I've met Gabriel a while ago online a while recruiting for individuals who were Poly or were living some form of this lifestyle as part of a video project I was working on. In this episode, Gabriel shares his experience navigating Polyamory, coming out to friends, introducing new partners, families and more. I invite you to listen, embrace and take in what it means for him to love more than one person, to break taboos and to be yourself. After all, it's the most difficult thing you'll ever do.

I wanted to showcase the odd and quirky, celebrate you, honour you and let you know that it’s ok to be you, it’s ok to be different.

In the words of Miss LeighDing “Life is too f*cking hard” already and we cannot go through it hating each other only because we are different or don’t understand, but instead be kind to each other regardless of how you present yourself.

Love you all! ❤️♥️💜💙💛💚

In this episode, we will be talking about Fashion and it’s many forms. I had the pleasure of interviewing my good friend Jewel. We talked Fashion and his relationship with clothes, his creative process and a little bit about his personal life. Clothing has shifted incredibly during the past decade. Nowadays, people feel more comfortable bending the rules when it comes to Fashion and that’s what it is about, about breaking boudoirs, but also a statement that says, this is who I am, this is my style and If you don’t agree with it, then that’s ok. Clothing should not have gender and Fashion has a lot to answer when it comes to what ideas we are fed, but overall, are you willing to be yourself and express yourself the way you want to and more importantly, can you? Hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoy recording it.

In this episode, we’ll talk about Marriage and how society craves this arrangement, specially within gay individuals. Octavio will be sharing with us a little bit about himself, his incredible marriage experience and how he has dealt with family and friends, also a very interesting and unexpected story involving a friend’s wedding.

Same-sex marriage, also known as gay marriage, is the marriage of two people of the same sex or gender, entered into in a civil or religious ceremony. There are records of same-sex marriage dating back to the first century. In the modern era, marriage equality was first granted to same-sex couples in the Netherlands on 1 April 2001.

In this episode I’m talking with Julian Rivera, we are discussing the UK Equality Act and the recent changes, what that represents for the LGBTQIA+ community and some of their personal experiences coming out.

“A U.K. employment tribunal has ruled that non-binary and gender fluid people are protected under the Equality Act.

The Equality Act protects people from discrimination on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

But a landmark ruling today now confirms that protection to non-binary and gender fluid people does fall under the gender reassignment category, after years of ambiguity” Forbes

Today we will be discussing misgendering with Phil, the importance of using the right pronouns, what to do if you make a mistake and some advice on resources available.

If you know someone who wishes to change the pronoun by which they are referred (for example from she to he), try to understand it is very important to them that you respect this, even if you initially find it difficult to consider them that gender.  Deliberately using a different pronoun for the person will be experienced as offensive, judgemental and hurtful

Most trans people will use the most common pronouns, ‘he’ and ‘she’, to refer to themselves. However, some people may use the gender neutral pronouns ‘they’ and ‘their’ in the singular sense.

Mental Health should be as important as our physical health. Join me on this episode with Aditya. We'll discuss this interesting topic, why we think it's imperative to bring it up and remove the stigma. We should normalise mental health and people discussing it. We need to remove the shame and weakness associated with it. You are none of those things because you open up. On the contrary, you are taking care of yourselves, you are being brave and doing the necessary work to improve your own well-being. Ask for help, speak to someone. We may think silence is our friend, but it's in fact the fuel powering the wall that you need to let down.

National Coming Out Day (NCOD) is an annual LGBTQIA+ awareness day observed on October 11, to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual people (and sometimes other groups typically grouped within the LGBTQIA+ community) to "coming out of the closet".

In this episode I will be discussing with Peter Humes about his Coming Out experience, bullying at school, friends and family, growing up in Nothern Ireland and moving to a new country where he finally felt accepted. Coming out it's not easy and we understand that so take your time, build the courage you need to be yourself and be proud.

I would like this podcast to be a platform for those without a voice, for those who cannot continue with the fight for equality and LGBTQIA+ rights and for those who want to join us in this journey.

I'll have real people discussing real issues, sharing their stories and vulnerabilities. I'll also have some episodes dedicated to answering your questions

It's important to educate ourselves and the ones around us. The world it's listening!
