Growing up a lot of us were introduced to our parent's faith. We know God as the as the God of our parent not as our own God. Once or more times we could have asked in the secret that dreaded question most parent never answer or would fuss about, Is God real? I was once curious and asked these questions in my mind because I knew well enough not to say it out (Our Yoruba Family) when I'm not planning to see crazy lol. I've gotten a lot of questions like this that made me realize that we are not alone. The years of being a teenager and a young adult is the time we get to question a lot of things to solidify our convictions.

I was introduced to God and I have also experienced God first hand so I spoke based on what I believe. On today's episode I answered this question as much as I could, expantiated on who God is and evidences that show that he is real and exist. At the the end of the day it is left to you to open yourself up and believe. I know you'll love this episode.

The best way to understand how to love you is by seeing through the lens of love. God is Love and the only way you can truly love yourself is by seeing yourself the way God sees you.

A good number of people can agree with me that at a time or the other in their teenage years or in their years of being a young adult has asked these questions, Am I worthy of love? even when I mess up? I have asked myself a couple of times. This is the cycle that some of us live in and it breaks today. In today's episode, I answered these questions, clarified what it means to love yourself. How to love yourself generously and in turn increase your self-worth.

Welcome to July our month of Self Worth /Self Love. Research has proven that most teenagers and youth at their formative years seems to feel this sense and urgent desire of fulfilling something greater than them (purpose). We try different things but still feel frustrated because we can't seem to find that one thing that defines our lives. On today's episode I combined the multiple questions I've been getting as regards purpose into one. I clarified what the true meaning of purpose is. I explained the difference between purpose and assignment and how one's assignment can help in fulfilling one's purpose.
