the University of Cincinnati.
Jensine' Clark, MD is a Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist that specializes in Transitional Rehabilitation Medicine. She is an Asst. Professor of Neurology and Rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine; and is board certified in both Adult and Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
