We are growing up a society that is ever-changing, and sometimes too many choices make it difficult to make a decision. Sometimes we don't realize that indecision is a form of decision, and a decision is really being made.
Some college students start as undecided and end up having to take extra courses at the end to complete the requirement for their degree.
Just like this not deciding to commit is costing you more than you think
So we recommend making a commitment and burning the bridges.

On this week's episode we have our very own General Manger Vielka Rodriguez. Having family members and friends that are entering their 20s, we couldn't have thought of a better guest to offer a piece of wisdom to the youth. Vielka started working for the Tropical Juice Bar at 17 years old, and in less than 3 years has been promoted to manage, and operate, in not one, but two Tropical Juice Bar locations. One key takeaway that we all received from sharing time with Vielka during this interview, is that age does not matter, and when you have a burning desire to succeed, and become the person you intend to be, nothing can get in your way. On behalf of the entire Tropical Juice Bar Team, we would like to thank Vielka for guiding and inspiring the next generation of leaders. Enjoy! Aside from being a general manager at The Tropical Juice Bar, Vielka is a graduate student at Montclair University who is constantly looking to grow professionally and personally. At just 20 years old, she has managed dozens of people in the last three years as a general manager. Vielka is currently pursuing her MBA. Lastly, Vielka has entrepreneurial aspirations, like opening her own Tropical Juice Bar and one day starting her own brand.

In 2010 when we started the first Tropical Juice Bar location, we didn't start with all the latest equipment, because honestly, it was out of reach. and even with the knowledge that we now have, it wouldn't have been smart to invest heavily because it was not a proven business system.
I would say only invest in the latest equipment if you have years in business with a success record or if you are investing in a proven system.
