Anushka Iyer talks about building pet care brand Wiggles, and the strategies that helped to build a successful brand with a strong focus on giving value and giving back to the pet community.
Anushka's journey began when she realized that pet illnesses are mostly caused due to pet parents’ lack of awareness about medical care in pets, misinformation due to prevailing myths and health expenses which arise when preventive care is ignored. Having pets was and is still considered a ‘status symbol’ - a failing concept that needs to change. Driven to bring about a change in these apparent gaps, she established Wiggles in December 2018. Built for the convenience of pets and pet parents and offers online veterinary consultations through SmartVet, custom diets, behavioral consultations, dog training and has a state-of-the-art dog boarding called Petsville in Pune.

In this bite size episode, I share what not to do or forget to plan for while making a Quarterly marketing plan.
Listen in and share with me what are some other Don'ts to keep in mind.
Welcome to Success with Savitha podcast. Our guest for today’s episode is Linda Babulic, a ZESTY Executive Life Coach and author of the #1 International Best Seller “ZEST Your Life - A Taste of Inner Wisdom”.
Linda shares her career journey, with over 25 years of experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors she has worked with people from all walks of life — from The Right Honourable Kim Campbell, first female Prime Minister of Canada, entry-level managers in the auto parts industry to federal prison inmates serving life sentences.
Linda talks about her book and shares the ‘seven secrets of women with zest’, which includes beautiful philosophies like “gifting yourself time” and “loving your life”. Linda’s inner fire was always sparked by the mystical and magical. As a child, she was fascinated watching her Aunt Josephine prophesying and philosophizing by reading tea leaves (rumour has it that Aunty was fined for practising witchcraft without a licence). Linda’s formal shamanic studies began with a vision quest in 2003. This gave her a container (a chalice) for her extensive explorations, past life memories of ancient women’s teaching, confidence in her intuition and connection to the divine. She discovered that her soul’s purpose is to be of service in love and beauty.
Linda's speciality is working with women to crystallize what they want in business and life so that they are in power, control and leading their best life. “When women truly step into their leadership and into their power, we can build a better world. I can help you tap into that.” From keynote speeches to coaching and consulting, to workshops and books, Linda addresses the growing need for connection. Anyone seeking greater meaning, deeper understanding and the kind of joy that comes from the heart will benefit from her talks and programs. Her work, her energy and her smile make the world a better place.
Today's bite-sized solo episode follows Savitha as she reveals why setting 90-day short term goals is the secret sauce of her success. There is nothing wrong with being ambitious. In fact, ambition propels success. However, on this ambitious drive, we set unattainable goals and abandon them midway with guilt. Tune in to learn how setting these short term goals can pave your way to productivity and success.
My biggest takeaway from the episode:90 days are short enough for you to stay focused and long enough to allow you enough time to achieve the goal. 90 days can be broken into smaller tasks. These tasks are like rungs of a ladder. Every time you accomplish these shorter milestones, you’re setting a big goal into motion.
