I am a strong business professional with congruent entrepreneurial and innovation skills. Growing up in family business along with 20+ years corporate experience led me to fulfil my lifelong dream to help others.
With several qualifications and certifications in Coaching and Coaching Psychology, Business Management and HR Management, I integrate several techniques that dovetail various strategies working on mindset, behaviour, attitude and confidence. With a proven track record in coaching, mentoring, connecting and collaborating, I believe in always going the extra mile “if you want to fast go alone, if you want to go far go together”. I combine all of my industry experience with in depth psychological expertise to help you.
I have had several pivotal moments throughout my career and business life.
I became a lone parent unexpectedly which built a level of independence along with resilience towards unique stresses, a can do attitude and super multi tasking skills which complimented my transition into self employment. I choose not to get stuck on problems and have had to find independent solutions to adapt and overcome many obstacles.
However, life took another turn.
I was diagnosed with a life long illness. Learning how to overcome this and work through the physical and mental pain along with a slow recovery, has afforded me a flared appreciation for quality of life, love of work and long-term fulfilment. It helps me to considerately understand and empathies with the person I work with who feels overloaded, stuck, challenged and coming up against continuous battles.”
I have a keen eye for seeing the uniqueness in everyone which inspires my passion to drive people and businesses forward. My humility, authenticity, courage and energy are elements that make me the go to coach in my industry.

Alongside my coaching and mentoring, I founded and run Cork Entrepreneurs Network. I set CEN up in 2018 to fill a much needed gap in the networking scene locally. The aim: for entrepreneurs to support and collaborate together.
As a natural networker and one who sees the importance and value of networking, I wanted to set up a supportive and collaborative community where all are welcome and all can learn how to network effectively. For me entrepreneurship is a mindset so it is aimed at anyone with this mindset.
